Per qualsiasi ordine telefonico, le presenti Condizioni Generali di Vendita saranno inviate per email (modifica/annullamento senza spese possibile entro 24 ore dal primo pagamento).
Le presenti Condizioni Generali di Vendita possono essere soggette a modifiche successive; la versione applicabile all'acquisto del Cliente è quella in vigore sul sito web alla data in cui viene effettuato l'ordine.
ARTICOLO 2 – PRENOTAZIONI
Il Cliente seleziona sul sito web i servizi che desidera ordinare, secondo la procedura seguente: il Cliente compila il modulo di contatto indicando le date, il numero di partecipanti, il tipo di alloggio desiderato e i servizi. Confermano la proposta per l'elaborazione e l'invio di un preventivo corrispondente da parte del campeggio entro 48 ore successive alla richiesta.
È responsabilità del Cliente verificare l'esattezza dell'ordine e segnalare immediatamente eventuali errori. L'ordine sarà considerato definitivo solo dopo che il Cliente riceve la confermazione di accettazione dell'ordine da parte del Prestatore via email.
Qualsiasi ordine effettuato sul sito web (www.camping-les-trois-sources.fr) o per telefono al +33 (0)5 65 33 03 01 costituisce un contratto a distanza tra il Cliente e il Prestatore.
Ogni ordine è nominativo e non può essere trasferito in nessun caso.
Per l'affitto di piazzole nel campeggio, è consentita solo un'installazione (tenda, caravan, camper) per piazzola. Il Prestatore si riserva il diritto di annullare il soggiorno se le informazioni sulle dimensioni dell'attrezzatura richiesta sono mancanti al momento dell'ordine. Tutti gli ordini restano soggetti a validazione in base alle dimensioni fornite.
Per gli affitti di alloggi, l'installazione di tende sul terreno non è consentita, salvo approvazione positiva della direzione.
Ogni alloggio è destinato a un numero specifico di adulti, come indicato sul sito web. Chiunque abbia 18 anni o più è considerato un adulto. Un bambino piccolo è considerato come una persona intera.
Salvo diversa indicazione sul sito web, ogni alloggio dispone di una piazzola per un'auto. Per qualsiasi parcheggio aggiuntivo, il Cliente sarà tenuto a pagare una tassa di parcheggio.
I Clienti sono già avvisati che alcuni servizi potrebbero non essere aperti tutto l'anno (ad esempio piscina, ristorante). È responsabilità del Cliente verificare l'accessibilità prima di prenotare.
Il Prestatore offre soggiorni a carattere familiare nel senso tradizionale. Si riserva il diritto di rifiutare qualsiasi prenotazione che contraddica questo principio o che tenti di eluderlo.
I minori devono essere accompagnati dai loro genitori o tutori legali.
Il Prestatore si riserva il diritto di annullare qualsiasi ordine validato in presenza di minori non accompagnati. Gli importi versati non saranno rimborsati.
Il Prestatore non può garantire alcuna richiesta speciale effettuata al momento dell'ordine.
I numeri delle piazzole e la mappa del sito saranno comunicati al Cliente solo all'arrivo. I numeri sui preventivi sono solo indicativi e non definitivi.
I piani e le foto sui materiali di marketing non hanno valore contrattuale.
ARTICOLO 3 – PREZZI
I servizi offerti dal Prestatore sono forniti ai prezzi in vigore sul sito web o per telefono al momento della registrazione dell'ordine.
I prezzi sono espressi in Euro, IVA inclusa, con un'aliquota del 10% applicabile alla data della loro determinazione. Qualsiasi successiva modifica dell'IVA tra la determinazione dell'aliquota e la fatturazione adeguerà il prezzo totale di conseguenza, cosa che il Cliente accetta senza riserve.
I prezzi sono soggetti a revisione durante il loro periodo di validità, come indicato sul sito web o per telefono. Il Prestatore si riserva il diritto di modificare i prezzi in qualsiasi momento.
Comprendono le spese amministrative, fatturate in aggiunta, come indicato sul sito web e calcolate prima dell'ordine.
Il pagamento richiesto al Cliente corrisponde all'importo totale dell'acquisto, incluse tali spese.
Una fattura / conferma di prenotazione è emessa dal Prestatore e fornita al Cliente al momento della fornitura dei servizi.

