Un Vendays-Montalivet, tra l'Oceano Atlantico e le sue bellissime spiagge sabbiose, i famosi vigneti Medoc e pinete, il Camping Pioppi è l'ideale per passeggiare, un soggiorno week-end, una settimana o più e godere di una bella vacanza rilassante, single, coppie, amici o familiari.

Il Médoc è principalmente una zona famosa per i suoi vini. Vendays-Montalivet e Pioppi Il Campeggio si trova nel cuore del Medoc, tra vigneti, pini e splendide spiagge dell'Oceano Atlantico.

RENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Our planning must be based upon very accurate dates, we ask you to read and fill out your contract with the greatest attention, that contract must be returned within 10 days or we will not be able to guarantee the desired location.
2. All bookings are personal and cannot be sold or sub-rent. The maximum number of occupants per pitch is 6 persons and 3 tents including 1 family tent maximum. No other equipment will be authorized on the pitch.
3. In the absence of contract holder message, saying that he had to postpone the date of his arrival, the rental becomes newly available 48 hours after the planned date of arrival on the contract and full payment is due.
4. If cancellation of stay, it must be notified in writing and the date of receipt at Camping determine the date of cancellation.
- Cancellation more than 30 days before date of arrival: You will still owe the camping cancellation insurance costs if any and as compensation for breach of contract, an amount equals to the deposit.
- Cancellation less than 31 days before date of arrival or if you do not show up at the planned date: you will owe the camping cancellation insurance costs and as compensation for breach of contract, an amount equals to the total of your stay.
5. All stay must be fully paid to the dates indicated on the contract. No refunds will be made in case of late arrival or early departure.
6. Arrivals are from 2PM. to 9PM. for the months of July and August and departures are from 8:30AM to noon.
7. You can park a vehicle on your pitch. In case of you would want to park an additional vehicle, see pricing conditions.
8. The deposit can be sent by Credit Card, money order, holiday's check or paid in cash at the campsite. Foreign checks are not accepted.
9. Dogs from 1st and 2nd categories are strictly prohibited. The animals will only be accepted upon presentation of proof of vaccination day and tattoo card. Animals must be leashed continuously and must make their natural needs outside the Camping. In the event of ''accident”, the master must remove excrement and put them in the rest bin immediately. In no case the animals can be left alone on the Camping.
10. Throughout your stay, you take benefit from Camping´s third party liability cover for physical or material damage for which the company is acknowledged as being liable. We decline all liability in case of theft of or damage to personal items. Our third party liability does not cover theft of or damage to tents, caravans or their contents. Campers are also reminded that car parks are not supervised and parking is at users´ own risk
11. Children must be supervised by their parents or adult having custody.
12. Visitors are allowed under conditions of camping internal rules.
13. Upon arrival, please review the Camping rules, rules which every customer is obligated to comply.
14. The use of sound equipment must not be audible beyond the perimeter of each pitch. From 10PM, it is mandatory that everybody respects the right to rest of its neighbors. Those responsible for noise or nuisance will be expelled without refund.
15. Failure to observe these rental conditions will result in a first warning and exclusion if it repeats.

7. All rentals will be available from 3PM on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11AM on the day of your departure, or 10AM if you chose the “cleaning” option.

9. Pets are not allowed in the rentals without prior approval of the campsite.

11. For you personal security (theft, damage) or any damage caused by you in rentals, it is essential to ask your insurer to extend your home insurance for holiday rentals.
12. The bed linen and pillowcases are not provided in the rentals.
