Nei dintorni del villaggio, una visita allo Château d'Alphonse de Lamartine vi farà conoscere la vita di questo politico, un illustre poeta della letteratura francese.
Il nostro campeggio, incastonato tra valli e boschi, tanto caro al nostro poeta, vi accoglierà con le sue piazzole ombreggiate in riva al lago, dove la calma e la tranquillità rimarranno i punti di forza del vostro soggiorno.

Aspetti positivi: Nice site, close to lake. Pitches were a good size and facilities were clean and tidy.
Da migliorare: Lack of toilets for size of campsite and we had parked up near to the reception where there seemed to be some sort of evening party and loud karaoke until 10pm ish on a Wednesday evening. Wasn’t ideal for our one night stop over where we needed some sleep.

Aspetti positivi: Un chalet excellement organisé avec tout ce qu’il faut. Un accueil chaleureux. Un emplacement magnifique. Une météo ensoleillée. Du calme. Bref, un séjour très court qui m’a paru durer une semaine entière et m’a fait beaucoup de bien. Une énorme envie de revenir !

Aspetti positivi: De ligging van de camping. De camping ligt heel mooi tussen de heuvels aan een meer. We hadden een mooi uitzicht op de heuvels. Ruime plaatsen maar het waterpas krijgen van de caravan op onze plaats (24) was wel even een uitdaging als je niet genoeg keggen bij je hebt. Dit geldt trouwens voor meerdere plaatsen. De sanitairruimte was heel mooi en werd goed schoon gehouden. Sain-Point is een oud dorpje waar verder geen voorzieningen zijn, In Tramayes (4 km verderop) is een kleine Carrefour die goed voorzien is. Voor grotere supermarkten ben je aangewezen op Cluny.
Da migliorare: Het aantal toiletten, Dit is echt te weinig. Verder heb ik ervaren dat de administratie niet op orde is. Plek weggeven die al bezet was. Ik had voor de gehele periode vooraf alles betaald maar toen ik met twee dagen wilde verlengen moest ik ineens ook nog een gedeelte van de eerste periode betalen.Is wel goed gekomen omdat ik via mails het tegendeel kon bewijzen.

Terms and Conditions
Article 1 - Scope of application of the terms and conditions
These terms and conditions automatically govern all sales of stays made on the website www.campingsaintpoint.com. They form an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.
Each customer acknowledges having read these terms and conditions prior to booking a stay, both for themselves and for any other person participating in the stay.
In accordance with the law in force, these terms and conditions are made available to all customers for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of stays. They can also be obtained by sending a written request to the establishment's head office.
Article 2 - Booking conditions
2.1 Prices and payment
The price of stays is indicated in euros, including VAT. Customers are advised that tourist tax is not included in the price.
For camping pitch reservations: All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount for the stay.

For any unreported delay, the rental/pitch becomes available 12 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the reservation contract. After this period, and in the absence of a written message, the reservation will be canceled and the deposit will be retained by the campsite management.
2.2 Booking and payment
Bookings can be made by telephone, by mail, or online at www.campingsaintpoint.com. All bookings must be accompanied by a payment including:
THE BALANCE OF THE STAY must be paid 30 days before the arrival date. No deduction will be made in the event of late arrival or early departure. Any reservation not paid for in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale will be canceled.
2.3 Cancellation
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. This policy offers cancellation coverage, allowing you to obtain a refund of the amounts paid in the event of cancellation of your stay or early departure under certain conditions (illness, accident, etc.). The premium for this option is payable in full at the time of booking (3.5% of the total amount of the stay, excluding booking fees and tourist taxes).
Please note that, in accordance with the provisions of Article L221-28 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, none of the services offered by Camping du Lac are subject to the right of withdrawal. Consequently, any cancellation made by the customer after booking and before departure will result in:

3.1 Arrivals and Departures
For rentals and camping: arrivals are from 4 p.m. and departures are before 10 a.m.
3.2 Deposit
A deposit of €300 per accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival. It will be refunded on the day of your departure, during cash desk opening hours, after an inventory has been carried out. Any damage will be added to the price of your stay, as will cleaning costs if you do not leave the accommodation in a perfectly clean condition. If you are unable to be present during the inventory, the deposit will be returned to you by mail.
3.3 Departure
Any return of keys or vacating of the pitch after 11 a.m. will result in an additional night being charged. Any extension of stay must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
3.4 Animals
Animals with up-to-date vaccinations are allowed inside the rentals.
3.5 Internal rules
As required by law, you must adhere to our internal rules, which are filed with the prefecture, displayed at our reception desk, and a copy of which will be provided to you upon request.
Article 4 – Liability
The Campsite declines all responsibility for damage to the camper's equipment caused by the camper himself; insurance for your equipment in terms of civil liability is mandatory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC, etc.).
Article 5 - Applicable law
These general terms and conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application shall fall within the jurisdiction of the District Court or Commercial Court of Macon.
