RENTAL CONDITIONS 2025

GAROUSTEL BEACH AREA CAMPING

Days and times of arrival:

1) Pitches: - from June 13 to September 29: Free days Arrivals between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. – Departure before 12 p.m.

2) Rentals: -Eco mobile homes

- before 05/07 and after 30/08: Free days,

Arrivals between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - Departures before 10 a.m.

- from 05/07 to 30/08: Saturday and Wednesday.

Arrivals between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - Departures between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.

- Mobile home Loggia2 & Loggia3, chalets and canvas lodges (fully equipped)

- before 05/07 and after 30/08: Free days

Arrivals between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - Departures before 10 a.m.

- from 05/07 to 30/08: Saturday

Arrivals between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - Departures between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.

Additional activities – Supplements:

Any free or paid activity mentioned in this document may in some

circumstances beyond our control, be modified or canceled upon your arrival on the site. Has

this title our responsibility can not be engaged. Regardless of the formula adopted, costs

additional will be charged for additional vehicles, animals, visitors…

The number of people per pitch is set at a maximum of 8 depending on the rental, and

may, under no circumstances, exceed the number of places provided for and indicated in this

document. Our prices include VAT, do not include tourist tax. The tax is charged simultaneously

with your accommodation.

Payment of the stay: Deposit and Balance:

Any firm reservation request from the buyer must be made by

written and accompanied:

1 the payment of a deposit including 30% of the accommodation costs,

2 €16 booking fee for rentals, and €8 for pitches

3 and the contribution for cancellation insurance (optional)

This reservation only has contractual value upon receipt by the buyer of a

registration confirmation issued by the campsite.

The balance of the stay is payable 30 days before arrival.

Late arrival and early departure / No show at the campsite:

In the event of late arrival or early departure, in relation to the dates mentioned on your

booking voucher, the entire stay will remain due. You cannot claim any

refund for the part of the stay not made.

In the event of non-presentation in the field and in the absence of a message and/or proof, the

rental becomes available 24 hours after the arrival date provided for in the rental contract; the

full payment of benefits remains required.

Cancelation :

Any cancellation must be notified by mail, which will take effect from the

date of receipt of mail.

For the cancellation of a bare pitch, whatever the date of receipt, all of the

amounts due on booking will be withheld.

For the cancellation of rental accommodation:

1 more than 30 days before your arrival, the amount of the deposit remains with the campsite

2 less than 30 days before your arrival, the total amount of the rental, the costs of

reservation and the insurance contribution will be due.

To obtain any compensation, we invite you to take out insurance

cancelation. This is mandatory for stays paid in part or in full by the

CIF.

Parking:

Vehicles park in the central car parks and not on the pitches, in order to

avoid traffic inside the campsite as much as possible.

Animals: dogs (except those of category 1 and 2) are allowed in the campsite

but only those of small size are accepted in the rentals; excluding Mobile Home Loggia;

(max 10 kg). We require dogs to be kept on a leash within the grounds of the

camping. Be sure to respect hygiene and the environment of the campsite. The health record

must be presented upon arrival at the campsite. Vaccines and tattoo certificate are

mandatory.

Swimming pool :

Swimming pool not supervised. Children are the sole responsibility of their parents or

designated responsible adult.

Babies must wear a waterproof diaper

Deposits:

Pitch: A deposit of 100 € + 50 €/badge

Accommodation: A deposit of €200/accommodation + one of €70/household + €50/badge will be

requested upon arrival.

They will be returned to you (after the inventory), one month maximum after your stay.

When you enter the rental premises, report to reception within 24 hours after

having checked the inventory, missing objects, breakage, various anomalies, poor cleaning

fact. Failing this, you will be held responsible and the host may claim the amount of the

damage. Complaint :

Any possible complaint following a stay must be made in writing, and

sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, within 20 days of the

stay.
