Aspetti positivi: Wir waren für eine Zwischenübernachtung auf dem Weg nach Hause auf diesem kleinen schönen Campingplatz. Bei unserer Ankunft konnten wir einen Platz frei wählen; hatten somit die Möglichkeit zwischen viel Sonne oder mehr Schatten zu entscheiden. Wir haben uns dann für einen Platz entschieden, der zwischen Hecken viel Privatsphäre bot.

Da migliorare: Die Stellplätze in bergiger Landschaft sind nie ganz eben und man benötigt Keile um gerade zu stehen. Das ist aber völlig normal und man muss das eben einplanen.

Article 1 - Scope of the general terms and conditions of sale
These general terms and conditions automatically govern all sales of holidays made on the www.campingfraiteux.com website. They form an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.
All customers acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms and conditions before booking a holiday, for themselves and any other person taking part in the holiday.
In accordance with the law in force, these terms and conditions are made available to all customers for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of holidays. They may also be obtained on written request sent to the establishment's head office.
2.1 Prices and payment
The price of the holiday is quoted in euros, including VAT. The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that tourist tax is not included in the price. For rentals and pitches, the balance must be paid in full 30 days before arrival. If you book less than 30 days before your arrival, the stay must be paid in full at the time of booking.
For campsite pitch bookings: All rentals are by name only and cannot be transferred. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount for the stay and the booking fee.
For rental bookings: All rentals are on a personal basis and cannot be transferred. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the stay and the booking fee.
In the event of an unannounced delay, the rental/pitch will become available 8 hours after the arrival date stated on the booking contract. After this time, and in the absence of a written message, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will be retained by the campsite management.
2.2 Booking changes
No reduction will be made for late arrivals or early departures.
2.3 Cancellation
Any booking not settled in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded. For cancellations received up to 8 days before the start of the holiday, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. For cancellations received 7 days or less before the start of the holiday, the amount paid will be retained by the campsite management.
2.4 Right of withdrawal
The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the case of distance selling, as set out in the Consumer Code, do not apply to tourist services (article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code).
Therefore, for any order for a stay with the campsite, the customer has no right of withdrawal.
2.5 Cancellation insurance
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance. This contract provides you with cancellation cover, enabling you to obtain reimbursement of the sums paid in the event of cancellation of your holiday or early departure under certain conditions (illness, accident, etc.).
Insurance rates :
- Campsite pitch: 5% of the total cost of your stay
- Mobile home rental: 5% of the total cost of your stay
Article 3 - Stay 3.1 Arrivals and departures
For rentals, arrivals are from 4 p.m. and departures before 10 a.m., any day of the week.
On the campsite, arrivals are from 12 noon and departures before 12 noon, any day of the week.
3.2 Security deposit
A deposit of 150 euros per accommodation will be required on the day of your arrival. It will be refunded on the day of your departure, during the opening hours of the cash desk, after an inventory of fixtures. The cost of any damage will be added to the price of the stay, as will the cost of cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a perfectly clean condition. If you are unable to attend the inventory, the deposit will be returned to you by post.
3.3 Departure
If the key is returned or the pitch is vacated after 12 noon, an additional night will be charged. Any extension of your stay must be requested at least 24 hours before the planned departure date and will only be accepted subject to availability.
3.4 Pets
Pets are allowed in the accommodation under certain conditions. They may not be left alone in the accommodation. They are not allowed on the sofas or beds.
Out of respect for other campers, they must be kept on a lead inside the campsite, even if they are friendly and docile.
They must relieve themselves outside the campsite.
3.5 House rules
As required by law, you must adhere to our house rules, which have been filed with the prefecture and are displayed in our reception area. A copy will be given to you on request.
Article 4 - Liability
The campsite accepts no liability for damage to camper-caravanners' equipment caused by the camper-caravanners themselves. Civil liability insurance for your equipment is compulsory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC, etc.).
Article 5 - Applicable law
These general terms and conditions are governed by French law and any dispute relating to their application shall fall within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Grande Instance or the Tribunal de Commerce d'Epinal.
