I. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION AND STAY
To be admitted in, settle or stay on a campground, you need to have been authorized by the manager or its representative. The latter has a duty of checking on the good condition of the campground as well as the enforcement of these rules of procedure.
Staying on this campground means agreeing to these rules and willing to respect them.
No one can declare domicile on the camping.

POLICE FORMALITY

Unaccompanied minors will only we allowed with a written authorization of their parents.
Pursuant to article R. 611-35 on the entrance and stay of foreigners and asylum right, the manager is due to have an individual police document filled and signed by the foreign client on his arrival. It has to mention:
1° Name and surname
2° Date and place of birth
3° Nationality
4° Current domicile
Children under 15 can appear on one of its parent's document.

SETTLEMENT

Outdoor accommodation and its relative material have to be placed on the indicated location according to directives given by the manager or its representative.

RECEPTION

From April to June and September: open from 8h to 12h and from 13:30 to 20h.
In July and August: from 8h to 20h.
In October: from 8h30 to 19h.
You will find at reception every information about services on the campsite, about sport infrastructures, places around to visit and various useful addresses.
A system of collecting reclamation is available to customers.

DISPLAY

These rules of procedure are displayed at the entrance of the campsite and at the reception office. It is given to every client that wishes.

Tariffs of the various services are communicated to clients according to conditions set up by the minister in charge of consumption and searchable at reception.

DEPARTURE ARRANGEMENTS

Clients are invited to inform reception about departure the day before it. Clients planning to leave before the reception's opening hours are due to pay for their stay the day before departure.

NOISE AND SILENCE

It is asked of clients to avoid making any noise that could disturb their neighborhood.
Noisy devices have to be settled accordingly. Closure of doors and trunks have to be as noiseless as possible.
Dogs and other animals must not be let free. They cannot be left on the campsite, even confined, without their master's presence, who are legally responsible for them.
Manager ensures tranquility of its clients by imposing hours during which silence must be complete (from 11PM to 7AM).

VISITORS

After being authorized by the manager or its representative, visitors can be allowed on the campsite under client's responsibility.
Client can receive visitor.s at reception. Campsite's services and infrastructures are accessible to visitors. However, the use of these equipment can be subject to tariffs that have to be displayed at the entrance of the campsite et at reception.
Visitor's cars are forbidden on the campsite.

CIRCULATION AND PARKING OF VEHICLES

Vehicles must be driven slowly inside the campsite.
Circulation is allowed from 7h to 11h.
Only campers are allowed to be driving in the campsite. Parking is strictly forbidden on the sites usually used for camping, except if a parking spot was planned for it. Parking must not disturb circulation, nor the settlement of new campers.

MAINTENANCE OF EQUIPMENT

Everyone is expected to avoid doing any action that could damage the cleanliness or aspect of the campsite or its equipment, including sanitary.
It is forbidden to throw used water on the ground or in gutters.
Clients must throw used water in the equipment made for it.
Waste of any nature, papers, must be thrown in trashcan.
Laundry must be done in the sinks.
Clothes drying will be done in the common dryer. However, it is allowed until 10AM around the sites, on the condition that it does not annoy neighbors. It cannot be done from trees.
Plants and floral decoration must be respected. It is forbidden to put nails in trees, cut branches, or plant anything.
Every repair of deterioration of vegetation, fences, sites or equipment of the campsite will be paid for by its author.
The site that was used during the stay will have to be as clean as it was found.

SECURITY

a) Fires
Open fires (wood, coal…) are strictly forbidden. Camping stoves must be maintained in good state for use, and cannot be used in dangerous conditions.
In case of fire, immediately inform managers. Fire extinguishers can be used in case of necessity.
An emergency kit is available at reception.

b) Theft
Management is accountable for objects left at the reception and has a general obligation to look after the campsite. Camper has a responsibility for its own settlement and must let the management know about any suspect person.

GAMES

No violent or disturbing game is allowed near settlements.
Common room can only be used for calm games.
Children must always be under their parent's or responsible adult's watch.

OFFENSE TO THE RULES OF PROCEDURE

In the case of a camper disturbing other campers' stay, or not respecting these rules, the manager or its representative can, if need be, make a point of order verbally or in writings.
In case of serious or repeated violations of rules and after a point of order by the manager, the latter can be allowed to terminate the contract.
In case of legal or civil offense, the manager can call for law enforcement.

MEDIATION AND LITIGATION

In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, the consumer, subject to Article L.612.2 of the Consumer Code, has the right to submit a request for amicable resolution by way of mediation, within a period of less than one year from its written complaint to the professional.

