GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to any rental of accommodation or bare pitches on the grounds of CAMPING LE ROUBREAU, to customers (“the Clients” or “the Client”), whether via its website [www.leroubreau.com](http://www.leroubreau.com), by telephone, postal mail, electronic mail, or in any location where the Provider markets the Services.
The main characteristics of the Services are presented on the website [www.leroubreau.com](http://www.leroubreau.com) or in written form (paper or electronic) in the event of a booking made through means other than a distance order. The Client is required to take note of them before placing any order. The choice and purchase of a Service are the sole responsibility of the Client.
These Conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions of the Provider, and in particular those applicable to other marketing channels for the Services. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are accessible at all times on the website and shall prevail, where applicable, over any other version or any other contractual document. The version applicable to the Client is the one in force on the website or communicated by the Provider at the date of the Client's order. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded in the Provider's computer system constitutes proof of all transactions concluded with the Client.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the European Regulation on Data Protection, the Client has, at any time, the right to access, rectify, and oppose the processing of his/her personal data, where such processing is not essential for the performance of the order and stay, by writing to: Camping le Roubreau, 567 Route du Plançon, 07110 JOANNAS, enclosing proof of identity.
The Client declares that he/she has read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale either by checking the box provided for this purpose prior to implementing the online ordering process, as well as the general terms of use of the website [www.leroubreau.com](http://www.leroubreau.com), or, in the case of booking outside the Internet, by any other appropriate means.
ARTICLE 2: ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THE INTERNAL REGULATIONS
By booking a Pitch and/or Accommodation within the Campsite, the Client acknowledges having fully read and definitively and unreservedly accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTCS”). For online bookings, this acceptance is formalized by ticking the box related to the following statement: “I acknowledge having read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.” This acceptance method has the same value as a handwritten signature by the Client.
For bookings made through other channels (telephone or on-site), the Client acknowledges having received the Internet link giving access to the GTCS together with his/her booking documents and having accepted them, noting that they are always accessible and downloadable from the Website. The Client undertakes to consult the Campsite's internal regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Internal Regulations”) and to comply with them.
ARTICLE 3: BOOKING
Booking conditions
The booking can only be validated by an adult with legal capacity. The Client undertakes to book a stay in his/her personal name and on his/her behalf, and to occupy the selected Accommodation or Camping Pitch for the duration of the stay. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

