Aspetti positivi: El personal super amables por mal tiempo pudimos cambiar nuestra reserva de una parcela a una cabaña. Las instalaciones muy bien. Todo el recinto y los otros campistas calmados, que hace mucho para sentirse agusto. Me encanto que reciclan bien las basuras.

Camping Jobel is a family campsite with 70 shaded pitches, in the south of the Landes and on the border of the Basque Country, with a swimming pool.
Located in the town of Tarnos, in south-west France, Camping Jobel offers an ideal environment for family holidays. It is just 3 kilometres from the beach.
You can also take full advantage of the Atlantic coast with its famous beaches such as Hossegor, Port d'Albret in Soustons, the currents of Huchet in Moliets-et-Mâa or the Parc Naturel Régional des Landes, which offers a wide range of cultural and sporting activities in the heart of its immense forest.
These landscapes are accessible by car, but you can also explore the flourishing countryside by bike, thanks to the huge Landes and Pays Basque cycle network and its famous Vélodyssée, which links the Bassin d'Arcachon to the Basque coast and can be reached in just 2 minutes from the Jobel campsite.

CONDITIONS FOR RESERVING AND HIRING A MOBILE HOME or SITE
EXTRACT FROM THE INTERNAL REGULATIONS
1- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL :
In accordance with article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the hirer is hereby informed that he/she has no right of withdrawal upon signing this contract.
2- RESERVATION :
For each reservation, an option is recorded and sent to you by e-mail. This is valid for 7 days.
The booking only becomes firm on receipt of the deposit of 25% of the price of the holiday and the rental contract dated and signed by the customer and confirmed by the Management. Any option not confirmed within 7 days will be considered cancelled.
All bookings are by name only and may under no circumstances be transferred or sub-let without the agreement of the campsite.
3- TOURIST TAX :
The tourist taxes collected on behalf of the municipalities are given for information only and are not contractual. They must be paid by the holidaymaker at the place of stay.
4- ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE :
For rentals: In July and August, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday, depending on availability. Outside this period, arrival and departure days are free. Arrivals after 4.30pm and up to 6.30pm must leave before 10am. A late check-out at 2pm - subject to availability - can be arranged at a cost of €35. Please phone the day before your departure to arrange a check-out time or come to reception.
Reception outside these times is available on request.
Late arrival: In the absence of any written message (telephone message not accepted) stating that the arrival has been postponed, the rental or pitch will be allocated to another customer 12 hours after the arrival date stated on this contract. Any payments made will be retained by the Campsite.
Non-arrival: the Tenant undertakes to take possession of the accommodation provided under this contract. Any payments made will be retained by the Campsite.
For pitches : In July and August, you can arrive between 11am and midday or from 4.30pm to 6.30pm. Departure is at 11.00 am. Reception outside these times on request.
5- ADDITIONAL PERSON and/or VISITOR :
If, on arrival or during the stay, the number of tenant(s) exceeds that specified on the contract, the campsite reserves the right to refuse the additional tenants, or to demand an increase in price according to the tariff in force. In all cases, the number of people may not exceed the maximum capacity of the mobile home (a baby or child counts as one person). Any additional vehicle (car, motorbike, trailer, etc.) and any visitor will also be invoiced according to the tariff in force.
For security reasons, all visitors must report to reception and pay the applicable fee. Any fraudulent introduction of visitors will be penalised. Visitors are not permitted access to the swimming pool.
6- PETS :
For reasons of allergies, cats are not permitted in the Mobile Homes. Only one dog is allowed on request, except for Category 1. It must be kept on a lead and must be accompanied outside the campsite to relieve itself. Under no circumstances may the dog remain alone in the mobile home and must not disturb the neighbours by barking or soiling. In the event of non-compliance, the campsite may order the eviction of the dog and its owners. All other types of animal are forbidden in mobile homes.
7- DEPOSIT AND INVENTORY OF FIXTURES :
Deposit cheques will be sent to the campsite at the time of booking; 500€ for the mobile home and 100€ for cleaning is required before you take possession. On your arrival, you will be given a document enabling you to carry out the initial inventory of fixtures yourself. This document must be signed and returned on the evening of your arrival.
On the day of your departure, the mobile home must be returned before 10.00 a.m. in perfect condition, ready to be re-let. The inventory of fixtures on departure will be carried out by the campsite staff. Please make an appointment to do this the day before your departure.
ATTENTION: The deposit will be retained in full if the smoking ban has not been respected.
If cleaning is not carried out correctly, a minimum charge of €80 will be deducted from the deposit.
It is forbidden to use the bedding without using the bed linen. We do not provide sheets or towels, but we do have washable cotton sheets available for hire.
We remind you that the accommodation is non-smoking and that the deposit of 500€ will be retained in full by the Campsite if the Tenant smokes inside and that the Tenant is liable to prosecution.
8- SANITARY BLOCKS :
Tenants of mobile homes are not authorised to use the campsite sanitary blocks except for the use of the washing machine and tumble dryer.
9- CANCELLATION POLICY :
Any stay that has commenced must be cancelled. A deposit of 25% must be paid with each reservation. The balance of the stay must be paid at the latest one month before the arrival date.
If the Customer has taken out cancellation insurance, the Customer may cancel their stay with our partner Meetch, subject to the conditions laid down.
If the Customer has not taken out cancellation insurance, the deposit and the sums paid will be retained by the Campsite.
Booking fees are not refundable.
10- HOUSE RULES :
All tenants of accommodation must scrupulously comply with the internal rules of the establishment, which are displayed and a copy of which is available on request.
The Manager declines all responsibility in the event of theft,
11- COMPLAINTS and MEDIATION :
Any complaint relating to a stay must be sent within 7 days of taking possession by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. In accordance with the Consumer Code concerning the mediation process for consumer disputes, the customer has the right to use the mediation service offered by the campsite free of charge. Contact details are available from the Town Hall.
Signature of the Customer or Hirer: Read and approved.
