MOBILE HOME RENTAL - GENERAL CONDITIONS


1 - Booking charge – Deposit + administrative charge.:

The Booking form should be filled in and returned with the reservation charge : 25% of the total cost of the holiday, by CHEQUE, EUROCHEQUE or INTERNATIONAL POSTAL ORDER made out to : Camping des Tunnels.
If the dates you have chosen are available your booking will be confirmed and you will be notified by post.
If we are unable to confirm your booking your money will be refunded in full.
The management of the campsite itself decides on the allocation of Mobile-Homes.

2 - Payment for the holiday :

(The total price for the holiday must be paid thirty days before arrival).
If this is not the case your booking will be cancelled and the deposit and administrative charge will not be refunded.

3 - Cancellations :

If a client decides to cancel their holiday in the period before the last 30 days before their arrival the deposit already paid, will not be reimbursed, for whatever reason.
If a client decides to cancel their holiday in the period within the 30 days before their arrival, the whole cost of the holiday, already paid, will not be reimbursed, for whatever reason.
Any cancellation letter should be sent by recorded delivery with an acknowledgement of receipt.

4 - Early departure :

In the case of a late arrival or early departure, no refund will be made for whatever reason.

5 - Deposit for cleaning and other expenses :

Before the keys to your Mobile Home are handed over you will asked for a 100 € deposit to cover any breakages or items missing at the end of your stay. This deposit will be returned to you after the inventory is checked. If there are breakages or damage is noted this deposit will not be returned and will be used to pay fir the expenses incurred.
A 50 € deposit will also be required for any possible cleaning. This deposit will be returned if the Mobile Home is handed over perfectly clean.

6 - Arrival and Departure Times :

Arrival time : 15.00 pm – Latest departure time : 10.00 am

7 - Insurance :

The Camping des Tunnels** declines all responsibility for theft, fire, bad weather, incidents or problems which are the civil responsibility of the client.

8 - Client's undertakings :

By making a Booking the clients recognises that he or she has noted the preceding conditions.
The client is also requested to note the Rules of the Camping des Tunnels**, which are available in reception.
