MOBILE HOME GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
ARTICLE 1 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
The tenant may not be eligible to any right to remain on the premises on termination of the initial period provided in the present contract under any circumstances. It is strictly prohibited to declare the premises as a main living residence or carry out professional activity on the premises.
ARTICLE 2 - USE OF PREMISES
The tenant will make use of the mobile home premises in a peaceful manner and will use the premises in accordance with their intended purpose. The tenant is bound to respect the internal regulations of the campsite (available at reception).

On departure, the tenant is committed to leave the mobile home in the same clean state as discovered on arrival. Rental shall not in any case benefit third parties.
The owner shall provide the accommodation conforming to the description made and shall maintain the accommodation in good order.
ARTICLE 3 - SECURITY DEPOSIT
The amount paid for the security deposit is €380 (by cheque or credit card).
The deposit shall be returned to the tenant on departure, however, in the case of loss or damage to parts of the mobile home or its equipment by the tenant, the amount of the deposit shall be reduced by the cost of replacement or renovation.

If the amount is insufficient, the tenant is bound to pay the excess following the departure inventory.
A deposit of €20 is also required on arrival for the access card in case of loss or damage.
ARTICLE 4 - NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
The number of persons may not exceed the reception capacity indicated in the document under any circumstances without the prior written permission of the owner. All persons visiting must be declared at reception.
ARTICLE 5 - ANIMALS
Animals are allowed providing a vaccination certificate is presented (with the exception of category 1 and 2 dogs) and must be kept on a leash.
ARTICLE 6 - STATE OF PREMISES AND INVENTORY
The state of the premises and the inventory of the mobile home and various equipment will be verified at the beginning and end of the stay between the tenant and the owner and will bear the signatures of both parties.
ARTICLE 7 - PAYMENT
The reservation shall become effective when the tenant has returned a copy of the present contract with the deposit amount (30% of the total sum) prior to the date indicated on the reverse. If the tenant arrives late, this must be communicated to the owner in advance. The payment of the balance must be carried out 30 days prior to the rental start date envisaged.
In these conditions, Article 8 from Paragraph B will not apply.
ARTICLE 8 - CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION
Any modification to the rental contract must be notified by post:
a) Before arrival: the deposit will be retained by the owner;
b) If the tenant is not present on the date stated in the contract and a time period of 48 hours pass without notification:
- the present contract shall be considered as cancelled
- the deposit shall remain the property of the owner
- the owner may use the mobile residence
c) In the case of cancellation of the rental by the owner, double the deposit received shall be reimbursed.
ARTICLE 9 - CANCELLATION INSURANCE
The charge for cancellation insurance is EUR 4 per day.
For this optional insurance to be valid it must be taken out and paid for at the moment of reservation and cover all persons mentioned on the rental contract.
To be eligible, the cancellation of the stay must be notified by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within a maximum of 3 days following the event necessitating the cancellation and accompanied by accurate and indisputable evidence.
The cancellation insurance covers the reimbursement of amounts paid for cancellation occurring between the date of reservation and the planned date of the stay.
Reservation charges and the insurance payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation insurance is valid from the date of subscription until the start date of the stay. The insurance does not cover the event of one of the eventualities below if the event occurs during the stay.
Cancellation insurance covers the eventualities below:
o Death, hospitalisation or illness of one of the persons listed in the contract or of one of their relatives;
o Redundancy from work;
o Moving following professional transfer;
o Damage incurred to main residence as a result of fire, water damage, theft, vandalism, storms or natural disasters.
ARTICLE 10 - INSURANCE
The tenant must ensure the premises that are rented. The tenant should therefore check whether their domestic insurance policy covers holiday destinations (holiday rental). Where this is not covered, the owner should be notified to ascertain whether extended coverage should be obtained.
