1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

To be allowed to enter, settle and stay on the Les Voiles campsite, you must have been authorized to do so by the campsite management or the team of reception staff. Staying at Les Voiles campsite implies acceptance of the campsite rules and regulations and the commitment to comply with them. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, infringements of the rules of good neighborliness, incivilities, and any other fact likely to harm the harmony of the campsite, the management will put an immediate end to the stay without indemnity or compensation, which will lead to the expulsion of the person responsible and the persons accompanying him/her. In the event of a criminal offense, the campsite management may request the intervention of the police.

2. OUR SERVICES

a. Rental of a camping pitch | The price includes the bare pitch for a tent, caravan or camper van. A pitch can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. The stay is calculated on the basis of a basic package which includes the pitch with a 16 amp electrical connection and a water point for one night's occupation for two people and a vehicle or camper van, as well as access to the sanitary facilities, reception services, playgrounds and summer entertainment (if available). Additional costs (extra person, pet, extra vehicle, etc.) are not included in the package and will be added to it as supplements. Only one caravan is allowed per pitch.

b. Rental of accommodation | The price includes the rental of the accommodation, the persons, the water, electricity and gas charges, a vehicle, access to the reception services, the sanitary facilities, the playgrounds and the summer activities (if available). For reasons of compliance and safety, the maximum number of people indicated for an accommodation cannot be exceeded, bearing in mind that a baby counts as one person. If the number of persons exceeds the maximum capacity of the accommodation, the management reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite. Any additional installation (e.g. a tent) next to the accommodation is strictly forbidden. The client undertakes to use the rented accommodation without damaging it or disturbing the peace of the neighborhood. He may not use the accommodation for any other purpose than for living. The accommodation must be left in the same condition as it was when you left. Whatever the formula adopted, additional costs will be charged for animals, end of stay cleaning and additional vehicles.

3. RATES

Rental rates and bare pitches are quoted per night. Camping pitches and mobile homes are available for rent from April to October. Our price lists can be consulted on our website www.camping-les voiles.fr. They can also be communicated and sent on request to the reservation department by email at contact@camping-lesvoiles.fr or by telephone at 06.72.71.00.24. The rates are inclusive of all taxes (with a VAT rate of 10% applicable on the day they were determined) and are expressed in euros. Any subsequent change in the applicable VAT rate, occurring between the time when the rates were determined and the invoicing of the stay, will result in a correlative change in the price including VAT, which the client accepts without reservation. The price of services ancillary to the holiday is determined with a VAT rate of 20%. The prices include all taxes and do not include additional services, tourist tax or the deposit that the client must pay on arrival.

4. TOURIST TAX

The amount of the tourist tax varies according to the municipality and depends on the prefectural classification of each campsite. It is collected on behalf of the municipality. The amount of the tourist tax can be modified at any time without notice by the municipality. The tourist tax amounts to €0.48 per night and per person aged 18 and over in 2022. The tourist tax is neither changeable not refundable and is charged together with the accommodation.

5. RESERVATION CONDITIONS

The reservation becomes effective and final only after the agreement of the campsite Les Voiles, after reception of the payment of the deposit accompanied either by the rental contract duly completed and signed, or after acceptance of the general conditions of sale during the online reservation (for any reservation on the Internet, the validation of the general conditions is equivalent to the signature of a contract). The contract alone without payment and vice versa does not allow the reservation to be validated. By returning the signed contract to us, the client certifies that he/she has read and accepted the rental conditions. The names and dates of birth of all persons who will occupy the rental or pitch must be given. The reservation is only binding upon receipt by the client of a reservation confirmation issued by the campsite. This will be sent to the client by email (or by post if no email address is given). All rentals of pitches or mobile homes are nominative and cannot, under any circumstances, be transferred or sublet. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age, be legally capable of entering into a contract in accordance with these rental conditions and guarantee the truthfulness and accuracy of the information. Reservation requests involving minors not accompanied by their parents or legal guardians will be refused. For monthly rentals, supporting documents must be provided by the day of arrival at the latest, without which access to the rental will be refused. The pitch numbers indicated on the various documents sent are given as an indication. The management reserves the right to change the allocation on arrival. The pitch numbers will only be given on arrival. Special requests must be specified by the client at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate them to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee them.

6. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT

a. Campsite pitches : The reservation must be accompanied by a payment of 30% of the amount of the stay as a deposit + 19€ reservation fee + 3,5% of the amount of the stay for the cancellation insurance (if subscribed). The balance of the stay must be paid at the latest on the day of arrival.

b. Rental accommodation | The reservation must be accompanied by a payment of 30% of the amount of the stay as a deposit + 19€ booking fee + 3.5% of the amount of the stay for cancellation insurance (if taken out). The balance of the stay must be paid without any reminder from the campsite 30 days before the arrival date. If the balance is not paid in full 30 days before arrival, the campsite reserves the right to consider the reservation as canceled. The sums paid as a deposit shall be retained by the campsite. Any reservation made less than 30 days before the arrival date must be paid in full. For a reservation made less than 10 days before the date of arrival, the payment of the totality of the stay will be required by credit card.

7. MEANS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED

Payment can be made by credit card, with holiday vouchers, by cheque made out to EURL CAMP LES VOILES or by bank transfer (a bank account number of the campsite can be sent to the reservation department on request and is also indicated on the rental contract).

8. LATE OR DELAYED ARRIVAL

In the event of late arrival or early departure, in relation to the dates mentioned on the rental contract, the total amount of the stay will remain due. The client will not be entitled to any reimbursement for the part of the stay not completed. The reservation department must be notified of any delay in arrival, in order to keep the rental. If the client does not arrive at the campsite within 24 hours of the start of the stay and without proof and/or news from the client, the campsite will dispose of the accommodation. Payments made will not be refunded.

9. PROMOTIONS AND LAST MINUTE SALES

On these occasions, customers may have paid different prices for the same stay. Customers who have paid the higher price will not be entitled to a refund for the difference between the price they paid and the promotional price.

10. CHANGE OF STAY

It is possible to change the dates of a stay subject to availability. Depending on the period, the price is not the same, which will lead to a recalculation and adjustment of the amount of the stay.

11. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

a. The day of arrival : Pitches are available from 2.30 pm and rentals from 3 pm until the reception office closes (see Rules and Regulations - Reception opening hours). The client and all participants in the stay must present a valid identity document on arrival and communicate the registration number of the vehicle(s). Only one vehicle is allowed per pitch. The client must pay a fee of 4€ per day and per vehicle to park on the site. Late arrivals - outside the opening hours of the reception - must be agreed in advance with the reservation department and a deposit by credit card must be paid before the keys are handed over. In the event of late arrival and without prior agreement, the accommodation will be available from 9am the following day.

b. The day of departure : Pitches must be vacated before 12.00 noon and rentals before 10.00 am. Any delay will result in the invoicing of an additional day.

12. DEPOSIT OF GUARANTEE

In order to claim the keys to the rented accommodation, the client must provide a deposit of 420 € on arrival - i.e. 350 € for the accommodation and 70 € for the cleaning - to cover any material damage and/or cleaning costs. The client must check the inventory of the furniture and equipment on arrival and report any malfunctions, breakdowns or basic deficiencies to the reception desk within 24 hours of arrival. Failing this, the accommodation will be deemed to be in good condition. Deposits will be returned or destroyed in their entirety after a satisfactory inventory of fixtures and an outgoing inventory in accordance with the state of entry into the accommodation on the day of arrival. If this is not the case, the campsite reserves the right to deduct and invoice from the deposits:

- The value of the missing items ;

- A lump sum of €70 for insufficiently cleaned facilities;

- A fine of 68€ per stay or per month spent in the accommodation if a smell of tobacco is detected in the accommodation on the day of departure;

- The amount of repairs in case of damage ;

Damage exceeding the amount paid as a deposit will be charged to the customer after deduction from the deposit. Additional deposits may be required for access to certain services offered by the establishment. For example, the rental of a baby bed, the loan of a spare key or the rental of bicycles must be covered by a deposit. 13. ANIMALS

