DEFINITIONS

• ORDER or RESERVATION or RENTAL: Purchase of Services.
• SERVICES: Seasonal rental of accommodation or bare "tourism" pitches.
• ACCOMMODATION: Mobile leisure residence (mobile home) and canvas bungalows.

ARTICLE 1 - SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These General Terms and Conditions apply, without restriction or reservation, to any rental of accommodation or bare pitch at the Saint Sauvayre campsite, operated by SARL Parc de st Sauvayre (the "Provider"), to non-professional clients ("The Clients").

ARTICLE 2 – RESERVATIONS

The Client selects the services they wish to book. The Client is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the Order. The Reservation becomes definitive only after the Provider has sent a confirmation of acceptance. Any Order is nominative and cannot, under any circumstances, be transferred.

ARTICLE 3 – RATES

Prices are in Euros, including all taxes. They do not include handling and management fees, which are charged separately.

3.1. TOURIST TAX: The tourist tax is not included in the rates. Its amount is 0.66€ / day / person over 18 years old. It must be paid upon payment of the Service.

ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT CONDITIONS

4.1. DEPOSIT: The deposit amounts to 30% of the total stay amount. It is deducted from the total amount of the order.

4.2. BALANCE: The balance of the stay must be paid in full on the day of arrival (otherwise the rental may be cancelled).

4.3. PAYMENT METHODS: Bank checks, holiday vouchers (ANCV), cash, credit cards, Paypal, and bank transfers.

ARTICLE 5 – PROVISION OF SERVICES

5.1. SCHEDULES:

• Rental Accommodation: Arrival from 16:00, Departure before 10:00.
• Bare Pitch: Arrival from 14:00, Departure before 11:00.

Accommodations must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as upon arrival. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of 80€ will be charged.

5.2. SECURITY DEPOSIT: For accommodation rentals, a security deposit of 200€ is required on the day keys are handed over. It is returned at the end of the rental, subject to deduction for any repair or cleaning costs.

ARTICLE 6 – MODIFICATION, CANCELLATION, AND INTERRUPTION OF STAY

6.1. MODIFICATION In the event of a change in dates or number of people, the Provider will endeavor to accept requests as much as possible within the limits of availability. This is a simple obligation of means. Any request to reduce the duration of the stay will be considered a partial cancellation.

6.2. CANCELLATION MORE THAN 60 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL The Client benefits from free cancellation. The deposit paid will be fully refunded to the Client (only potential administrative fees remain with the Provider).

6.3. CANCELLATION BETWEEN 60 DAYS AND 30 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL The deposit paid is not refunded. It is converted into a CREDIT NOTE (voucher) of an equivalent amount.

• This credit note is valid for 18 months from the initial date of deposit payment.
• It can be used for any new stay at Camping Parc Saint Sauvayre.

6.4. CANCELLATION LESS THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL The deposit paid remains fully acquired by the Provider as compensation. No sum will be refunded or converted into a credit note.

6.5. EXCEPTIONS (FORCE MAJEURE / HOSPITALIZATION) By way of derogation from the above articles, the deposit will be fully refunded upon presentation of official proof in the following cases:

• Hospitalization of the Client: In the event of unforeseen hospitalization of one of the participants in the stay occurring on the scheduled dates.
• Cancellation by the Provider or Administrative Closure: If the campsite is forced to cancel the stay or in the event of administrative closure of the establishment decided by public authorities.

6.6. INTERRUPTION Premature departure will not give rise to any refund from the Provider.

ARTICLE 7 - CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

7.1. INSURANCE: The Client must be insured for civil liability. 7.2. ANIMALS: Accepted (max 2) for a supplement. They must be kept on a leash and never left alone. The vaccination record is mandatory. 7.3. INTERNAL REGULATIONS: The Client is required to read and respect the internal regulations displayed at the entrance.

ARTICLE 8 – PROVIDER OBLIGATIONS – WARRANTY

The Provider guarantees the Client against any lack of conformity or latent defect. The Client has a period of 1 month after the service to report a defect in writing. The guarantee is limited to the reimbursement of Services paid. The Provider cannot be held responsible in cases of force majeure usually recognized by French jurisprudence.

ARTICLE 9 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, activities related to the organization and sale of stays on a specific date are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

ARTICLE 10 – DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

Personal data collected is processed for customer relationship management, invoicing, and prospecting. It is kept for the contractual duration plus 3 years (marketing) or 10 years (accounting). The Client has a right of access, rectification, and opposition by contacting: info@camping-parc-st-sauvayre.com or by mail to the campsite address. The Client may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

ARTICLE 11 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content of the website https://www.camping-parc-st-sauvayre.com is the property of the Provider. Any reproduction is prohibited.

ARTICLE 12 – APPLICABLE LAW – LANGUAGE

These Conditions are subject to French law. Only the French text is authentic in the event of a dispute.

ARTICLE 13 – DISPUTES AND MEDIATION

In the event of a dispute not resolved with the Provider, the Client may have recourse free of charge to a consumer mediator. ARTICLE 14 – PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION & OPPOSITION TO CANVASSING

The Client acknowledges having received communication of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale prior to their order.

Opposition to telephone canvassing: In accordance with French law n°2014-344, the Client has the possibility to register for free on the opposition list to telephone canvassing BLOCTEL (www.bloctel.gouv.fr) in order not to be solicited by telephone by a professional with whom they have no current contractual relationship.
