Aspetti positivi: Mobil taos prestique atypique et très bien équipé. Camping relativement calme et très propre. Accueil souriant, entretien des espaces communs quotidien et activités variées.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
To benefit from the services of Camping La Chapoulière, we ask you to read carefully the general terms and conditions below. These conditions govern the sale of stays and are valid at the time the order is placed. Booking a stay implies full acceptance of our general terms and conditions.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
· A booking only becomes effective with our agreement: after receiving either the duly completed and signed contract, or after acceptance of the general terms of sale when booking online, as well as after receipt of the deposit.
· The campsite reserves the right to refuse a reservation in case of unavailability or if it goes against the family values of our campsite.
· The reservation of a pitch or rental is strictly personal. Under no circumstances may you sublet or transfer your reservation without the prior written consent of Camping La Chapoulière.
· Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
· Allocation of pitches is done in the order bookings are registered and according to planning constraints. Management reserves the right to modify the assigned pitch or rental number.
No specific pitch or rental number is guaranteed.
Camping pitch:
The basic package includes the pitch for a tent, caravan, one vehicle, access to sanitary and reception facilities, 1 or 2 persons, and electricity. Each pitch is limited to one accommodation vehicle (caravan, motorhome, or van) and one motor vehicle. Configurations with two caravans, two motorhomes, or two vans are prohibited. Pitches are rented until 12:00 noon.
Free arrival in low season; arrivals from 14:00 in July–August. If you wish to settle in the morning (high season), two options exist:
– Garage Mort (guaranteed, reservation required – 40% of the current rate)
– Early Check-In (subject to availability at your arrival: €8 for early access to the pitch). Without an option, the pitch is not available before 14:00, even if vacant.
For any departure after 12:00, an additional night will be charged. Maximum 6 persons per pitch.
Pitch with private sanitary facilities:
Same basis as camping pitches; however, access to your private sanitary unit is only guaranteed from 16:00. A €80 security deposit will be required upon arrival.
Rental accommodation:
Arrivals take place after 16:00 and departures before 10:00. In mid and high season, rentals are only available weekly, with arrivals and departures possible on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays depending on the type of accommodation. Arrival day and time are free in low season upon acceptance by management. In all cases, departures are at 10:00. Fully equipped; only household linen and cleaning at departure remain the client’s responsibility.
Rentals are provided for the persons listed on the rental contract (children and babies included); reception reserves the right to refuse access to any additional person. No overcapacity will be accepted.
Security deposits:
Two deposits are required on arrival for rental accommodations: €260 for furniture and €105 for cleaning. A cleaning package is available at €75 (€95 for Taos Prestige rentals or the individual cottage).
The furniture deposit is refunded eight days after departure, minus any repair or replacement costs for missing or damaged equipment. The cleaning deposit is retained if the rental is not perfectly clean at departure.
Any dissatisfaction regarding cleanliness or general condition of the rental must be reported on the day of arrival so that our team can address it. After this period, no claim will be accepted.
Accommodation capacity:
Each accommodation is designed for a specific number of occupants. It may not be occupied by more people (children and babies included). In the event of over-occupancy, management is entitled to refuse any additional person.
PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Upon receipt of your deposit and contract, we will send you a booking confirmation based on availability. The required deposit is 30% of the total cost of the stay and will be deducted from the total price. A €14 booking fee will be charged for any reservation.
The balance must be paid 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
An extension of stay is only possible with the campsite’s approval.
Prices may vary throughout the season; refer to our website for current rates. The campsite may offer promotional deals during the season.
Retroactivity: The applicable rate is the price in effect on the day of booking or the price stated on the quote if its validity period is still active. Discounts or promotions offered after the booking date cannot be applied to an already confirmed reservation.
Promotions and early-booking conditions:
Our promotional offers and conditions can be found on our website. The early-booking offer is valid until 31/12/2025, non-cumulative with any other offer, subject to conditions and availability. Discounts are 10% in low season and 5% in high season, subject to a minimum stay. The promotion applies only to the first 2 weeks of your stay. The deposit must be paid before 31/12/2025.
CANCELLATION – EARLY DEPARTURE – MODIFICATION
We recommend subscribing to cancellation insurance at the time of booking via our partner Neat Assurance: 4.5% of the stay amount. In case of cancellation, the client must notify the campsite immediately by mail or email. If the incident is covered by the insurer, the client must contact the insurer within 48 hours and provide all required documents online.
If a client who has not purchased insurance interrupts or cancels their stay, Camping La Chapoulière will not reimburse any amounts paid or due.
All cancellations must be notified by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, including precise and indisputable supporting documents, no later than three days after the event causing cancellation.
In case of cancellation, the following will be retained (minimum €45 cancellation fee):
30% of the total stay cost if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival.
The full stay amount if cancellation occurs within 30 days before arrival.
If the renter does not show up within 24 hours after the scheduled arrival, the reservation becomes void and the owner may reassign the rental.
In case of early departure, the full rental price remains due. No refund will be provided.
If the campsite cancels the stay, all amounts paid will be refunded, except in cases of force majeure. No damages or compensation may be claimed.
Any modification of the stay is possible with the campsite’s agreement and subject to availability. Any price difference resulting from the change is at the client’s expense. If the new stay is cheaper, no refund will be made.
Taxes Tourist tax: All persons over 18 must pay the tourist tax at the applicable rate (€0.66/person/night in 2026).
Eco-participation: The campsite is subject to taxes for natural resource use (clean water) and waste processing (wastewater, household waste, recyclables). This cost is passed on as compensation and awareness contribution (€0.40/person/night).
Both taxes must be paid upon arrival at reception.
Swimming Pool Pool access is free but forbidden to visitors. Wearing the bracelet is mandatory in high season for all campsite guests.
Image Rights You authorize Camping La Chapoulière, free of charge, to use on any media the photos of you and accompanying persons (for a period of 5 years) that may be taken during your stay for advertising purposes. This authorization also applies to all persons accommodated with you.
Insurance It is the client's responsibility to arrange insurance. Management declines all responsibility in case of theft, fire, weather events, etc., or incidents falling under the client’s civil liability.
Animals Dogs of category 1 and 2 are not allowed on the campsite, even muzzled, leashed, or for visits. Animals are accepted in certain accommodations with reception approval. They are prohibited in sanitary areas, around the pool, and in campsite buildings. The client must present an up-to-date vaccination certificate upon arrival. Dogs must be kept on a leash.
Barbecue Charcoal barbecues are prohibited.
Charging electric/hybrid vehicles Charging electric or hybrid vehicles on the campsite is prohibited.
Disputes – Internal Rules The client must comply with the campsite internal regulations and safety instructions.
Consumer dispute mediation:
In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, within one year following a written complaint, and subject to Article L.152-2, the consumer may submit a request for amicable resolution through mediation to:

Come with your tent, caravan or camper van and you will appreciate our wide choice of grass pitches with an area of about 100 m², whether it is shaded or sunny. The price includes the pitch.
