This mountain styled « chalet montagne » is situated nearby the entrance and all the campsite facilities, on the edge of streamlet. Surrounded by the stunning Vosges mountains and set in a natural location close to the forests and the rivers, its an excellent spot for nature lovers. The chalet is available from 4:30 pm and to be released on the day of departure before 10:00 am. Cleaning by you at the end of stay. Fees included (water, electricity, electric heater, gas). Bedspreads, duvets and pillows included. Composed of 2 bedrooms (1st : 1 double bed 140*190cm, 2nd: 2 single beds 80*190cm) and 1 sofa bed (2*80*190) in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with hot plates, fridge/freezer, microwave/stove, toaster, coffee machine, raclette/grill, dishwasher, crockery for 4-6 persons . FREE WIFI CONNECTION. Options: kit bed linen (fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases) and towel set, cleaning service. Non-smoking chalet. In winter, chains or snow tyres are indispensable.

Het kon omdat er weinig mensen waren.

Da migliorare: De plekjes zijn erg klein. Je staat bovenop elkaar. Het sanitair is verouderd en de kleine badkamertjes in het gebouw zijn zo krap dat je bijna op het toilet staat te douchen of de toilet is drijfnat als je naar de wc wil. Het rook er naar riolering. Het ontbreken van toiletpapier is middeleeuws.

Aspetti positivi: Sehr ruhiger und abgelegener Campingplatz. Sanitäre Anlagen sind in Ordnung,, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Temperatur des Wassers kann weder in der Dusche noch im Waschbecken reguliert werden. Sehr netter weiblicher Service an der Rezeption. Einige Wanderwege starten direkt vor Ort, dass ist praktisch. Das Restaurant war leider komplett geschlossen, keine Info vorher an uns und auch keine Info auf der Homepage! Für uns sehr schlecht, da fußläufig nichts zu erreichen war und wir dann immer den Camper umbauen mussten um in die nächste Stadt zu fahren.
Da migliorare: Warmwasser in der Dusche sollte reguliert werden können. Es möchten nicht alle so heiß duschen und man könnte so auch Energie sparen. Die Schließung des Restaurants sollte den Besuchern vorher mitgeteilt werden und sollte auch auf der Homepage stehen. Preise für Getränke zum mitnehmen sollten niedriger sein, da man in der Nähe sonst nichts kaufen kann (0.33 Bier kosten 4,80 €, Flasche Pinot blanc 16 €)

Aspetti positivi: Nous y avons passé une semaine reposante et magnifique dans un chalet à côté de la petite rivière. Le domaine est propre, agréable à vivre et le personnel est adorable. Nous avons mangé une fois au restaurant du domaine et n'avons pas étés déçus. Nous reviendrons pour sûr.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Article 1 – Scope of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions govern all bookings for stays made through the website. They form an integral part of every contract entered into between Domaine du Haut des Bluches and its customers.
Each customer acknowledges having read these General Terms and Conditions before making any booking, both on their own behalf and on behalf of all persons participating in the stay.
In accordance with applicable legislation, these General Terms and Conditions are made available to all customers for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for accommodation services. They may also be obtained upon simple written request addressed to the establishment's registered office.
Article 2 – Booking Conditions
2.1 Prices and Payment
The prices of stays are quoted in euros, inclusive of VAT. Customers are reminded that the tourist tax is not included in the stated prices.
Camping pitch bookings: All bookings are made in the customer's name and may not be transferred to another person. The booking becomes effective only upon our acceptance and receipt of the deposit and booking fees.
Rental accommodation bookings: All bookings are made in the customer's name and may not be transferred to another person. The booking becomes effective only upon our acceptance and receipt of the full cost of the stay and the booking fees. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date.
Room bookings: All bookings are made in the customer's name and may not be transferred to another person. The booking becomes effective only upon our acceptance and receipt of the deposit and booking fees.
In the event of a delay in arrival that has not been notified in advance, the room, rental accommodation or camping pitch will remain available for up to 12 hours after the arrival date stated in the booking contract or confirmation. After this period, if no written notification has been received, the booking will be cancelled and any amounts paid will be retained by Domaine du Haut des Bluches.
2.2 Booking Amendments
No discount or refund will be granted in the event of a late arrival or early departure.
2.3 Cancellation
Rooms and camping pitches: All cancellations must be notified in writing. No cancellation fees will be charged, except for group bookings. However, amounts already paid will not be refunded.
Chalets: Any booking for which the full balance has not been paid in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions will be cancelled. If a cancellation is received less than 30 days before the scheduled start of the stay, the customer will be required to pay the full amount due under the booking contract.
2.4 Promotions – Last-Minute Deals – Special Offers
Different customers may have paid different prices for the same stay. Customers who have paid the higher price will not be entitled to a refund of the difference. Promotional rates are strictly limited to the dates specified in the booking contract and will no longer apply if the arrival or departure date is changed.
2.5 Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28, 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, that must be provided on a specific date or during a specific period.
Consequently, customers booking a stay with Domaine du Haut des Bluches are not entitled to a right of withdrawal where the service falls within the scope of this legal exception.
2.6 Cancellation Insurance
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. Subject to certain conditions (illness, accident, etc.), this insurance may reimburse amounts paid in the event of cancellation of your stay or early departure.
Cancellation insurance must be taken out at the time of booking.
Insurance premium: 3.1% of the total cost of the stay.
Article 3 – Conduct of the Stay
3.1 Arrivals and Departures
Room accommodation: Check-in is between 3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Check-out must take place before 10:00 a.m.
Chalet accommodation: Check-in is between 3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Check-out must take place between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., following an inspection of the accommodation.
Camping: Arrivals are from 12:00 noon onwards, and departures must take place before 12:00 noon.
The campsite is secured by a barrier. Access is provided using a code issued during reception opening hours. Alternatively, guests may arrange their arrival in advance.
Please note that, during the high season, Sunday arrivals must take place before 12:00 noon or be arranged with reception in advance.
Domaine du Haut des Bluches reserves the right to change the allocation of a room, chalet or camping pitch upon the customer's arrival or when a stay is extended.
3.2 Security Deposit
A security deposit of €500 per chalet, payable by cheque or Visa/Mastercard, will be required on the day of arrival.
The deposit will be returned within 48 hours after departure, provided that the inspection of the accommodation reveals no issues.
Any charges for damage will be added to the cost of the stay. Additional cleaning charges may also apply if the accommodation is not left in a perfectly clean condition.
3.3 Departure
Returning the keys or vacating the camping pitch after the scheduled departure time will result in an additional night's charge.
Any extension of the stay must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
3.4 Pets
Pets are permitted for an additional fee on the campsite and in rental accommodation, including rooms and chalets. Please bring your pet's health record or vaccination certificate.
Pets must never be left unattended in rooms or chalets and must always be kept on a lead.
If pet hair or other dirt is found in any type of accommodation, including on sofas or blankets, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.
3.5 Tents, Caravans and Motorhomes
Tents, caravans and motorhomes are not permitted near the rental accommodation.
3.6 Internal Regulations
As required by law, guests must comply with our internal regulations, which have been filed with the local prefecture and are displayed at reception. A copy will be provided upon request.
Article 4 – Liability
Domaine du Haut des Bluches accepts no liability for theft or damage caused by third parties.
Domaine du Haut des Bluches accepts no liability for damage to campers' or caravan owners' equipment resulting from their own actions.
Third-party liability insurance covering your equipment is compulsory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC, etc.).
Article 5 – Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their application falls within the jurisdiction of the Judicial Court or Commercial Court of Épinal, as applicable.
