GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE CAMPING

In order to be able to benefit from the services of the campsite Le Camping by LE MARINTAN we ask you to read carefully the general conditions of sale. These terms and conditions govern the sale of stays and are valid from the moment of reservation. This last one implies a knowledge of our general conditions of sales.

1. REGULATIONS

For a stay on a camper place, the total amount of the stay excluding tourist tax will be requested as a deposit non refundable.

For a stay in a mobilhome a 30% deposit will be required upon reservation. As soon as we receive your deposit, you will receive a confirmation email on which will appear the practical information of your stay. The balance is due upon arrival.

Attention: your reservation option can be lifted in case of late payment of the stay, the option period being fixed at 7 days.

ACCEPTED MEANS OF PAYMENT

- Credit card: Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa, American Express

- Bank transfer (all costs are to be borne by the tenant and can in no case be charged to the campsite LE MARINTAN)

- ANCV vacation vouchers

3. CAPACITY

The number of persons mentioned in our rates corresponds to the maximum occupancy allowed, taking into account the equipment available. It cannot be exceeded for security and insurance reasons.

The rental of a pitch or a chalet or a mobile home implies the total acceptance of the sales conditions by the contracting parties.

4. RENTALS

Pitch rental :

We put at your disposal a bare pitch, which can accommodate up to 6 people, to install your tent, your caravan or your motor home.

The price of the pitch : It is a price per night of occupation for 2 persons, one installation and one vehicle.

The pitches are available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 12:00 am on the day of departure.

Any overrun will result in the invoicing of an additional day. This package gives free access to sanitary facilities, playgrounds...

Supplements : Additional persons (adults or children) or elements present on the pitch (electricity, second vehicle, animal, etc.) are subject to a daily cost.

Please note: the allocation of places is made without distinction in the order of registration of reservations. The Management reserves the right to change the allocation of the pitch on the arrival of the camper.

Rental of accommodation :

The rental fee includes: the rental of the accommodation, the charges (water, electricity within the limit of 200 kW per week), access to the reception services, to the playgrounds.

Rentals are available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 11:00 am on the day of departure. Any overrun will result in the invoicing of an additional day.

Transfer, subletting: All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred or sublet under any circumstances.

Deposit: The tenants will have to provide on their arrival a deposit whose amount appears on the rates. This deposit will be returned in its entirety on the day of departure after a satisfactory inventory of fixtures and departure.

If not, the following will be deducted from the security deposit

- The value of the missing objects

- An amount of 60 to 150 € for insufficiently cleaned facilities.

- The amount of repairs in case of damage caused by the occupant.

- Damage exceeding the amount paid as a security deposit will be charged to the client after deduction from the security deposit.

5. PAYMENT OF THE STAY

The reservation of the stay becomes effective only after confirmation by our services and payment by the tenant of the deposit.

Pitch - Rentals : The remaining balance of the stay, if any, must be paid upon arrival.

6. MODIFICATION OF STAY

Changes to the dates of stay are only accepted within a minimum of 30 days before the initial date and subject to availability. Any modification on the part of the client such as an extension of the length of stay, a change of category of accommodation or number of persons and resulting in additional costs will have to be paid by the client.

7. LATE ARRIVALS / EARLY DEPARTURES

In the absence of a written message from the camper, specifying that he had to postpone the date of his arrival, the pitch or the accommodation becomes available 12 hours after the date of arrival provided for in the rental contract, and the full payment of the services remains required.

No reduction will be granted in the case of late arrival or early departure.

8. PROMOTIONS - LAST MINUTE SALES

On these occasions, it is possible that clients have paid different prices for the same stay. Clients who have paid the higher price will not be entitled to a refund for the difference between the price they paid and the promotional price. Discounts cannot be combined with promotions.

9. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of stay by MARINTAN BEFORE your arrival:

In case of force majeure, the management reserves the right to cancel your stay for safety reasons. If you have already left your home, we will offer you another similar accommodation without any extra charge.

If you are not satisfied with any of these offers, you will be refunded the full amount paid; no other compensation can be claimed.

Cancellation of the stay by the client:

If the customer cancels his stay, the campsite applies the following conditions.

If the cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival, the stay will be refunded in full. After this period, no refund will be granted to the customer. The cancellation by the customer must be made in writing (mail, email with request for acknowledgment of receipt). Otherwise, the client will be held responsible for the payment of the total amount due under the contract and no refund will be made.

The campsite reminds you that according to article L.121-20-4-2° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to the services of accommodation, transport, catering and leisure provided on a date according to a determined periodicity.

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance on your own.

10. PETS

Pets are allowed in our chalets of 2006 as well as in the pitches under your full responsibility and must be kept on a leash (the vaccination booklet must be up to date and category 2 dogs are not allowed). However, they are not allowed in our bivouac tents, mobilhome and chalet lodge,.

10. COMPLAINTS

Any complaint relating to a stay must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 7 days following the stay.

11. INTERNAL REGULATIONS

Every camper is required to comply with the campsite rules and regulations, under penalty of sanctions which can go as far as the cancellation of the contract.

Your stay:

To prepare your stay: It is essential to bring your own bed linen (sheets, pillowcases) or to inform us in advance if you wish to rent kits.

In case of late arrival or last minute impediment, it is imperative to inform our services.

The key of your rental will be given to you at your arrival.

During your stay, we ask you to respect all the markings and safety instructions as they will be posted to you, and to return the keys of your rental.

On the day of your departure, the rentals must be vacated before 11am. You are asked to leave the place as clean as you found it. An optional cleaning service is available for an extra fee.

12. Data processing and freedom

The information that our customers give us will be considered as confidential and will not be transmitted to any third party. The data will only be used for the processing of the reservation, but also for the personalization of your service. In accordance with the French law of January 6, 1978, the customer has the right to access, rectify and oppose his personal data. In order to inform us of a wish of modification, it is enough to address us a mail, or an email by indicating name, first name and address.
