Camping le Verger de Jastres

Located at the foot of the medieval town of Aubenas, camping _Verger de Jastres_ is the ideal starting point towards many sites and tourist activities in Ardèche (typical villages, natural sites, castles, museums, caves, canoeing, climbing, canyoning ...). On the banks of the Ardèche river, overhung by the rock of Jastres, your campsite offers you an idyllic setting. The campsite offers 21 chalets and 6 mobile homes, 4 camping pitches with kitchen and private bathrooms, and 62 flat and shady pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes. Find us in the family atmosphere of the campsite for moments of relaxation and family fun in a beautiful setting. On site, activities are proposed for the whole family (pool, playground, multi-sport field, bowling, billiards, table football, fast track hockey, trampoline, river ...). A facilitator also offers activities during the day such as archery, water aerobics, water polo ... In the evening, the atmosphere is assured because your campsite offers many lively evenings (concerts, shows, dance evenings, karaoke ...). The campsite's restaurant will offer you convivial moments around a good meal.

GENERAL CONDITIONS of CAMPING LE VERGER DE JASTRES
RESERVATION:
Reservations are made with the booking form either online or paper, after agreement of the Camping and subject to availability.
Upon receipt of your reservation and your deposit, you will receive, according to available places, a booking confirmation. Any rental is nominative and can under no circumstances be transferred or rented. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or adults (a certificate of agreement from the parents will be requested).
The number of persons occupying a rental may not exceed the maximum capacity authorized.

PAYMENT TERMS :
1 - Camping pitch, deposit 30% of the total stay, to be paid at the time of booking.
2 - Rental and private sanitation, deposit 30% of the total stay, to be paid at the time of booking. The balance is payable one month before arrival. When booking, less than 30 days before the start of the stay, full payment.
MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS:
Arrivals are from 3pm to 7pm, a late arrival fee of 30€ between 7pm and 9pm and 50€ between 9pm and 10:30pm will be applied. No arrival will be made after
22h30. ARRIVAL DELAYED - EARLY DEPARTURE: In case of delayed arrival or early departure from the dates mentioned on your reservation, no refund will be made. In the case of rental of a space, you must notify us of your delayed arrival in writing or on the same day by telephone. If no information is received, the location will be assigned to another customer the next day at 2:00 pm.
CANCELLATIONS:
1 - Because of the Camping Le Verger de Jastres: In the event of cancellation of a stay for reasons for which we are responsible, except in case of force majeure leading us to cancel for safety reasons of the holidaymakers, the client will get The reimbursement of all amounts paid.

DAMAGE :
The equipment and facilities of the campsite must be used according to their ordinary destination. Any degradation of the premises, loss or destruction of the movable elements that lodge the accommodation or common access buildings automatically entails the responsibility of its author. The tenant tenant of a rental accommodation or a site is personally liable for all damages, losses or damages, both to the accommodation and to all the facilities of the campsite committed by the people who stay with him Or who visit him. INVENTORY: on your arrival, you will check the contents of the rental and sign the control card. Without comment before the end of your day of arrival and within office hours, the inventory will be considered EXACT.
RENTAL DEPOSIT and PRIVATORY SANITARY: a deposit of 400 Euros, and one of 90 € by checks deposited by the tenant on arrival and before taking possession of the accommodation. These deposits will be returned after the initial inventory. Any breakage or degradation will be invoiced according to our tariff. The rental will be cleaned by you.
DOMESTIC ANIMALS:
Your pet (except dogs of the 1st and 2nd categories) is allowed on the ground and in the rental, provided that it has been declared at the time of booking, not to harm the tranquility and safety of the residents, to respect The basic rules of hygiene and the integrity of facilities. It must be kept on a leash and its up-to-date vaccination record must be presented. Pets are not permitted in the sanitary facilities and swimming pool.
RULES OF PROCEDURE DISORDERS AND NUISANCES:

RESPONSIBILITY :
The responsibility of the Camping, beyond its legal responsibility is not engaged in case of:
- failure or deactivation of technical equipment, failure or closure of camping facilities. Ad hoc measures taken by the management of the campsite, restricting access to certain facilities, including swimming pool, necessitated by the respect of safety standards or periodic maintenance work.
