Condizioni Generali di Vendita Camping Le Païsserou - 2026
Le presenti Condizioni Generali hanno lo scopo di definire i diritti e gli obblighi delle parti in relazione alla locazione di piazzole e/o alloggi in affitto all'interno del nostro campeggio.
Prenotando una piazzola e/o un alloggio all'interno del campeggio, l'utente riconosce di aver letto e accettato le presenti Condizioni Generali.
1- Prenotazione
Le prenotazioni possono essere effettuate esclusivamente tramite il modulo di prenotazione per la locazione o la piazzola. Per confermare il soggiorno, il modulo di prenotazione deve essere restituito debitamente compilato e firmato, accompagnato da un acconto pari al 30% dell'importo totale del soggiorno. Al ricevimento del contratto di prenotazione e dell'acconto, verrà inviata una conferma di prenotazione.
2– Arrivi e partenze
Per il periodo dal 1° aprile al 30 giugno e dal 1° settembre all'11 novembre, gli arrivi sono previsti tra le 15:00 e le 17:00.
Dal 1° luglio al 31 agosto, gli arrivi sono previsti tra le 16:00 e le 19:00.
Il giorno della partenza, l'alloggio deve essere liberato entro e non oltre le 10:00 e le piazzole devono essere liberate entro e non oltre le 11:00.
Se si prevede di arrivare dopo le 17:00 in bassa stagione o dopo le 19:00 in alta stagione, si prega di avvisare in anticipo la reception del Camping Le Païsserou al numero 05.65.29.73.96.
3– Pagamento
Per confermare la prenotazione, è necessario versare un acconto pari al 30% del costo totale del soggiorno. Il saldo è pagabile il giorno dell'arrivo. In caso di partenza anticipata di tutti o parte degli ospiti durante il soggiorno, non sarà effettuato alcun rimborso.
Il pagamento della prenotazione o del soggiorno può essere effettuato in euro con i seguenti metodi di pagamento: bonifico bancario, assegno, carta bancaria, buoni vacanza, ANCV connect o contanti.
4– Cancellazione del soggiorno
In caso di cancellazione meno di un mese prima della data di arrivo, sarà addebitato l'importo totale del soggiorno.
In caso di cancellazione meno di due mesi prima della data di arrivo, sarà addebitato il 30% dell'importo totale del soggiorno.
In caso di cancellazione più di due mesi prima della data di arrivo, l'acconto sarà rimborsato.
5– Assicurazione annullamento
Per stipulare un'assicurazione annullamento, è possibile contattare CAMPEZ COUVERT o consultare le condizioni su: www.campezcouvert.com.
6– Inventario, deposito cauzionale
Per gli affitti di chalet e bungalow, verrà richiesto un assegno o un'impronta di carta bancaria a titolo di deposito cauzionale di €100. Sarà fornito un inventario dell'attrezzatura presente in ciascun chalet o bungalow. Il giorno dell'arrivo, è necessario verificarlo ed effettuare un'ispezione approfondita dei locali. Dopo questa verifica e entro 24 ore, eventuali problemi riscontrati devono essere segnalati al gestore. Questo verbale è l'unico riferimento in caso di controversia relativa all'inventario in entrata e in uscita.
Il locatario è responsabile della pulizia approfondita dell'alloggio in affitto durante il periodo di locazione e prima della partenza.
In caso di pulizia incompleta o rotture, il deposito cauzionale sarà incassato.
L'inventario di fine soggiorno non viene effettuato di persona e il deposito cauzionale sarà restituito/distrutto entro un massimo di 48 ore.
7- Capacità massima
Per motivi di sicurezza e assicurativi, il numero di occupanti non può superare la capacità specificata per il tipo di alloggio o piazzola. Se, al momento dell'arrivo, si constata che la capacità massima dell'alloggio o della piazzola riservata è stata superata, ci riserviamo il diritto di negare l'accesso all'alloggio o alla piazzola riservata, senza rimborsare il prezzo del soggiorno.
