CUSTOMER BASE
To be allowed to enter and stay inside the campsite Les Acacias, you must be authorized by the director or his representative. Stay at the campsite les Acacias implies acceptance of the rules of procedure and the commitment to comply. Any infringement may cause the expulsion of the author and the accompanying persons. In case of criminal offense, the director of the campsite may seek the intervention of security forces. It is recalled that the campsite is reserved for holiday makers customer, in consequences, in any case the customer cannot be your principal residence.

RENTALS
The camper agrees to use the rented accommodation without degrading or disturbing the tranquility of the neighborhood. He can not use it for purposes other than habitation. The camper will be required to comply with the provisions of the rules of the campsite. Management will immediately terminate the stay without compensation or compensation in case of non-compliance with the rules of procedure, breaches of the rules of good neighborliness, incivilities, and any other fact likely to harm the harmony of the campsite.
It is forbidden to smoke in mobile homes.
The linen (sheets + towels) is not provided but can be rented on request when booking.
The key of the hiring is at the disposal of the customer of 4pm the day of the arrival until 10am the day of the departure. Attention: any departure from the departure time will result in the invoicing of an additional night. Early check-in or late check-out options are available, subject to availability, upon booking.
In no case may the accommodation be occupied by more occupants than stated in the contract. Any additional installation (eg tent) next to the rental is strictly prohibited. The campsite management reserves the right to refuse customers whose names do not correspond to those mentioned in the contract when booking.
The campsite requires a booking fee of 20 € per stay (0 € in case of booking via the Internet).

PITCHES
Our service « Forfait camping » (1 pitch, 1 or 2 adults, 1 car and 1 caravan or 1 car and 1 tent or 1 motorbike and 1 tent or 1 campervan + electricity 10 amperes). Additional costs (additional person, extra car, extra tent, pet, 10€ booking fees) are not included.
Our service “Loire à Vélo” (1 bicycle + 1 tent+ 1 adult). Additional costs (additional person, extra car, extra tent, pet), electricity are not included.
You will leave your pitch before 12 am. For any overrun schedule you must pay an additional overnight stay.

PAYMENT OF THE STAY AND CANCELLATION
To confirm the booking, the customer must pay a percentage of the amount of the stay as a deposit + the booking fees.
For all of the stay, the balance must be paid 10 days before the arrival day. If no payment is made within the period laid down, booking will be cancelled.
Last-minute booking: any reservation made for the deadline lower in 10 days before the date of arrival must be entirely paid, and by bank card only.
Accommodations and pitches are booked until 11am the day after your arrival, after this time without news from you, the campsite can rent it.
The day of your arrival, a deposit of 380€ will be asked by banking imprint or by cash. Further to your departure, a checkout will be made by ourselves. Deposit will be refund if the rent is clean and not degraded.
80-€ will be charged in case the rent would not be in perfect condition of cleanliness. In case of degradation, deposit of 300€ for furniture will be taken by the campsite, and the balance (net of reinstatement fee) will be returned to you the next month.
In case you would have smoked in the mobil home and in case the smell of tobacco persists, we would be obliged to deduct from your deposit the amount of restoration for the accommodation.
Your rent includes a package of electric consumption for a normal use. To save energy, we recommend you to keep radiators in low when you do not occupy the mobil home, and to keep doors and windows well closed when you warm, not to exceed this fixed amount. In case of overtaking, the additional kW will be charged to you 0,23€.
Any cancellation must be notified IMPERATIVELY by mail or email to be taken into consideration.
-More than 60 days before the stay : the deposit will be refunded by international bank check on simple written request
- between 30 and 60 days before the stay: the deposit paid will be reimbursed by the campsite after deduction of cancellation fees of 20 € and any booking fees.
- between 10 and 30 days before the stay: the deposit paid will be kept in full by the campsite.
- less than 10 days before the stay: All the sums paid will be kept by the campsite. The client can not claim any compensation or reimbursement from the campsite Les Acacias if he abridges or interrupts his stay for any reason whatsoever.

RIGHT TO IMAGE
The client authorizes the staff of the Camping les Acacias to record or film it during his stay and to exploit the said images, sounds, videos and recordings on all media (in particular on the sites or Internet pages of the campsite, including Facebook, on the presentation and promotional materials and on travel or tourist guides). This authorization applies to both the client and the accompanying persons. Its sole purpose is to ensure the promotion and animation of the establishment and will in no way harm the reputation of the client. This authorization is granted free of charge, for all countries and for a period of 5 years. By simple written request, addressed to the camping Acacias, the customer can refuse that his image is used for the aforementioned promotional purposes.

EXTRACT FROM THE RULES OF PROCEDURE:
It is posted at the reception of the campsite. We thank you for reading it. All customers must comply with the rules of the campsite. Non-compliance with the rules may result in the expulsion of the campsite without any refund of the stay.
The use of sound devices should not be perceived beyond the perimeter of each location. From 22:30, it is mandatory that everyone respects the right of rest of its neighbors
It is up to the holidaymaker to make sure, the campsite declining any responsibility in case of theft, fire, bad weather and in case of incident falling under the civil liability of the holidaymaker. Any forgetfulness of personal effects inside the campsite can not engage the responsibility of our establishment.
Traffic is prohibited from 22h to 7h30 in the campground to ensure the safety and tranquility of campers. Commercial vehicles as defined by their registration card are prohibited on the premises of the establishment. Private parking is available to the client outside the campsite. Speed ​​is limited to 10 km / h in the campsite
To preserve the calm of the campsite, visitors are allowed in the campsite, only on foot, from 9:30 to 21:30. They will have to present themselves at the reception in order to deposit a piece of identity and to pay the tariff in force. They will have access to the outdoor parking located in front of the campsite.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Dogs are allowed, except for categories 1 and 2. Dogs must be leashed in the campsite. It is not allowed to leave a dog alone on a pitch. Rabies vaccines and the tattoo certificate are mandatory. Cats are not allowed in the rental.
