Aspetti positivi: Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans ce camping ! L’ambiance était vraiment conviviale et chaleureuse, avec énormément d’activités pour les enfants et pour toute la famille. C’était un endroit idéal pour les enfants, et nous avons tous passé un séjour très amusant et reposant. La piscine était absolument géniale, et le personnel était adorable, disponible et très accueillant. Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI LOCAZIONE
PIAZZOLE
Il Camping Château Le Verdoyer accetta prenotazioni di piazzole al fine di garantire la disponibilità di un posto per il campeggiatore il giorno del suo arrivo. Tali prenotazioni sono soggette a determinate condizioni:
Ogni richiedente deve versare una somma pari al 25% a titolo di acconto, che verrà dedotta dal totale dovuto per il soggiorno, più 20 € per le spese amministrative. L'importo delle spese per il soggiorno è da pagare sul posto.
1. La prenotazione è un contratto personale: la sublocazione non è consentita.
2. Qualsiasi modifica dei dati originariamente dichiarati, che possa aumentare o diminuire le spese di soggiorno, deve essere comunicata all'arrivo al campeggio. Nel caso in cui siano state fornite informazioni inesatte nel contratto qui a fianco, il presente contratto sarà annullato e gli acconti già versati non saranno rimborsati.
3. Se il vostro arrivo dovesse essere ritardato, vi chiediamo di avvisarci, affinché la vostra piazzola possa essere mantenuta a vostra disposizione. Se non riceviamo notizie da voi entro 24 ore dalla data di arrivo indicata, la Direzione si riserva il diritto di riassegnare la piazzola. In caso di annullamento, rimborsiamo le seguenti percentuali (escluse le spese di prenotazione): annullamento fino a 6 settimane prima dell'arrivo: 100%, annullamento fino a 4 settimane prima dell'arrivo: 50%, annullamento entro le 4 settimane e dopo il 15 giugno: 0%.
ATTENZIONE: A causa della crisi sanitaria, gli annullamenti sono gratuiti (escluse le spese di 20€) fino a 1 mese prima dell'arrivo, prima del 15 giugno
4. Una volta iniziato il soggiorno, nessun rimborso sarà effettuato per partenza anticipata, qualunque sia il motivo.
5. La piazzola è disponibile a partire dalle 14:00 e deve essere lasciata libera prima delle 12:00.
6. Si prega di notare il seguente punto: qualsiasi controversia che possa insorgere sarà trattata in via esclusiva dal Tribunal d'Instance de Périgueux. La versione francese del contratto, e non quella di eventuali traduzioni, sarà considerata il testo autentico del contratto.
7. Tutti i clienti sono obbligati a rispettare il regolamento del campeggio.
8. Vi preghiamo di inviarci una copia del contratto, debitamente compilata e firmata da voi. Prenotazione online: confermata dopo aver ricevuto il vostro acconto e le spese di prenotazione, tramite carta di credito. Vi invieremo una conferma di prenotazione per email. Nel caso in cui non fossimo in grado di soddisfare la vostra richiesta, non incasseremo il pagamento con carta di credito.
MOBILE-HOME, CHALET E TENDE
1. Una locazione non è trasformabile e non può essere cedibile né subaffittata. Tutte le iscrizioni devono essere accompagnate da un acconto pari al 25% del prezzo della locazione.
2. Nei mesi di luglio e agosto le prenotazioni possono essere effettuate solo su base settimanale, dal sabato al sabato. Gli arrivi sono consentiti esclusivamente tra le 16:00 e le 20:00 (in caso di ritardo, vi preghiamo di avvisarci con adeguato anticipo) e le partenze fino alle 10:00.
3. Una prenotazione si considera definitiva quando confermata mediante l'invio del saldo almeno 6 settimane prima del vostro arrivo al campeggio. Prenotazione online: confermata dopo aver ricevuto il vostro acconto e le spese di prenotazione, tramite carta di credito. Vi invieremo una conferma di prenotazione per email. Nel caso in cui non fossimo in grado di soddisfare la vostra richiesta, non incasseremo il pagamento con carta di credito
4. Qualsiasi annullamento deve essere notificato tramite lettera, e la data di ricezione determina la data di annullamento.
