Aspetti positivi: La situation géographique du camping permet une belle découverte de la région environnante. Le retour au camping après une journée de balade permet d'apprécier les bords de l'Ardèche dans un environnement calme et reposant. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la présence des dirigeants du camping et leur disponibilité, leurs conseils pour les excursions. Sans oublier les repas, de vrais moments d'échange et de convivialité.

La réactivité de la propriétaire quand j’ai eu un problème de matelas.

Aspetti positivi: Joli petit camping en bord de rivière et sa petite plage arborée. Très bien situé pour effectuer de nombreuses randonnées pédestres, VTT. Le parc est très propre ainsi que les communs, sanitaires, terrasse snack, supérette. Idéal pour un séjour nature et repos.

Aspetti positivi: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce camping !un grand coup de coeur ❤️ Un grand merci à Nathalie et Cédric, qui sont vraiment des personnes formidables, accueillantes, sympathiques et toujours disponibles. Le camping est d’une propreté irréprochable et très bien entretenu. Il est semi-ombragé, ce qui est très agréable, surtout en été. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la plage privée au bord de la rivière, avec ses transats, un vrai petit coin de paradis pour se détendre et profiter pleinement des vacances. Nous recommandons ce camping sans hésitation et nous y reviendrons.🥰

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE 2025
ARTICLE 1 - SCOPE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These general terms and conditions govern all sales of stays made on the website www.camping-lacharderie.com, by email or by mail. They are an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.
Each customer acknowledges having read these general conditions prior to any booking of a stay, for themselves and any person participating in the stay.
In accordance with the applicable law, these general conditions are made available to any customer for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of stays.
ARTICLE 2 - BOOKING CONDITIONS
2.1 PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of stays is indicated in euros, VAT included. The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid on site.
Payments by check are accepted up to a maximum of 30 days before your arrival and are not accepted on site.
Pitch: The booking is nominative and becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of a deposit of 30% of the stay and booking fees. The balance is due on the day of arrival.
Accommodation:
Bookings more than 30 days before arrival: 30% deposit of the total amount, balance payable no later than 30 days before arrival.
Bookings less than 30 days before arrival: full payment at the time of booking. If you do not arrive on the scheduled day without notifying us 24 hours in advance, the accommodation will be made available for re-rental.
2.2 BOOKING MODIFICATION
No reduction will be granted in case of late arrival or early departure.
2.3 CANCELLATION
No refund will be granted in case of cancellation unless cancellation insurance CAMPEZ COUVERT has been taken out.
2.4 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to tourist services (Article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code).
2.5 CANCELLATION INSURANCE
We recommend taking out CAMPEZ COUVERT insurance, which allows for a refund in case of cancellation or interruption of stay under certain conditions.
ARTICLE 3 - STAY CONDITIONS
3.1 ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Pitch: Arrival from 2:00 PM, departure before 11:00 AM.
Accommodation: Arrival from 4:00 PM, departure before 10:00 AM. Any departure after 12:00 PM will incur an additional night's charge.
3.2 DEPOSIT
A deposit of €300 for damages and €70 for cleaning will be required upon arrival and returned within one week after inspection.
3.3 RULES OF CONDUCT AND SAFETY
Respect for other vacationers (noise, lights, no traffic between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM).
Open fires and charcoal barbecues are prohibited.
Pool access is reserved for guests. Children must be supervised by an adult.
3.4 PETS
Dogs and cats are allowed in accommodation and pitches (except category 1 and 2 dogs). Daily supplement and mandatory vaccination required. Prohibited on the beach and playground (July-August).
3.5 VISITORS
Visitors must report to reception. Any visit exceeding 2 hours will be charged €2 per person (without access to showers).
ARTICLE 4 - LIABILITY
The campsite declines all responsibility in case of theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings. Civil liability insurance is mandatory for campers.
ARTICLE 5 - DATA PROTECTION
The information collected is intended for the management of bookings and is never shared with third parties without consent. In accordance with the GDPR, the customer may request access, rectification, or deletion of their data.
ARTICLE 6 - APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Aubenas. The management reserves the right to expel without refund any person disrupting the smooth running of the stay.