A deposit of 30% of the stay price will be requested in order to validate the booking.
The balance of the stay must be paid thirty (30) days before the Client's arrival date. No discount will be granted in the event of late arrival or early departure.
Any booking made less than 30 days before arrival must be paid in full by bank transfer or by credit card.
Validation of the booking:
The booking only becomes effective with the agreement of Camping Le Roubreau, after receipt of the deposit and after receipt either of the completed and signed booking contract, or after acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale during the online booking process.
Booking via the Internet:
For online bookings, the booking has contractual value only once the Deposit has been effectively paid and once a written booking confirmation, by email, summarizing all information related to the stay, has been received.
If the balance is not paid within thirty (30) days prior to the Client's arrival, the stay will be considered cancelled and the cancellation conditions described below shall apply.
Stay participants – Group booking:
Any participant in the stay, regardless of age, is counted as one occupant for the purpose of capacity rules, including babies and young children.
Any booking of more than three [3] accommodations by the same individual or by different individuals who know each other and are traveling together on the same dates to the same campsite, shall be considered as a group. The accommodations offered on the Website are exclusively intended for individual customers. For any group booking request, you must imperatively contact the Campsite by email at: [campingleroubreau@gmail.com](mailto:campingleroubreau@gmail.com). The Campsite reserves the right to review the group booking request before accepting or rejecting it.
Minors:
For safety reasons, unaccompanied minors without their legal guardians for the entire duration of their stay are not accepted within the campsite.
Absence of withdrawal right:
Pursuant to Article L. 221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, transport, catering, and leisure services that must be provided on a specific date or during a specific period.
Therefore, the 14-day withdrawal period does not apply to the booking of Accommodation or Pitch.
Maximum capacity:
For safety and guarantee reasons, it is imperative to respect the maximum capacity authorized for each booked Accommodation or Pitch.
If, upon arrival, it is observed that the number of occupants exceeds the maximum capacity defined for the Accommodation or Pitch booked, the Campsite reserves the right to refuse access thereto, without the possibility of a refund for the reserved stay.
ARTICLE 4: SERVICES
The Campsite offers the rental of Pitches and Accommodations.
Bare Pitch
This refers to a bare pitch intended to accommodate the Client's tent, caravan, or campervan. The price of the Client's stay is calculated on the basis of a package for 1 to 2 people, with a surcharge based on the number of participants.
The maximum capacity is 7 people.
The rate also includes access to reception facilities, entertainment, and sanitary facilities, and, depending on the package chosen, connection to the electricity network, or other options.
Additional costs (extra person, extra vehicle, pets, etc.) are not included in the rate and will be added thereto.
The booking of a camping pitch is strictly personal. It may not be sublet or transferred without the prior consent of the Campsite. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Any contracting party must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of contracting, and not under guardianship. The contracting party must be present for the entire duration of the stay.
Rental Accommodation
Rental accommodations are all equipped.
The booking of Accommodation is strictly personal. It may not be sublet or transferred without the prior consent of the Campsite.
The price of the stay includes the rental of the Accommodation based on the number of persons (according to recommended and maximum capacity), parking for one vehicle, access to reception facilities, and entertainment.
Depending on the type of Accommodation chosen, additional charges may apply (extra person, extra vehicle, pets, energy tax, etc.). Other options are not included in the price and will be added. The applicable rates are available from the Campsite.
The basic package is for 1 to 8 people (including infants), depending on the Accommodation.
Rentals begin daily in low season and from Saturday to Saturday in high season, from 3:00 p.m. until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. In low season, departure times may be adapted upon request.
A security deposit of €250 is required by bank imprint or check.
Any dissatisfaction regarding cleanliness or general condition must be reported within 24 hours of arrival in order to be remedied.
Departure must take place during reception opening hours before 10:00 a.m. After verification of the accommodation and cancellation of the deposit by the Campsite after departure, a confirmation email will be sent. Otherwise, the Client authorizes the Campsite to withhold sums due to cover potential damages, deterioration, or cleaning costs. Broken dishes must be replaced or paid for.
The Campsite reserves the right to refuse access to groups or families presenting with a number of participants exceeding the Accommodation's capacity.
ARTICLE 5: PRICES, TOURIST TAX & ECO-CONTRIBUTION
The applicable price shall be fixed according to the rate in force at the time of booking.
Prices are expressed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), and do not include the tourist tax, local taxes, and possible supplements. Any change in applicable rates or taxes may be reflected in the price of the stay. The Campsite reserves the right to adjust rates in case of tax or VAT changes (10%).
Whatever the formula (Pitch or Accommodation), extra charges may apply for additional persons, vehicles, tents, pets, or visitors.
Dynamic Pricing
The Campsite applies dynamic pricing (price adjustments according to demand). Prices may therefore increase or decrease. Consequently, Clients may have paid different prices for the same stay. Clients having paid the highest price cannot claim reimbursement of the difference with any lower or promotional rates applied to others.
Tourist Tax
A tourist tax, collected on behalf of the Commune of JOANNAS, is payable upon arrival by the Client, per night and per person over 18 years old.
Eco-contribution
An eco-contribution is payable upon arrival, per night and per person (€0.60/pers/night). The Campsite is subject to natural resource levy taxes (clean water) and waste treatment costs (wastewater, household waste, etc.). This contribution offsets these costs and raises awareness.
Booking fees Booking fees amount to €14.
ARTICLE 6: PAYMENT TERMS
Accepted payment methods
Bookings made less than 30 days before the start date must be paid by credit card or ANCV Connect holiday vouchers.
The Deposit must be paid by credit card, bank transfer, or ANCV Connect holiday vouchers.
For the balance, the Client may use:
Credit card (Carte Bleue, VISA, Mastercard) online on the Website (secure payment). Banking data is SSL encrypted. The Campsite does not store card numbers, except for payment collection.
Bank transfer (domestic or international).
Payment in four (4) installments with fees via FLOA BANK, subject to FLOA BANK's terms and conditions (see [https://www.floabank.fr/conditions-generales-paiement-plusieurs-fois](https://www.floabank.fr/conditions-generales-paiement-plusieurs-fois)).
ANCV holiday vouchers, duly completed and sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to Camping Le Roubreau, 567 Route du Plançon 07110 JOANNAS, with all stubs detached and included.

