Article 2 - Purpose and Scope of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

The purpose of these GTCS is to outline the terms and conditions for the remote sale of services between our company, SARL Impec – Camping Terme d’Astor, and its clients.

They set out the rights and obligations of both parties regarding their relationship.

Specifically, these terms govern the online sale of offerings provided by SARL Impec – Camping Terme d’Astor via the website www.termedastor.com.

By proceeding, clients are deemed to have accepted these GTCS without any reservations.

The company reserves the right to adapt, modify, or remove any part of these GTCS at any time; however, the version applicable to a client’s booking will be the one in effect on the date the order is placed.

Each client acknowledges having read these General Terms and Conditions prior to booking a stay, both for themselves and for any other individuals included in the booking.

In accordance with applicable law, these General Terms and Conditions are made available to all clients for informational purposes before any contract for a stay is concluded. They may also be obtained upon a simple written request sent to the establishment’s registered office.

Article 3 - Information Regarding Stays

The stays governed by these General Terms and Conditions are those listed on our website, www.termedastor.com.

These offerings are subject to availability. Please note that inventory levels may fluctuate in real time due to demand and system updates.

Each offering listed for sale on www.termedastor.com is accompanied by a detailed description that is as accurate as possible. This includes information such as technical specifications, dimensions, materials used, available colors, and any other relevant details. These descriptions are intended to provide customers with an accurate overview of the products, helping them make an informed choice.

Arrival times for stays are between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Departure times are between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Please contact us via email or phone if you need to request a change to these arrival or departure times.

Campsites and rental units must be properly cleaned at the end of your stay. For campsites, this means ensuring no waste is left behind and no holes are dug in the ground. For rental units, a cleaning checklist is posted in the bathroom or restroom. If the cleaning performed by the guest does not meet our standards and instructions, an email will be sent, and a cleaning fee of eighty euros will be charged. We will provide photographic evidence to justify this fee.

Article 4 – Orders - Reservations

Customers must place their orders in accordance with the specifications provided on the website www.termedastor.com for all listed products, subject, of course, to stock availability.

Orders may be placed directly via the catalog on the website www.termedastor.com, by emailing us at camping@termedastor.com, or by calling us at +33 553632452. Every reservation method will be followed by a confirmation email.

Once the products selected on the website have been added to the cart, customers must review and, if necessary, correct the contents of their cart before finalizing the order. For an order to be confirmed, customers must accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the campsite’s Internal Regulations by clicking in the indicated space.

Acceptance of the order The client’s action will trigger a confirmation email from the seller.

A reservation secures a specific pitch or rental unit at the campsite. If you have a preference for a particular pitch or rental, we will do our best to accommodate it, though we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. You may contact us by phone or email to discuss your preferences prior to making a reservation.

A reservation becomes final upon receipt of the required deposit—seventy euros per week for pitches, or 50% of the total cost of the stay for rental units—which must be paid within ten days of the reservation request. If the payment is not received within these ten days, the reservation option will be cancelled. A reminder will be sent before the payment deadline expires.

Changes to the dates of your stay may be requested via email or phone up to four weeks before your scheduled arrival date. Please note that changing your dates may affect the total cost of your reservation, as nightly rates vary by period; you may view our current rates on our website. Any changes to the type of rental unit, pitch, or the dates of your stay are subject to availability.

For cancellations made more than four weeks before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit paid by the client will be refunded, minus reservation and administrative fees. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within four weeks of the scheduled arrival date.

If a delay in arrival is not communicated to us via email or phone, the reservation will be cancelled 24 hours after the scheduled start date and time (based on the minimum expected arrival time). No payments will be refunded, and no deductions will be made for late arrivals or early departures.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that provides coverage for trip cancellations. In the event of a payment failure, an incorrect address, or any other issue related to a customer's account, the company SARL Impec – Camping Terme d’Astor—the seller via the website www.termedastor.com—reserves the right to place the order on hold until the identified issue has been resolved.

The products offered for sale on the website www.termedastor.com are subject to stock availability. Should a product become unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified as soon as possible via email or telephone.

The tourist tax rate is specified in our price list; we also apply an "eco-tax" dedicated to the maintenance of the campsite, the rate for which is likewise indicated in the price list. Our rates can be found on the campsite’s website under the "Rates" ("Tarifs") tab.

Article 5 - Prices and Payment Terms

The company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but guarantees that the rates in effect at the time an order is placed will be applied, provided the products are available on that date. Our rates are available on our website under the "Rates" tab and are updated at the end of each season—between October 1st and October 30th—for the following season.

All prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC).

A sale shall be considered final once the seller has sent an email to the customer confirming acceptance of the order, and once the deposit (arrhes) has been received by the seller.

As part of an order verification procedure—and to ensure that no individual is using another person's bank details without their knowledge—the company may request that customers provide a copy of an identity document and proof of residence via email. The order will then be validated once this personal information has been verified.
