GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Unfurnished pitches are rented for the day from 2 pm to 12 pm the following day. Departure after 12 pm counts as an additional night. The rental includes only one vehicle per pitch. Parking a second vehicle in temporary parking spaces is prohibited. ( Second vehicle or trailer available as an option)

2. Rentals are available from 4 p.m. on Saturdays and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on Saturdays. A time slot between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. for key collection must be reserved with management no later than the day before departure.

The rental includes only one vehicle per space (no trailer). Parking a second vehicle in temporary parking spaces is prohibited. ( A second vehicle or trailer is available as an option.)

3. Reservations are only effective after receipt of the deposit and confirmation from us . Visitors are strictly prohibited at your accommodation.

4. Cancellation: For any cancellation communicated 30 days before the start of the stay, deposits are refunded at 80%. After this period, deposits and the entire stay are non-refundable. (Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended).

Any stay booked for rental and which has commenced is payable in full.

5. We reserve the right to offer any location or rental after an unreported delay of 24 hours.

6. Internal regulations:

·      Dogs (cats prohibited) : For everyone's well-being, animals are accepted provided they are vaccinated ( vaccination record required ), kept on a leash, and taken outside the grounds for their natural needs. They must not be left unattended and are strictly prohibited from accessing the swimming pool. Any accidental excrement within the premises must be picked up. Management reserves the right to expel any offender without delay.

·      Swimming pool: Unsupervised; children remain the responsibility of their parents. Swim shorts are not permitted. Open from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. For safety reasons, jumping, running, eating, and drinking are prohibited in the pool area. Management reserves the right to expel any offender from the premises without delay.

·      Activities: The schedule is posted at the beginning of the week, but may be subject to change. Children participating in activities remain the responsibility of their parents.

·      Barbecues are only permitted in those designated for this purpose and provided by the campsite (charcoal only). Safety and waste management are the collective responsibility of all users.

·      Individual barbecues are strictly prohibited and their use on the terraces may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

·      Peace and quiet: We ask that you respect everyone's peace and quiet. Therefore, we ask that you be mindful of noise levels after 10 p.m. (conversations, children playing, barking dogs, etc.). No noise is permitted after midnight (prefectural decree).

7. Payment for stays :

·         : Deposit to be paid at the time of booking:

-          Unfurnished pitch, 25% of the total stay

-          Rental 25% of the total stay.

-          A confirmation receipt will be sent to you.

·      Balance of stay: the balance is due 30 days before the arrival date

·      The tourist tax and the eco-awareness tax are payable with the balance of your stay . for tourist accommodation and location.

 

Our financial partner, FLOA, offers payment solutions for your purchases of goods and/or services, with deferred payment in 4 installments by bank card. These payment solutions are reserved for individuals (adults) residing in France, holding a Visa or MasterCard bank card with an expiry date corresponding to the repayment period. 8. Every owner of a caravan, motorhome, or tent must ensure that their property has comprehensive insurance coverage and a Civil Liability insurance contract.

9. Deposit for electric vehicles: €300 to cover any potential illegal and dangerous charging at one of the campsite's electrical outlets. In case of violation, the deposit will be fully forfeited and the vehicle will be automatically banned from the campsite.
 

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR RENTAL

1.       Check-in inspection: To avoid a long wait upon your arrival, the check-in inspection is your responsibility. Despite our best efforts, we ask that you notify us of any issues you find in the accommodation within 24 hours. After this 24-hour period, no claims will be accepted.

2.       Check-out inspections: an appointment must be scheduled at least 48 hours before your departure , between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. Time slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If no appointment has been scheduled by the client, the inspection will take place depending on staff availability.

2. SECURITY DEPOSITS: 1 or 2 checks or credit card imprint : €200 guaranteeing against any minor damage to the property

                                                                                              A €300 deposit is required to cover any unauthorized and dangerous charging at any of the rental's or campsite's electrical outlets. In case of violation, the deposit will be fully forfeited and the property will be automatically banned.
 

                                                                                              €80 guaranteeing cleaning for accommodations other than canvas cabins and safari cabins without sanitary facilities, tit'home , coco sweet (cleaning of the Bondoïde siphon, sanitary facilities and toilets , floors, kitchen)

                                                                                              €50 guaranteeing cleaning for canvas cabins, safari without sanitary facilities and tit'home and coco sweet (cleaning and tidying of kitchen, floors)

3. Rental equipment includes: Cookware, stove and gas bottle, refrigerator, garden furniture, blankets, pillows… Tenants must bring their own sheets, duvet cover, or sleeping bags, towels and household linen.

In case of broken glass, dishes etc. , please let us know so that we can restock.

4. Accommodations are rented clean; residents are required to return them as clean as they found them. Otherwise, the deposit will be retained. Upon request, cleaning can be arranged for a flat fee of €70 per rental, subject to a minimum reservation of 7 days prior to your arrival.

 

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR PRE-TEAMS

 

1. Check-in and check-out inspections: To avoid excessive waiting times upon your arrival and departure, the inspection is your responsibility. Despite our best efforts, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of any issues you find in the equipped pitch.

2. DEPOSITS: Check or credit card imprint :        €50 guaranteeing cleaning of the floor, refrigerator, and stovetop

€300 guarantee against potential illegal and dangerous top-ups
at one of the electrical hookups in the rental property or campsite. In case of violation, the deposit will be fully forfeited and the stay will be automatically terminated.
 

Disputes:

 

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code concerning "the mediation process for consumer disputes", after contacting us and if you do not receive a satisfactory response, you have the option of using a free consumer mediation procedure with:
