General conditions of sale and reservation

The booking necessarily implies the acceptance of these conditions of sale by the parties

1) - Our services

UNIT LOCATION
This is a location for your tent, caravan or camper. Your stay is calculated from a basic package that includes the location, 2 people planned (maximum 6 people per location), your installation, your vehicle on the location and access to the facilities, entertainment and health. The additional costs (additional person, adult or child, electricity, etc ...) are not included in the package and will be added to the package.

LOCATION LOCATION
It is obligatory to reserve from Saturday to Saturday in high season
(Arrival 15h and departure 10h maximum). Our accommodations are furnished and fully equipped, only sheets are not provided; nevertheless, you can rent it on site. Your accommodation must be returned in the state when you leave, otherwise a cleaning fee of 55 € will be charged.

Our prices do not include the tourist tax, collected on behalf of municipalities. The amount depends on the number of people and is subject to change by the municipality and the booking / booking fee of 20 euros for each stay.


2) - Payment of the stay

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Any firm booking request from the buyer must be made in writing (booking form) accompanied by a deposit payment including 30% of the rental + 20 euros booking fee.

The balance is to be paid on the day of arrival at the campsite.
For last-minute bookings, only the credit card is accepted.


3) - Delayed arrival, early departure
In case of delayed arrival or early departure, compared to the dates mentioned on your reservation, the entire stay will remain due. You will not be entitled to any refund for the portion of your stay not made due to your late arrival or early departure.



4) - Cancellation
Any cancellation must be notified by mail, which will take effect from the date of receipt of the mail to the campsite and the booking center (if booked with it).
- From 90 days before the date: Deposit refunded to 80%
- From 60 days before the date: Deposit refunded at 50%
- From 30 days before the date: Deposit not refunded
- From 15 days before the date: The entire stay is due


5) - Security deposit
For rental accommodation, a security deposit of 250 euros is required upon arrival which will be returned at the end of stay and at the latest within a week from your stay by mail.
This sum may be acquired in whole or in part at the campsite in the event of deterioration of the accommodation and its content and / or equipment on the campsite and noted during the contradictory inventory of fixtures.


6) - Minors
Minors are accepted by the campsite under certain conditions (parental certificates .....) but this must remain exceptional.


7) - Animals
The campsite allows animals. During the stay, they must be on a leash and respect the environment. The health book must be presented upon arrival at the campsite. Vaccination required.


8) - Cancellation insurance