This establishment has designated, by membership registered under number 50787/VM/2303, SAS Médiation Solution as a consumer mediation entity.

To seize the mediator, the consumer must formulate his request:

Regardless of the means of referral used, the request must imperatively contain:
- The applicant's postal, telephone and electronic contact details,
- The name and address and the registration number at Sas Médiation Solution, of the professional concerned,
- A brief statement of the facts. The consumer will specify to the mediator what he expects from this mediation and why,
- Copy of the prior complaint,
- all documents allowing the instruction of the request (purchase order, invoice, proof of payment, etc.)



In case of failing to reach an agreement with the manager, tribunals from the owner's domicile place will get exclusive attribution of competence.

MEANS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED ON THE CAMPSITE

The means of payment accepted for the stay and other purchases on the campsite are :
• Cash
• Bank card for payments over 10€, including contactless payments
• Transfers

II RENTALS :
PAYMENT :
Booking will become effective as soon as the tenant will have sent a signed copy of this contract before the date indicated on the joint letter, along with :
• An account of 30% of the total amount, added to fees for the file and the rental. It will have to be paid 30 days before the arrival date at top.
• For a rental less than 30 days before the arrival date, the payment will have to be full

If the contract and the payment were not given back before the indicated date, the rental will be cancelled
The received deposit or payment can only be imputed on the booked housing.
Fees for the file and the rental are 18.00€.
The rental tariff includes housing, the maximum number of persons includes in the housing, water, electricity, gaz, one vehicle by housing.

INSURANCES

The tenant assures that its insurance contract provides for civil responsibility for the resort.
Moreover, you can subscribe to a cancelling insurance which amount will come to 2.9% of the total amount of your stay, excluding booking fees and stay tax (for information, there is no stay tax in the town of Toutainville).
Campers must be able to present a registration certificate and an insurance for their vehicles and caravans if necessary.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Arrivals are from 16h to 20h.
Departures are from 8h to 10h.
Except for previous arrangements, if the tenant hasn't shown during planned hours on the day of his rental, the arrival will be reported to the day after, according to the manager's availability.
No key will be given before the reception of every payment or deposits. Any delay of payment from the tenant, which could cause a delay in the attribution of the keys, will not give any right to reimbursement or compensation even if the period is partially or totally shorten because of delays.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

On your arrival, deposits will be asked (to anticipate eventual deterioration of equipment or dirt in the housing at the end of the stay) :
• A deposit of 300€ for housing
AND
• A deposit of 100 € for the cleaning of cottages
• A deposit of 80 € for the other accommodations
Deposits can be in non-debited banking card or cash.
These amounts will be given back a the end of the stay, with possible deduction of the cost of missing or deteriorated material, and/or necessary cleaning of the housing or its equipment.
In the case of housing needing to be cleaned by the management, the deposit will be kept.
In case of items lost or damaged by the client, the deposit amount will be lowered by the repair or replacement costs. Either by a flat rate, 10€ (3% on broken dishes), 50€ (16% on big kitchen utensils), 120€ (40% for damage on small equipment), 150€ (50% for small furniture, or big household appliance), 300€ (100% for big furniture, beds), either by the owner presenting supporting documents, and this, in a time limit of two months.
If the deposit is insufficient, the tenant engages itself to complete the amount presenting supporting documents. This deposit cannot in any case be considered part of the rental payment.

STATE OF PLAY AND INVENTORY

The state of play, inventory of furniture or various equipment will be made at the beginning of the stay by the tenant, an inventory sheet will be filled and signed by the latter, and at the end of the stay by the management and the tenant.
The tenant will have of 24 hours to tell the management about missing material. After this time, it will be considered that nothing is missing in the housing.
In case of dysfunction of material, it is asked from tenants to let the management know as soon as possible.
In case of no state of play at the end of the stay, because of a departure time other than the one planned and incompatible with its planning, the manager will do the state of play alone, and will send back the deposit within 10 days after departure if no deterioration is observed (cleaning included).
Dishes and kitchen tools have to be washed by the tenant.
If the manager notices deterioration, it will have to inform the tenant by registered letter and acknowledgement receipt under 8 days. In consequence, there will be a 2 months delay after the departure date to restitute the deposit, decreased by the cost of damages, loss of material…
Concerning noticed deterioration, the cost will be held by the management after common agreement with the tenant. If no agreement is reached, a quote will be made by a professional.
Beds, covers and pillows are provided in every housing. Cottages and mobil-homes are provided with heating.
Options are available in extra (see tariffs) :
• Renting of linens
• Cleaning option

