Flower Camping Les Mijeannes
Terms and Conditions 2026
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the rental of camping pitches and/or rental accommodation within our campsite.
By booking a pitch and/or accommodation at our campsite, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these GTC.
1/ Services – Rates
We offer bare pitches and rental accommodation for hire.
Bare pitch
This is a bare pitch for your tent, caravan or motorhome.
The price of your stay is calculated on the basis of a package that necessarily includes the rental of the pitch, the possibility for 2 people to stay there, the possibility of setting up 1 tent with 1 vehicle, OR 1 caravan with an additional vehicle OR 1 motorhome; and access to reception facilities, entertainment and sanitary facilities and, depending on the package chosen, a connection to the electricity network, or even other options. The use of electrical connections and hook-ups is governed by the campsite's internal regulations.
You must select one of the following packages:
Comfort Package: with or without electricity, pitch of approximately 80m²
Privilege Package: with or without electricity, pitch of between approximately 100 and 130m²
Privilege Package with refrigerator: with electricity, refrigerator, pitch of between 100 and 130m²
Additional costs (extra person, extra vehicle, pets, etc.) are not included in the above packages and will be added to the total cost.
A security deposit of €100 may be required upon arrival (credit card imprint) if you are bringing a dog with you during your stay or if you have rented a pitch with a refrigerator or just a refrigerator. We reserve the right to retain part or all of this deposit in the event of damage to the pitch, damage to the refrigerator, rubbish left behind or dog waste not picked up. This security deposit will be automatically cancelled after your departure if no issues are noted.
Rental accommodation
Our prices include accommodation rental based on the number of people (depending on the capacity of the accommodation), water, gas and electricity charges (excluding electric or hybrid vehicle battery charging), parking for one vehicle, access to reception facilities, entertainment and sanitary facilities.
A security deposit of 600€ will be required upon arrival (credit card imprint, bank cheque or cash) following your booking, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay during the departure inventory. However, we reserve the right to retain part or all of this deposit in the event of damage to the accommodation and/or its contents and/or equipment on the campsite.
We also reserve the right to deduct 100€ for cleaning costs if this has not been done on departure.
Common provisions
The prices indicated are in euros, including VAT, and do not include tourist tax (visitor's tax + eco-tax).
Regardless of the option chosen (pitch or rental accommodation), additional charges will be applied for extra people, extra vehicles, pets, visitors, etc.
Our prices are also subject to change depending on economic and commercial conditions. The contractual price payable by you is the price stated on your booking confirmation.
Flower Campings and Flower Camping les Mijeannes apply dynamic pricing. As a result, prices are subject to change, either upwards or downwards.
Partner benefits and promotions cannot be applied to a booking that has been confirmed, whether it has been paid for in full or in part; these are not retroactive under any circumstances.
Therefore, it is possible that customers may have paid different prices for the same stay. Customers who paid the highest price will not be entitled to a refund of the difference between the price they paid and the promotional price. Tourist tax, collected on behalf of local authorities, is not included in the rates. The amount is determined per person per night.
An eco-contribution for environmental preservation and waste sorting, not included in the rates, is also in place.
Booking fees are waived for stays booked via the Floxer Camping website, the Les Mijeannes campsite website, and directly (by telephone or post).
2/ Booking conditions
General provisions
Our campsite offers family-oriented holidays and the accommodation is specially designed for this purpose.
By booking a stay at our campsite, you agree to use the accommodation, pitches and/or facilities of the campsite peacefully and not to cause any nuisance to other guests and/or staff.
For security reasons, bookings for integration weekends or group bookings (more than 9 people) are not permitted, unless expressly agreed in advance and in writing by the campsite.
Bookings for pitches or accommodation are strictly personal. Under no circumstances may you sublet or transfer your booking without the prior and express consent of the campsite.
Booking terms and conditions
You can make a booking on our website www.lesmijeannes.com and the website www.flowercampings.com or by telephone.
All booking requests must be accompanied by:
-a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay, including VAT, the price of the services booked, including VAT, and, if applicable, the tourist tax,
- payment of the cancellation insurance premium, if applicable.
Bookings made via the Flower Camping website and the Flower Camping Les Mijeannes website constitute booking requests. Following your booking request, you will receive an initial email from our partner Secureholiday. This email only confirms that we have received your request and states that it is being validated. The campsite reserves the right to accept or refuse any request pending validation, depending on availability.
A second email from our partner Secureholiday will then be sent to you to confirm or decline the booking. During this period, the prices and availability displayed are not guaranteed (see the paragraph on prices above, ‘Common provisions’). If the requested booking is unavailable, the campsite may send you a counter-offer via our partner Secureholiday. This will automatically cancel your initial booking request. For further information, please contact the campsite directly.
The booking is only contractually binding once you have received a written booking confirmation by email summarising all the information relating to your stay.
The balance of the price of the stay, including the price of the services booked, including VAT, and, if applicable, the tourist tax, must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay. If the balance is not paid within the above-mentioned period, the stay will be considered cancelled and our cancellation conditions described below will apply.
Any booking made less than 30 days before the arrival date must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless you are informed of more favourable conditions. In this case, payment must have been received and confirmed by the campsite before the arrival date. If payment has not been received before the arrival date, the booking will be considered cancelled.
Placing an option
You can request an option by telephone, email or post only. No option requests can be made via the Flower Camping website or the Flower Camping Les Mijeannes website.
The campsite accepts reservation option requests subject to the following conditions:
-The validity period of an option is set at seven (7) calendar days (or any other period specified in the special conditions).
- Upon expiry of this period, the option is deemed to have lapsed automatically, without prior notification, and the corresponding stay may be put back on sale by the campsite without notice or reminder.
-Options are only valid if the booking is made at least forty (40) days before the planned arrival date.
No options will be accepted for stays planned in July and August, when they concern these same periods.
