In order to benefit from the services offered, we ask that you carefully read the general terms and conditions below. These terms and conditions govern the sale of holidays and are valid at the time the order is placed. By booking a holiday, you agree to be bound by our general terms and conditions.
RATES: Published rental rates, taxes and services are applicable from 01/09/2025. The rates published for stays are not contractually binding and may be changed without notice. The contractual price is that set at the time of the final booking. The agreed price includes water, electricity, VAT at the current rate, access to the swimming pools and entertainment. For accommodation, it also includes the full inventory and gas. The campsite reserves the right to change prices at any time. Stays will be invoiced based on the rates in force on the day of booking, subject to availability. It is advisable to check the applicable rate by contacting the campsite directly.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Bookings are only binding on the campsite if the campsite has accepted them, which the campsite is free to do or refuse, depending on availability and, in general, any circumstances that may affect the execution of the booking made. The campsite offers family-oriented stays in the traditional sense, with accommodation specially designed for this purpose. The campsite reserves the right to refuse any booking that would be contrary to this principle or that would seek to circumvent it.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Groups are not accepted. For any request for more than 2 pitches or rentals, a written request must be submitted to the management, who reserves the right to accept or refuse such stays.

PITCH RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS: From 4 July to 29 August: minimum stay of 7 nights. Pitches have a minimum area of 80 m² in accordance with the new 2011 standards. The reservation becomes effective after acceptance by the management of your contract accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay + €15 booking fee, which will be cashed upon receipt. You will then be sent a booking confirmation. The pitch is available on the day of arrival specified in the booking contract from 2pm to 7pm, until the day of departure specified in the same contract at 12 noon. A maximum of 6 people, including babies, are allowed on each pitch. Any additional people will be refused, as will anyone whose identity was not provided at the time of booking.
Payment of the balance: The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival. No booking may be transferred to a third party.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING 'Private Sanitary Facilities' : Pitches From 4 July to 29 August: minimum stay of 7 nights. The rental is available on the day of arrival specified in the rental contract from 4pm to 7pm until the day of departure specified in the same contract before 10am (keys to be returned to reception). Any additional persons, including babies, beyond those specified in the booking will be refused, as will any persons whose identity was not provided at the time of booking.

RENTAL BOOKING CONDITIONS: From 4 July to 29 August: minimum 7 nights, arrival on Saturday, Sunday or Wednesday, departure on Saturday, Sunday or Wednesday, depending on the rental category. Outside this period: minimum 2 nights. The booking becomes effective after acceptance by the management of your contract accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay + £15 booking fee, which will be cashed upon receipt. You will then be sent a booking confirmation. Additional administration fees may be charged in the event of changes to a stay that has already been booked. The rental is available on the day of arrival specified in the rental contract from 4pm to 7pm until the day of departure specified in the same contract before 10am (keys to be returned to reception). Minors unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian will not be accepted. Any additional persons, including babies, beyond those specified in the booking will not be accepted, nor will any persons whose identity was not provided at the time of booking. Payment of the balance: The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival. No booking may be transferred to a third party. Payments can be made by holiday vouchers, bank cheques or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard).

PREFERRED LOCATION OR RENTAL CHOICE: it is possible to choose a location number, at the time of booking only, subject to availability and at an additional cost of €30. No specific requests or changes will be possible upon arrival.

OPTIONS: Options are not contractually binding and may be cancelled without penalty by either party after a period of eight days without confirmation.

WITHDRAWAL: In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code (accommodation services), no right of withdrawal applies to the customer once the booking has been confirmed online or by telephone.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
As compensation for breach of contract:
- If you cancel more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, a voucher will be issued for an amount corresponding to the 30% deposit paid, valid for 2 years. Any sums paid, less the deposit, will be refunded.
- If you cancel between the 29th and 15th day before the scheduled arrival date: an amount corresponding to 30% of the value of the stay will be retained by the campsite, and the remainder will be credited to a voucher valid for two years.
- If you cancel between the 14th day before arrival and the day of arrival: all sums paid will be retained by the campsite and will not be refunded or credited.
In the absence of a written message from the customer stating that they have had to postpone their arrival date, the pitch becomes available 24 hours after the arrival date specified in the booking contract and full payment for the services remains due. Telephone messages will not be taken into consideration.
All cancellations MUST be notified in writing to the manager of your place of stay.

CANCELLATION BY THE CAMPSITE: IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION BY THE CAMPSITE, EXCEPT IN CASES OF FORCE MAJEURE, THE SUMS PAID FOR THE BOOKING WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL. HOWEVER, THIS CANCELLATION SHALL NOT GIVE RISE TO THE PAYMENT OF DAMAGES.

CANCELLATION BY THE CAMPER: ALL CANCELLATION REQUESTS MUST BE SENT BY POST TO THE CAMPSITE'S POSTAL ADDRESS OR BY EMAIL. CANCELLATIONS MADE BY TELEPHONE CANNOT BE ACCEPTED. ALL CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF THE BOOKING AND THE CAMPSITE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RE-OFFER THE ACCOMMODATION FOR RENT.

DELAYED OR SHORTENED STAY: NO REDUCTION OR REFUND WILL BE GRANTED IN THE EVENT OF LATE ARRIVAL OR EARLY DEPARTURE.

SECURITY - INSURANCE: Cancellation insurance can be taken out for pitches and rentals (4% of the basic rate). The specific terms and conditions of this insurance can be found on the campez-couvert.fr website. It is the responsibility of caravan campers to take out insurance for their caravan, tent, equipment and civil liability. The management accepts no responsibility for theft, loss or damage due to bad weather or accidents occurring within the campsite.

DEPOSITS: A deposit of €200 for rentals, €150 for pitches with 'private sanitary facilities' and €100 for 'Comfort Plus & Comfort Premium' pitches will be required on the day of your arrival to cover the establishment in the event of damage to the campsite. Method of payment for the deposit: Credit card (amount not debited from your account). This deposit will be cancelled after your departure. A partial or full deduction may be made in the event of damage or soiling of the accommodation. The customer agrees and authorises our housekeeper to check the rental accommodation after their departure and to charge a cleaning fee according to the current price list.

IMAGE: By accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the customer expressly authorises the campsite, free of charge, to photograph or film them during their stay and to use the photos, videos or sounds on any media for a period of 5 years. This authorisation also applies to all persons staying with the customer. Its purpose is to promote the campsite nationally and internationally on its websites, in its brochures, on Facebook, Instagram, in its sales presentations and in tourist guides.
PARTNERS: The customer expressly acknowledges that the campsite cannot be held liable for any false information communicated by its partners or any third party and mentioned in the campsite's brochure or website concerning the accommodation sites, in particular the presentation photos, descriptions, activities, leisure facilities, services and operating dates. All photos and texts used on the campsite's website are non-contractual. They are for information purposes only. The layout and characteristics of the rooms may vary from one model to another.

DATA PROTECTION: The information you provide when placing your order will not be disclosed to any third parties. This information will be treated as confidential. It will be used solely by our internal departments to process your order and to enhance and personalise the communication and services offered to our customers based on your interests. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and oppose any personal data concerning you. To do so, simply send us a request by post.

COMPLAINTS: All complaints relating to the conditions of your stay must be made on site to the campsite management so that they can find an immediate solution. Failing this, the stay will, by express agreement, be considered to have taken place under satisfactory conditions.
In the event of a dispute and after contacting the professional's customer service department, any customer may refer the matter to a consumer ombudsman within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, to the professional.
