Aspetti positivi: nous avons apprécié les installations, la qualité du SAV ( réception antenne nulle), cela aurait pu être installé avant la location... toujours chaines 2,3,4 absente. Un remerciement à François toujours jovial et sympathyque ainsi qu'aux filles de l'accueuil et sa directrice. Au top niveau qualité service. L'aimabilité des femmes de ménages et des autres techniciens. Toujours un bonjour..
Da migliorare: Un mauvais point sur l'option épicerie et restauration. Peu de produits en dispo, et restaurant plutot un snack trés basique assez cher. En discutant avec des clients, peu sont satisfait de la qualité des pizzas et des repas. Soirée moules, plusieurs groupes ont eu des désagréments digestifs.

General conditions

I. Description of the accomodations
1. Our Mobil-homes CLASSIC are between 12 and 18 years old. They are composed of a double bedroom and a second bedroom with 2 single beds.
2. Our Mobil-homes CONFORT 2 and 3 bedrooms are between 3 and 12 years old.
CONFORT 2: They are composed of a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a sofa in the living room.
CONFORT 3: They are composed of a double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with two single beds.
3. Our Mobil-homes PREMIUM 2 and PREMIUM 3 bedrooms are between 1 and 8 years old. PREMIUM 2: They are composed of a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a sofa in the living room.
PREMIUM 3 Bdrs : 1 bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedrooms 2 single beds or 1 one these 2 bedrooms with bunk beds.
4- PRESTIGE 2 bdrs between 0 and 1 year old : 1 bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedrooms 2 single beds and a sofa bed in the living room.
PRESTIGE 3 bdrs between 0 and 1 year old : 1 bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedrooms 2 single beds or 1 one these 2 bedrooms with bunk beds.
All our accomodations are composed of a kitchen, bathroom (toilet, shower, sink).They are all equipped with an electric coffee machine, a microwave oven, garden chairs and table and two deck chairs and can be occuped by 6 persons maximum (included children and baby).
II. Reservation, down payment and final payment
5. For any reservation, a down payment of 30% and reservation fee are required.
The remainder is to be paid at the latest 30 days before arrival.
For any stripe transfer (Sofort, Ideal, Bancontact, Giropay), the fee will be paid by the renter.
6. You will receive a confirmation letter for every booking.
III. Opening hours/Late arrival/Early departure
7. Arrival from 4pm to 8pm/ Departure from 8am to 11am. In case of a late arrival, the accommodation stays available untill noon the next day. If you didn't show up and we didn't receive any notification by letter, email or fax, the accomodation becomes available again and the advance payment is kept by the management.
8. In case of early departure,it will be done between 9 am and 7 pm in july and august, and between either 9 am and noon or 2 pm and 6 pm during off-season.
9. In case of a late arrival or early departure, the amount of the period originally reserved stays due. No refund or deduction will be made.
IV- CANCELLATION
For any cancellation, the client has to inform the campsite as soon as possible. If the client has contracted a cancellation insurance at the booking, he has to refer to the general conditions of the insurance company and contact them. If not, the amount paid will be kept by the campsite as indemnities.
Apllication fees and cancellation insurance fees are not refundable.
The campsite Mas des Lavandes, edclines all resposability in the event of unfavourable weather conditions, technical or administrative problems, causing the cancellation of services entertainment. Under no circumstances will bad weather give rise to a reduction or reimbursement in art or in full.
V- CANCELLATION INSURANCE
An optional cancellation insurance (3.3% of the total amount of your stay gurantees yout he refnd of your payment of any justified cancellation. If the sinister is guaranteed in general conditions (available at www.campez-couvert.com), the client has to inform the insurance company within 48h and to give all the justified documents and information :

In case of cancellation or reduction of the stay by a client who doesn't take the cancellation insurance, le Mas des Lavandes will not be able to refund the amount already paid.
VI. Deposit
12. At arrival you are asked a security deposit of 300€ of all types of accomodation. This deposit will be returned to you after move-out inspection, minus a possible deduction for repair costs and/or the replacement value of damaged or missing items.
13. You will be reimbursed if the move-out inspection finds a well cleaned mobil-home. If the accommodation is not as clean as it was when you arrived, this deposit will be kept. If you don't want to do the cleaning yourself, please book our cleaning services for 95€ at your arrival.
VII. Inventories
14. Arrival: An inventory sheet of your accommodation will be given to you that has to be completed, signed and turned in within 48 hours of your arrival.
Departure: An appointment is necessary for the check-out inspection.
In the case of an unscheduled departure, the security deposit will be returned to you or cancelled and 95€ for the cleaning will be automatically asked you.
VIII. Bracelets
15. By security measure, it is compulsory to wear the bracelet during the entire stays. You will be charged 18€ in case of a loss.
IX- VISITORS
16 – A visitor not registered will be charge on the client and will be able to be expulsed. No visitor can't stay in the accomodation instead of the clients, without the campsite authorized. 4 visitors max / pitch.
17. You commit yourself to making the internal rules of the campsite respected by all persons occupying the mobil-home.
18. No visitor can occupy your accommodation without the authorization of the campsite management.
19. The management reserves the right to expel any person without advance notice or refund who doesn't respect the internal rules, who provokes a disorder or is guilty of aggression, who gives false information about accompanying persons of the stay.
X. Animals
20. Dogs (except those of 1st category) are accepted against payment of a supplement provided their vaccinations are up to date. They must be tattooed and kept on a leash within the campsite and taken out of the campsite to defecate offence risk impoundment. The identification of the dogs is compulsory.
21. Cats are forbidden.
XI. Swimming pool
22. Shorts are strictly forbidden in the swimming pool.
XII- Personal image rights.
25- You expressly authorise SAS SOGEO to use, free of charge, in any medium, any photos of you or your children that may be taken by the campsite staff for publicising of the campsite.
XIII. Internal rules
24. All customers are required to comply with the rules the campsite.
25. The rent in campsite does not enter within the framework of the hotelkeeper's responsability. The responsability of the SAS SOGEO couldn't be committed in case of loss, of flight or of damages of personal effect in the Mobil-Homes and within the establishment.
In case of dispute, courts of Béziers have exclusive jurisdiction.
