Situato nel cuore del Gers, a 1h15 da Pau, 1h40 da Tolosa e 2h da Bordeaux, sarete accolti in un ambiente tranquillo e verdeggiante dove potrete riposare o esplorare i numerosi siti storici e vinicoli della zona. Jérôme e Vanessa ti offrono un'ampia scelta di alloggi in affitto: chalet in legno, case mobili, tende bengalesi, camere, alloggi arredati, ampie piazzole per tende, roulotte o camper per i tuoi pernottamenti, fine settimana o settimane. Il Domaine, quando arriva la bella stagione, apre la sua grande piscina la cui profondità varia da 60cm a 2m10 e invita a sedersi in terrazza per sorseggiare succhi di frutta, cocktail o vino locale. The rental of a pitch, accommodation of any type, a gîte, or a bed and breakfast room implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale by the contracting parties. Only registered individuals are authorized to occupy the pitches and/or rental units allocated to them. The reservation is personal and includes the responsibility of the person making the reservation; subletting or transferring one's place to a third party is not permitted without the prior consent of the manager.

The reservation conditions apply to stays within a family, associative, or professional context. In the case of a group, the identity of the individuals comprising it must be communicated upon reservation, and any changes in its composition must be reported upon arrival.

1. Pitch Rental

We offer bare pitches that can accommodate up to 6 people for your tent, caravan, or motorhome within the park during the campsite's opening periods.
The price of the pitch – which is a price per night of occupancy – varies according to the applicable rate schedule.
Pitches are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 PM (noon) at the latest on the day of departure. Any overrun will incur an additional day's charge. This package includes access to the domain's facilities.
For stays of less than 3 days, full payment for the stay is required at the time of booking.

Upon arrival, the full payment for the rental (minus the deposit) must be paid. If you wish, you can also pay the total amount in advance.
In the event of arrival after the scheduled date and without notification from you up to 2 days before the start date of the rental, you will be charged the total amount of the reserved rental.

2. Holiday Home (HLL) Rental

We offer holiday home (HLL) type accommodation that can accommodate up to 5 people depending on the type and destination, during the campsite's opening periods.
The price of the accommodation is applicable per night of occupancy or for the duration of occupancy and varies according to the applicable rate schedule based on the defined calendar period.
Accommodation is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:30 AM at the latest on the day of departure. Any overrun will incur an additional day's charge. This package includes access to the domain's facilities.
During the period from July 1st to August 31st, the preferred rental duration is a minimum of 5 days, but depending on availability, this can be adjusted.
Full payment for the rental must be paid 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Upon arrival, a security deposit of €300 is required.
This will be returned to you after an inventory check or will be retained in the event of damage.
Cleaning is mandatory before departure. A deposit of €50 will be requested; however, a cleaning service can be requested and paid for upon arrival.

5. Booking Procedures

The reservation becomes effective only with the agreement of the manager and subject to availability, upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount.
In the absence of any written notification from the tenant that they have delayed their arrival, the rental will be released 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the rental will be required.
Pets are allowed with the prior agreement of the manager and subject to a fee.

In case of cancellation, you will remain liable for:
The deposit of 30% of the total rental amount if cancellation is made in writing no later than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