Animals are allowed in the rentals and on the pitches under the full responsibility of the client. A maximum of two animals are allowed per pitch or accommodation for a fee of 5€/night/pet for rental accommodation and 2,5€/night/pet for bare pitches. They must be declared at the time of booking. The vaccination booklet must be presented on arrival. Anti-rabies vaccinations and tattoo certificates are compulsory. Dogs of the 1st and 2nd categories are not allowed. Dogs must be kept on a leash within the campsite and the client is required to respect the hygiene and environment of the site. Animals must never be left alone on the campsite or in a rental unit.

14. CANCELLATION

a. Any cancellation must be notified by letter with acknowledgement of receipt and will take effect from the date of receipt of the letter.

- More than 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit and the booking fee will be retained by the campsite.

- Less than 30 days before the date of arrival, the total amount of the rental and the reservation fee will be retained by the campsite.

The client may not claim any compensation or reimbursement if he/she shortens or interrupts his/her stay for any reason whatsoever. Any stay started is due in full. In order to obtain possible compensation, Les Voiles campsite offers a cancellation guarantee which, under certain conditions, covers the reimbursement of all or part of the stay. The amount is 3.5% of the total cost of the stay (excluding booking fees and tourist tax) and is payable in full only at the time of booking. The fixed price cancellation takes care of the refunding of the expenses of stay, after deduction of the expenses of reservation and the amount of this insurance, on presentation of a document in proof for the reasons stated in the general conditions Campe Couvert.

b. If the campsite Les Voiles has to cancel its rental services for bare pitches and/or rental accommodation, any customer who has received confirmation of his stay will be informed by registered letter and will be reimbursed in full for the sums he has paid.

15. COMPLAINTS

Any complaint during the client's stay must be reported immediately to the campsite manager or one of his assistants in order to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. If the problem is not solved on the spot, the client must send a complaint by registered letter with a return receipt within 30 days of the stay. After this period, no complaint will be taken into account. The client may not claim any compensation for urgent repairs to be carried out during his stay in the accommodation.

16. INFORMATION

The information contained in the brochure, presentation photos, plans, descriptions, activities, leisure activities, services and dates of operation are for guidance only and are not contractual. Some facilities or equipment may not be available. It may happen that certain activities and facilities offered by the campsite and indicated in the description are modified or canceled on your arrival on the site, particularly for climatic reasons, in cases of force majeure, or not operating in the early or late season. The campsite cannot be held responsible for this.

17. IMAGE RIGHTS

The client expressly authorizes the campsite to use photos and videos of his holidaymakers and their families that may be taken during their stay for the campsite's advertising purposes, without any compensation. Those who object to this are requested to inform the reception.

18. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

The campsite cannot be held responsible for any damage to or theft of personal belongings in the accommodation, car parks, pitches or common areas. Similarly, the campsite cannot be held liable for any injury, illness or death suffered by guests during sporting or other activities, whether or not organized locally. The campsite shall not be held responsible for fortuitous cases of force majeure or nuisance that disrupt, interrupt or prevent the stay. The safety of children on the campsite is the sole responsibility of their parents or legal guardians, particularly in the vicinity of the leisure areas. The client must check with his insurance company that he has a holiday extension as part of his home insurance contract and its conditions of guarantee. If this is not the case, the client must insure himself against the risks inherent in his occupation. He must also insure himself against any damage he may cause in the rented accommodation or on the campsite, either by himself or by those accompanying him. The client must therefore have taken out comprehensive insurance and civil liability insurance, which he must be able to prove at the first request of the campsite. In the event of force majeure not allowing the accommodation to be delivered on the date and at the time agreed, the campsite may offer another accommodation (depending on availability) as a replacement or simply reimburse the sums already paid by the hirer if no accommodation is available.

19. CONSUMER OMBUDSMAN

In accordance with the provisions of article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, any customer of the campsite has the right to have recourse free of charge to a consumer ombudsman with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute with the campsite operator.
