Outside: enjoy a private heated swimming pool (25°C from mid-May to mid-September), a pergola for lunch sheltered from the sun or to extend your evenings outside. For young and old: a Ping-Pong table and table football.
Everything will come together for you to have an unforgettable stay!
The cleaning fee is €100 and is mandatory. Payment upon arrival.

Staying true to our goal of offering unique yet comfortable accommodation, we designed this cozy little nest to allow couples or friends to experience nature firsthand while staying in an all-wood cabin featuring large windows. The cabin overlooks the forest with no overlooking neighbors, ensuring total privacy and the feeling of being alone in the world.
Inside, we have thought of everything to ensure a comfortable stay, whether short or long. A small kitchen is at your disposal, along with a separate bathroom featuring a toilet, shower, and small sink. Naturally, the main room includes a large double bed surrounded by sheer curtains, creating a true cocoon-like atmosphere.

Aspetti positivi: La cabane est très bien équipé, la literie parfaite et le cadre absolument exceptionnel.
Da migliorare: Les fois précédentes nous avions rencontré les propriétaires. Ca aurait été un plus pour nous.

Aspetti positivi: Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans la cabane Lou Castalhan. Superbe moment de calme, proche de la nature. La cabane est un peu à l'écart, perchée au milieu des arbres, tout confort. Nous avions commandé 2 paniers périgourdins et les petit-déjeuner. C'est bon et copieux. Notre seul regret : ne pas y être restés plus longtemps !

Aspetti positivi: Nous avons passé 2 excellentes semaines sur le domaine en famille avec notre fille de 6 ans. Lieu parfait pour se détendre dans un espace naturel vaste, préservé et au calme tout en profitant de la piscine, très appréciées de notre fille ainsi que les animations proposées sur le domaine. La région étant très riche, elle permet également d'associer culture, activités sportives et aussi de très belles promenades. Merci également à Alban et Raphaëlle pour leur gentillesse ainsi que leur accessibilité, leur proximité. Ceci participe également aux moments agréables passés sur le domaine.

Aspetti positivi: Maison très agréable et isolée. Propriétaires disponibles à tous moments. Les petits services épicerie et pain frais du matin très appréciés. Calme, repos, balades, villages de la région magnifiques, région exceptionnelle. Nous n'avions pas réservé pour la visite de Lascaux. Tant mieux, cela nous donne un prétexte pour revenir, si prétexte il y avait besoin...

Aspetti positivi: Het domaine is ruim opgezet en goed onderhouden. Veel rust en privacy. Twee fijne zwembaden en ook de broodjes service is heel handig.
Da migliorare: Het zou handig zijn om op de website te vermelden dat op zondag geen brood bezorgd wordt. Ivm aankomst op zaterdag kun je hier dan rekening mee houden.

Article 1 - Scope of the general conditions of sale
These general conditions automatically govern all sales of stays made on the www.camping-perigord.com site. They form an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.
Each customer acknowledges having read these general conditions prior to any reservation of a stay, for himself and any person participating in the stay.
In accordance with the law in force, these general conditions are made available to all customers for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of stays. They can also be obtained by simple written request addressed to the head office of the establishment.
Article 2 - Booking conditions
2.1 Price and payment
The price of the stays is indicated in euros, VAT included. The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax and the eco-contribution are included in the price.
For camping pitch reservations: All rentals are personal and cannot be transferred. The hiring becomes effective only with our agreement and after reception of the total amount of the stay and the expenses of reservations.
25% deposit is to be paid at the time of booking.
The stay must be settled 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, without reminder.
In the absence of payment of the balance within the time limit, the rental will be considered automatically canceled and the deposit previously paid will remain with the Campsite.
By making a reservation less than 30 days before the date of the beginning of the stay, the entire stay must be paid.
For rental reservations: All rentals are personal and cannot be transferred. The hiring becomes effective only with our agreement and after reception of the total amount of the stay and the expenses of reservation.
From July until the end of August rentals are by the week from Saturday to Saturday.

For any unreported delay, the rental/site becomes available 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the reservation contract. After this period, and in the absence of a written message, the reservation will be void and the entire stay will be retained by the campsite management.
Payment choice :
-ANCV check ((maximum half of the stay)), bank check, bank transfer, cash.
2.2 Modification of reservation
No reduction will be made in the event of late arrival or early departure.
2.3 Cancellation
Any reservation not settled in accordance with the general conditions of sale will be cancelled. For any cancellation received more than 30 days before the start date of the stay, 100% of the deposit will be retained by the campsite.
After this period, if the customer cancels the reservation, he loses all the sums paid.
2.4 Withdrawal
The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the event of distance selling provided for by the Consumer Code are not applicable to tourist services (article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code).
Thus, for any order for a stay at the campsite, the customer does not benefit from any right of withdrawal.
Article 3 - Course of the stay
3.1 Arrivals and departures
Rental and camping: arrivals are from 5 p.m., departures are before 10:30 a.m.
In case of departure before the agreed date, the deposit will not be deducted from the total price of the stay.
Following a cancellation, a late arrival or an early departure, the campsite reserves the right to re-let the accommodation without owing any reimbursement or compensation.
3.2 Deposit
A deposit of 300 euros per accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival. For the gîte, the deposit is €1,000. It will be refunded to you on the day of your departure, during the opening hours of the cash desk, after an inventory. The invoicing of any damage will be added to the price of the stay as well as the cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a state of perfect cleanliness. If you cannot be present during the inventory, the deposit will be returned to you by post.
3.3 Departure
Any return of the key or release of the location after 10:30 a.m. will result in the invoicing of an additional night. Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
3.4 Animals
Pets are not accepted in the accommodations.
