GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Article 1 - Scope of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general terms and conditions govern all sales of stays made on the website www.campingneuvicdordogne.com. They form an integral part of any contract concluded between Camping Le Plein Air Neuvicois and its customers.

Each customer acknowledges having read these general terms and conditions prior to booking any stay, both for themselves and any other person participating in the stay.

All customers are required to comply with the campsite's internal regulations. Failure to do so will result in exclusion without refund.

In accordance with applicable law, these general terms and conditions are made available to all customers for informational purposes prior to the conclusion of any sales contract for stays. They can also be obtained upon written request addressed to the campsite's registered office.

Article 2 - Booking Conditions

2.1 Price and Payment

The price of stays is indicated in euros, including VAT. Please note that the tourist tax is not included in the price.

For campsite bookings: All bookings are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to a specific individual. The booking only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount for the stay and booking fees. No arrivals will be possible after 8:00 PM.

For rental accommodations: All rentals are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to a specific individual. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount for the stay and booking fees 30 days before the arrival date. No arrivals will be possible after 8:00 PM.

For any unreported delay, the rental accommodation/pitch will become available 2 hours after the arrival date indicated on the booking contract. After this period, and in the absence of a written message, the reservation will be void and the deposit or the entire stay will remain with the campsite management.

2.2 Reservation Modification

No discount will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

For any changes to your stay dates, the same pitch or mobile home cannot be guaranteed.

2.3 Cancellation

Any reservation not paid in full according to the general terms and conditions of sale will be cancelled. For any cancellation, for any reason whatsoever, no refund of the deposit or the full amount of the stay will be issued. Only a credit note will be issued for the amount paid (less the booking fee), valid for a maximum of one year. The booking fee will not be credited. Any stay that has commenced is payable in full. No refund will be given for early departures or late arrivals.

2.4 Right of Withdrawal

The legal provisions concerning the right of withdrawal for distance selling, as set out in the French Consumer Code, do not apply to tourist services (Article L.121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code).

Therefore, for any booking of a stay with the campsite, the customer has no right of withdrawal.

2.5 Cancellation Insurance

The campsite does not offer cancellation insurance.

We advise you to take out cancellation insurance with your own provider if you wish. This policy offers cancellation coverage that allows you to obtain a refund of the sums paid in the event of cancellation of your stay or early departure under certain conditions (illness, accident, etc.).

Article 3 - Stay Details

3.1 Arrivals and Departures

For campsites: arrivals are from 2 pm, departures are before 10 am, any day of the week.

For rentals: in July and August, arrivals are from 2 pm on Saturdays, departures are before 10 am on Saturdays. Outside of the summer season, the times are the same, any day of the week or weekend.

Only one vehicle is allowed per rental unit and per pitch. Parking outside the campsite is available for additional vehicles.

3.2 Security Deposit

A security deposit of €300 per accommodation will be required upon arrival (check or cash). This will be returned to you on your departure day, during reception opening hours, after an inventory check. Any damage will be charged in addition to the price of your stay, as will any cleaning fees if you do not leave the accommodation in a perfectly clean condition.

For the campsite, a security deposit of €30 per pitch (check or cash) will be required upon arrival for the access badge. This will be returned to you on your departure day, during reception opening hours, after the badge has been received.

3.3 Departure

Any return of keys or departure after 10:00 AM will result in an additional night's charge. Any extension of stay must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.

3.4 Pets

Dogs are permitted inside the rentals under the following conditions: they must never be left alone in the rentals, nor may they be allowed on the beds or sofas. Blankets in the rentals must not be used as "rugs" for dogs. Upon departure, if dog hair is found on the blankets, or if the blankets are soiled, a charge of €30 per blanket will be applied.

Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times, both inside and outside the campsite. Dog waste must be picked up immediately.

Cats are strictly prohibited in the mobile homes.

3.5 Campsite Rules

As required by law, you must adhere to our campsite rules, which are posted at reception and a copy of which will be provided upon request.

Article 4 - Liability

The campsite accepts no liability for damage to camper/caravanner equipment caused by the camper/caravanner's own actions; liability insurance for your equipment is mandatory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC, etc.).

Article 5 - Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law, and any dispute relating to their application falls under the jurisdiction of the High Court or the Commercial Court of Périgueux.