USE OF THE PLACE

The number of tenants cannot exceed the intended number of persons (children and babies included) according to the housing configuration.
The reservation is nominative and cannot in any case include third parties. Only registered persons are allowed to occupy housing.
• Obligation to maintain the housing. Every housings are in working order and every complain concerning them occurring more than 24 hours after the arrival will not be admitted. Repairs made necessary by negligence or bad maintenance during the rental will be charged on the occupant.
• Obligation to follow campsite's rules, to insure neighborhood's tranquility is not disturbed because of the tenant or its family.
• Obligation to leave the housing clean. Before departure, the tenant engages itself to leave the housing as clean as it found it. If not, 100 € of cleaning fees by cottage, 80 € for the other accommodations will be applied.
• All of furniture and material appearing on the inventory will have to be left at its place.
• IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE INSIDE HOUSINGS.

ANIMALS

Animals are not allowed in cottages. In Mobil-homes floors are not made to resist animals' claws. Dogs are allowed in housings, but their masters are responsible of any deterioration, including stains or claws traces on the floor.
Dogs must not be left alone in housings or balconies, even closed. Their masters are civilly responsible. Their presence means an extra fee.
According to current legislation and the campsite's rules, animals must be registered at a veterinary. Only tattooed animals, identified with a collar, and vaccinated according to current legislation will be allowed.
Dogs must never be let free ; their masters must avoid (or clean) excreta.
1st category dogs are forbidden.
2nd category dogs are tolerated muzzled and kept on a leash by an adult.

INTERRUPTION OF STAY

In case of an unanticipated interruption of the stay by the tenant, the price of the rental stays the same. There will be no reimbursement, except for the security deposit, on the condition that no damage has been noticed during the state of play.
In case of an unanticipated interruption of the stay, a compensation will be calculated in proportion of the number of days concerned by the cancelling compared to the initial total number of days. The amount reimbursed will include the part of the stay cancelled + a compensation of a same amount.
For example, if a 500.00€ stay for a 5 days period is cancelled on the third day, two days of the stay will be concerned by the cancellation. The total compensation will then be 400.00€ (200.00€ reimbursement for the cancelled period + 200.00€ of compensation).
The security deposit will be handed back to the tenant on the condition that there is no deterioration noticed during the state of play.
This interruption of the stay does not concern evictions by the manager for not respecting rules, deteriorations, repeated noises.

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION

Every cancellation has to be notified by registered letter.
In case of cancellation of the contract by the tenant and whatever might happen (accident, illness, unplanned event…), amounts already given for every housing concerned will be kept by the management :
• From 1 to 30 days before the arrival of the tenant, the total amount of the rental will be kept by the management.
• Before 30 days, the deposit will be kept by the management.
If the tenant doesn't show on the day planned by the contract, and after a 24 hours delay with no notification to the management, the present contract is considered terminated, every amount already paid will be kept by the management. Management will be able to dispose of its rental.

Management is in no case responsible for its clients' transport. It could not be made responsible for any of its clients' impossibility to reach the campsite place, whatever the reason might be, and will not proceed to any reimbursement.

We remind you that a cancelling insurance is available at the campsite, that can reimburse you in case of a cancellation for major force (see insurances paragraph above).

In case of a cancellation by the management, and except in case of major force or fair motive, the amounts already paid be the tenants will be entirely given back to them, and a compensation of the same amount will be handed to them. The reimbursement will only be done by check sent in registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
For example, for a 300.00€ stay, the amount reimbursed by the management will be 600.00€.

However, an agreement could be reached by the two parts by postponing the stay to another period, taking account the availability and the closing period of the campsite. The management will indicate the maximum possible date of the end of the stay. The total amount paid for the location of the accommodation will then be kept by the management, but deducted from the future stay, administration and reservation fees will always be retained by the owner.

MAINTAINANCE OF THE PLACE

The tenant cannot in any circumstance pretend to any right to stay in the place after its stay has expired from the initial rental agreement planned on the contract.
Any staying after the date and hour set by the contract will bring to the total confiscation of the security deposit, evacuation of the tenant's material, and/or an express demand to the police to evacuate the place.

Camping offers 3 different types of emplacements :
• NATURE emplacements with no connection (no water, no electricity)
• COMFORT emplacements with 10A electricity
• PRIVILEDGE emplacements with 10A electricity, water and sewage disposal
Camping offers 2 sanitary blocks with:
• Showers and bathroom sink in cabins
• Separate toilets
• Showers for handicapped persons
• Chemical toilet sewer
• Emptying area for camping-cars
• Dish sink
• Laundry bins
• Washing machines and tumble drier (with token)


ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Arrivals are from 13h30 to 19h or 20h (please see reception hours).
Departures are before 12h.