8- Ospiti - Minori
Per motivi di sicurezza, i minori non accompagnati dai genitori o dai nonni per l'intera durata del soggiorno non sono ammessi nel nostro campeggio, salvo autorizzazione preventiva concessa via email su richiesta prima dell'arrivo.
9– Animali
I cani di categoria 1, denominati «cani d'attacco», e di categoria 2, denominati «cani da guardia e da difesa», non sono ammessi. Richiediamo che i cani siano tenuti al guinzaglio all'interno del campeggio. Gli animali devono essere vaccinati e il proprietario dell'animale deve essere in possesso del libretto sanitario. Le aree abitative devono essere rispettate e mantenute pulite.
10– Reclami
Eventuali reclami successivi al soggiorno devono essere presentati per scritto e inviati entro 15 giorni dal soggiorno.
11– Assicurazione di responsabilità civile obbligatoria
Tutti i locatari devono essere coperti da una propria assicurazione di responsabilità civile per qualsiasi danno da essi causato. Il campeggio declina ogni responsabilità in caso di furto, incendio o intemperie. Qualsiasi locatario minorenne non accompagnato da un genitore o tutore legale sarà respinto.
Camping Le Païsserou Terms and Conditions - 2026
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the rental of camping pitches and/or rental accommodation within our campsite.
By booking a pitch and/or accommodation within the campsite, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
1- Booking
Bookings can only be made using the rental or pitch booking form. In order to confirm your stay, the booking form must be returned, duly completed and signed, accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay. Upon receipt of your booking contract and deposit, we will send you a booking confirmation.
2– Arrivals and departures
For the period from 1 April to 30 June and from 1 September to 11 November, arrivals are between 3pm and 5pm.
From 1 July to 31 August, arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
On the day of departure, accommodation must be vacated by 10 a.m. at the latest and camping pitches must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the latest.
If you plan to arrive after 5:00 p.m. in low season or after 7:00 p.m. in high season, please notify the reception desk at Camping Le Païsserou in advance at 05.65.29.73.96.
3– Payment
To confirm your booking, you must pay a booking deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay. The balance is payable on the day of your arrival. In the event of early departure of all or some of the guests during their stay, no refund will be made.

5– Cancellation insurance

6– Inventory, security deposit
For chalet and bungalow rentals, you will be asked to provide a cheque or bank card imprint for a deposit of €100. An inventory of the equipment in each chalet or bungalow will be provided. On the day of your arrival, you are required to check it and carry out a thorough inspection of the premises. Following this check and within 24 hours, you must report any problems encountered to the manager. This report is the only reference in the event of a dispute concerning the inventory on arrival and departure.
The tenant is responsible for cleaning the rental property thoroughly during the rental period and before departure.
In the event of incomplete cleaning or breakages, the security deposit will be cashed.
The end-of-stay inventory is not carried out in person and the deposit will be returned/destroyed within a maximum of 48 hours.
7- Maximum capacity
For safety and insurance reasons, the number of occupants may not exceed the capacity specified for the type of accommodation or pitch. If, upon your arrival, we observe that the maximum capacity of the accommodation or pitch reserved has been exceeded, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation or pitch reserved, without refunding the price of your stay.
8- Guests - Minors
For safety reasons, minors who are not accompanied by their parents or grandparents for the entire duration of their stay are not accepted at our campsite, unless we have given prior authorisation by email upon request from you before arrival.
9– Animals
Category 1 dogs, known as ‘attack dogs’, and category 2 dogs, known as ‘guard and defence dogs’, are not allowed. We require dogs to be kept on a leash within the campsite. Animals must be vaccinated, and the owner of the animal must be in possession of the health record. Living areas must be respected and kept clean.
10– Complaints
Any complaints following your stay must be made in writing and sent within 15 days of your stay.
11– Compulsory civil liability insurance
All tenants must be covered by their own civil liability insurance for any damage caused by them. The campsite declines all responsibility in the event of theft, fire or bad weather. Any tenant who is a minor and not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian will be refused.