In caso di annullamento fino a tre mesi prima dell'arrivo, rimborsiamo il 100% del pagamento (- 20 € di spese di prenotazione), l'annullamento tra 3 mesi e 6 settimane prima della data di arrivo dà diritto a un rimborso del 50% (- 20 €) e in caso di annullamento entro le 6 settimane prima dell'arrivo, o dopo il 1° giugno, non sarà effettuato alcun rimborso.
ATTENZIONE: A causa della crisi sanitaria, gli annullamenti sono gratuiti (escluse le spese di 20€) fino a 1 mese prima dell'arrivo, prima del 15 giugno
5. Nessun rimborso sarà effettuato se il cliente arriva più tardi o parte prima.
6. La direzione non è responsabile in caso di furto, perdita o danno di qualsiasi tipo durante o dopo il vostro soggiorno. La direzione è responsabile solo degli oggetti lasciati presso l'ufficio. È obbligatoria un'assicurazione di responsabilità civile per campeggio e caravanning.
GENERAL TERMS OF RENTAL
PITCHES
Camping Château Le Verdoyer accepts reservations of pitches in order to ensure that a place is available for the camper on the day of his arrival. These reservations are subject to certain conditions :
Every applicant shall be accompanied by a sum of 25% as a deposit, which will be deducted from the total due for the stay, plus 20 € to cover administrative expenses. The sum of the fees for the stay is to pay on site.

If there is no news from you after 24 hours from the stated date of your arrival, the Manager reserves the right to re-allocate the emplacement. In case of cancellation, we pay back following percentages (except for the booking fee) : cancellation till 6 weeks before arrival : 100%, cancellation till 4 weeks before arrival : 50%, Cancellation within the 4 weeks and after 15th of June : 0%.
ATTENTION : Because of the sanitary crisis, the cancellation are free of charge (except the 20€ fees) up to 1 month before arrival, before the 15th of june
4. Once your stay has begun, no refund can be made for premature departure, whatever the reason.
5.The pitch is available from 2 pm and must be vacated before 12 am.
6. Please note the following point: any litigation that may arise shall be dealt with exclusivity by Tribunal d'Instance de Périgueux. The French version of the Agreement, not that of any translation, shall be regarded as the authentic text of the contract.
7. All clients are obliged to comply with the rules of the site.
8. Please send us one copy of the agreement, duly completed and signed by you. On line booking : confirmed after having received your deposit and reservations fees, by credit card. We will send you a booking confirmation by mail. Should we not be able to satisfy your request, we will not cash the credit card payment.
MOBILE-HOMES, CHALETS AND TENTS
1. A rental is nontransformable and can not be ceded or subrented. All registrations must be accompanied by a down-payment equivalent to 25% of the rental price.
2. in July and August Bookings may only be made on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals are permitted only between 4 p.m to 8 p.m. (if late, please give us adequate warning) and departures until 10 a.m.
3. A booking is considered definitive when confirmed by sending us the balance at least 6 weeks before your arrival on the campsite. On line booking : confirmed after having received your deposit and reservations fees, by credit card. We will send you a booking confirmation by mail. Should we not be able to satisfy your request, we will not cash the credit card payment
4. Any cancellation must be notified by a letter, the date of reception determining the date of cancellation.
In case of cancellation up to three months before arrival, we reimburse you 100% of your payment (- 20 € reservation costs), cancellation between 3 months and 6 weeks before arrival date gives the right to a refund of 50% (- 20 €)and in case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival, or after June 1st, no refund will be effected.

5. No reimbursement will be made if the client arrives later or leaves earlier.
6. The management is not responsible in case of theft, loss, damage of any kind during or following your stay. The management is responsible for items left only at the office. A camping caravaning civil hability insurance is obligatory.