Default of payment
In case of late or non-payment, the Campsite reserves the right to recover amounts owed by any means. If payment is not received by the due date, the booking will be cancelled.

ARTICLE 7: STAY
Key handover
Check-in and check-out times are specified in the exchange voucher.
Accommodation or Pitch
Any complaint concerning cleanliness or condition must be notified in writing within 24 hours after arrival. No claim will be accepted beyond this period.
Accommodation or Pitch must be returned in proper condition and cleanliness by the Client at departure. Otherwise, cleaning and restoration costs may be deducted from the security deposit.
Location requests
Specific requests for Pitches or Accommodation are not contractual and depend on availability upon arrival.
Delayed arrival or early departure
Clients must inform the Campsite of delayed arrival or early departure. No refund will be granted.
Deposit
A €250 deposit is required before arrival. It will be refunded or destroyed at the end of the stay if the premises are returned in good condition. The Campsite may retain part or all in case of damages, missing items, or cleaning fees.
Cleaning
The Client must leave the Accommodation or Pitch clean (floor cleaned, dishes washed, bins emptied, cupboards clean, kitchen and bathrooms/WC cleaned). A cleaning service may be booked, but minimum tidiness is still required.
Pets
Pets (except dogs of categories 1 and 2) are allowed under conditions, for a fee. They must always be kept on a leash. They are forbidden near pools, food shops, reception, entertainment, and sanitary buildings. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Vaccination records must be up to date.
Visitors
Visitors must register at reception and pay the visitor fee. Visitors may use facilities except swimming areas.
Internal Regulations
The Client undertakes to respect the Internal Regulations and ensure compliance by co-occupants and visitors. Failure to comply may lead to sanctions up to exclusion without refund.
Relocation
In case the reserved Accommodation or Pitch is unavailable due to exceptional circumstances, the Campsite may propose equivalent accommodation.
Responsibility
The Campsite cannot be held liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Clients are responsible for the security of their accommodation.
Image rights
Photographs or videos taken during the stay may be used for communication. Acceptance of GTCS implies authorization unless expressly refused in writing.
Unavailability of services
Some services (pool, restaurant, activities, etc.) may not be available all year. No refund will be granted if unavailable due to weather or force majeure.
Termination by the Campsite
The booking may be terminated by the Campsite if:
The Client fails to arrive within 24 hours of the booking without notice;
Repeated violations of Internal Regulations occur despite warnings.

In both cases, no refund will be granted.
ARTICLE 8: MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF STAY
By the Client:
More than 30 days before arrival: 30% of the stay price + fees + insurance (if applicable). Less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the stay price + fees + insurance (if applicable).
Changing dates or content is treated as cancellation.
By the Campsite:
If cancellation is made by the Campsite (except in force majeure), the Client will be informed promptly. A replacement solution may be proposed. If refused, all sums paid will be refunded within 72 hours.
ARTICLE 9: CANCELLATION INSURANCE

Cancellation insurance is optional and offered during booking. The amount must be paid in full at the time of booking.

ARTICLE 11: CLAIMS – DISPUTES
Any claim relating to difficulties during the stay must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within twenty (20) days after the end of the stay, to: Camping Le Roubreau, 567 Route du Plançon, 07110 JOANNAS, or by email: [campingleroubreau@gmail.com](mailto:campingleroubreau@gmail.com). On-site non-compliance must be reported within 24 hours.

In case of unresolved disputes, the Client may, within one year of written complaint, refer the matter to the Mediator provided by the Campsite: CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris.
