Da migliorare: Nettoyage des sanitaires aux heures d'utilisation, peu de points d'eau, des emplacement mal délimités et difficile à trouver, un restaurant au heures d'ouverture très courtes. Une douche mal placée en côte et qu'on ne voit pas en tournant pour aller sur notre emplacement, résultat une plaque de fond de la voiture cassée.

Fijne, rustige en eenvoudige camping midden in de natuur
Aspetti positivi: Het was fijn dat het een rustige camping was. Sanitair was netjes, ook hokjes met toilet, douche en wastafel bij elkaar. Wel eigen toiletpapier meenemen. Dorpje vlakbij en ook activiteiten in de buurt.
Da migliorare: Electra aansluitingen lagen wat ver uit elkaar, wij moesten een verlengsnoer lenen van de camping. Gelukkig was dit beschikbaar.

The present sales terms and conditions rule all the stays sold with the domaine du haut des bluches and on the website www.hautdesbluches.com. They are included in the contract binding the establishment and the customers.By using the Website the client agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy (the “Terms”), and the client expressly consent and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and all applicable laws and regulations that govern the Website and the booking. By proceeding to book a pitch, a bedroom or a chalet, the client accept that he (and any other person present during the stay) will be entering into a contract with the Domaine du haut des bluches on its standard terms and conditions.According to the law in force, the present terms and conditions are available for the client for information only and prior to any contract for holiday purchase. The terms and conditions are available on written request to the establishment office.
All prices are given in Euros, including VAT. The client's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is not included in the price.
Camping pitches booking requests: Pitches booking requests are nominative and nontransferable. . Domaine du haut des bluches will confirm your booking and issue you with an email confirmation after payment of the deposit and administration fees.
Rented accommodations booking « chalets » : requests are nominative and non-transferable. Domaine du haut des bluches will confirm your booking and issue you with an email confirmation after payment of the deposit, administration fees and balance of the stay. Payment of the balance no later than 30 days before the date of arrival.
Rented accommodations booking requests « bedrooms » : Rented accommodations booking requests are nominative and non-transferable. Domaine du haut des bluches will confirm your booking and issue you with an email confirmation after payment of the deposit and administration fees.
Should you have any delay on the day of arrival and don't warn the establishment, the accommodation will be available 12 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the lease. After this time limit and without written message, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will remain acquired for the establishment.
No discount will be granted for late arrivals and/or early departures.
Bedroom and camping pitch : Any cancellation should be notified by written messages (e-mail.) Booking fees and deposit are retained.
Chalet : according to the general sales terms and conditions, any booking with unpaid balance will be cancelled. For any cancellation received within 30 days of arrival date the full amount due as mentioned in the contract must be paid.
Customers may pay a different price for the same stay. The difference between the price actually paid and the special offer price will not be paid back. Special offers and last minute deals are strictly effective for the dates indicated on the booking form. In case of a late arrival or an early departure they are not effective anymore.
The legal dispositions related to withdrawals on on-line sales do not apply to tourist services (article L.121-20-4 from the French Code de la consommation). For any on-line booking, customers will have no right of withdrawal.
We advise you to subscribe cancellation insurance. This contract offers you cancellation insurance enabling you have the paid sum back if you cancel your stay or leave earlier under certain events and circumstances (illness, accident, etc.)..

In rented accommodations « bedrooms », arrivals between 4.30pm and 6.30pm and departures before 10am (except on sunday, please contact us for your arrival time).
In rented accommodations «Chalets», arrivals between 4.30pm and 6.30pm and departures after the check out betwen 9am and 11am (except on sunday, please contact us for your arrival time).
And for camping pitches arrivals from 12am till 6.45pm and departures before 12am. Campsite closed with a gate. Be careful, on Sunday, the reception in season will be closed after 12 am , please contact us for your arrival time information and access)
The Domaine du haut des Bluches can change the allocation of a room, a cottage or a pitch at the arrival of the customer or in case of extension of a stay.
€500.00 damage/cleanliness/campsite access card deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection (during resception opening hours) of your unit should no damage/losses be found. » (visa, mastercard).Your unit must be left clean and tidy. A fine of €60.00 will be charged for unclean units upon departure. If you cannot attend the inspection, your guarantee will be cancelled after our check-out.
€10 (visa, mastercard,cash) campsite access card deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after return of access card (during resception opening hours).
Any delay for giving back the key and leaving the pitch after indicated time limit in article 3.1. will be invoiced one extra night. Should your stay be extended, you must inform the establishment at least 24 hours before the departure date set previously.
Animals are allowed inside the campsite and accommodations. The animal musn't be left alone in the accomodation (bedroom). Damages caused by animals will be invoiced 60 euros (bed covers, sofa, fur...)
3.5 Tents are forbidden near the accommodation.
In accordance with the law in force, the client agrees to subscribe to the Policies and procedures, listed in the Préfecture, available at the reception desk, it will be given on demand.
The establishment is not liable for any damages on the holiday-maker's equipment. Holiday-makers must have subscribed civil liability insurance for their equipment (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC, etc.).
These general conditions are subject to French law and all disputes concerning their application falls under the jurisdiction of the High Court or Tribunal de Commerce of EPINAL.

This mountain styled « chalet montagne » is situated nearby the entrance and all the campsite facilities, on the edge of streamlet. Surrounded by the stunning Vosges mountains and set in a natural location close to the forests and the rivers, its an excellent spot for nature lovers. The chalet is available from 4:30 pm and to be released on the day of departure before 10:00 am. Cleaning by you at the end of stay. Fees included (water, electricity, electric heater, gas). Bedspreads, duvets and pillows included. Composed of 2 bedrooms (1st : 1 double bed 140*190cm, 2nd: 2 single beds 80*190cm) and 1 sofa bed (2*80*190) in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with hot plates, fridge/freezer, microwave/stove, toaster, coffee machine, raclette/grill, dishwasher, crockery for 4-6 persons . FREE WIFI CONNECTION. Options: kit bed linen (fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases) and towel set, cleaning service. Non-smoking chalet. In winter, chains or snow tyres are indispensable.
