RENTAL AGREEMENT
Between the undersigned, the following has been agreed and determined.
Mrs Fresnais of LE BELLEVUE campsite 220 route verte 17120 BARZAN, acting in her capacity as owner, on the one hand, and
access to the campsite's leisure activities.
RENTAL CONDITIONS AND GUARANTEES

Acting as a seasonal tenant on the other hand, rents an accommodation located on the campsite “LE BELLEVUE” in BARZAN.

Price includes: rental of accommodation, parking for one vehicle, electricity, gas, hot and cold water

Failure to use the agreed means of payment will incur a penalty of 4% of the total amount of the reservation. In the