ARTICOLO 4 – MODALITÀ DI PAGAMENTO
4.1. Acconto
L'ordine diventa definitivo alla ricezione di un acconto del 25% e di tutte le informazioni richieste, e dopo approvazione da parte del Prestatore.
Per l'affitto di piazzole nel campeggio, il saldo deve essere pagato entro e non oltre 30 giorni prima dell'arrivo, altrimenti la prenotazione potrà essere annullata.
Per gli affitti di alloggi, l'ordine deve essere accompagnato da un pagamento corrispondente al 25% del totale del soggiorno a titolo di acconto.

I pagamenti sono considerati definitivi solo dopo l'effettiva ricezione da parte del Prestatore.
I ritardi di pagamento oltre le scadenze fissate sono soggetti a penali pari a tre volte il tasso di interesse legale, ossia 2,37% del prezzo totale IVA inclusa, automaticamente e senza preavviso.
4.3. Inadempimento
Il Prestatore si riserva il diritto di sospendere o annullare la fornitura dei servizi in caso di mancato rispetto delle condizioni di pagamento.
4.4. Metodi di pagamento
Nessuna spesa aggiuntiva oltre al costo effettivo sostenuto dal Prestatore per il metodo di pagamento scelto sarà fatturata al Cliente.
Metodi di pagamento accettati:
Carta di credito
Assegno bancario (pagabile all'ordine dell'esercizio, non accettato meno di 30 giorni prima dell'arrivo)
Bonifico bancario (IBAN fornito su richiesta)
Il Cliente può pagare a rate senza spese, con il primo acconto alla prenotazione e il saldo almeno un mese prima dell'arrivo.
I buoni vacanza (chèques vacances) sono anch'essi accettati.
ARTICOLO 5 – SOGGIORNO – FORNITURA DEI SERVIZI
5.1. Durata e utilizzo

L'alloggio è disponibile dalle ore 15:00 del giorno di arrivo e deve essere liberato entro le ore 10:00 del giorno di partenza.
Le piazzole sono disponibili dalle ore 14:00 all'arrivo e devono essere liberate entro le ore 12:00 alla partenza.
Gli alloggi e le piazzole sono concepiti per un numero specifico di occupanti. Un bambino piccolo conta come una persona.
Il superamento della capacità consente al Prestatore di rifiutare l'accesso senza rimborso.
Gli alloggi e le piazzole devono essere restituiti nello stesso stato di pulizia in cui si trovavano all'arrivo.
In caso contrario, potrà essere applicata una spesa forfettaria di pulizia: 90 € (locazione) / 110 € (cottage).
Qualsiasi danno deve essere riparato immediatamente a spese del Cliente.
5.2. Arrivo in ritardo
Se il Cliente non può arrivare negli orari previsti, deve contattare un rappresentante per organizzare l'arrivo tardivo.
Non è previsto alcun rimborso (nemmeno parziale) per arrivo tardivo, partenza anticipata o check-in tardivo fuori dagli orari autorizzati.
5.3. Inventario e reclami
Il Cliente deve verificare l'inventario dell'alloggio entro 24 ore dall'arrivo.
Qualsiasi reclamo deve essere segnalato a un rappresentante entro 24 ore.
Gli incidenti durante il soggiorno devono anch'essi essere segnalati prontamente.
5.4. Fotografia
I Clienti potrebbero essere fotografati durante il loro soggiorno.
Se non danno il loro consenso, devono avvisare per iscritto le autorità competenti. Il campeggio non è responsabile delle foto scattate all'interno della struttura.
5.5. Modifiche delle attività
Le attività e le strutture possono essere modificate, rimosse o chiuse a causa del meteo, del sovraffollamento o della bassa stagione. Il campeggio non è responsabile di tali modifiche.
ARTICOLO 6 – DEPOSITO DI GARANZIA
Affitti di alloggi: deposito di garanzia di 400 € richiesto al check-in, restituito al check-out, dedotti eventuali danni o costi di riparazione.
Affitti di piazzole: deposito di 150 € per un frigorifero, 25 € per adattatori, restituito dedotti i costi di riparazione se applicabile.
Viene fornito un inventario completo; eventuali discrepanze devono essere segnalate entro 24 ore.
I depositi sono trattenuti tramite impronta bancaria e restituiti entro 8 giorni.
Il deposito non limita la responsabilità.
ARTICOLO 7 – RESPONSABILITÀ DEL CLIENTE
Il Cliente deve:

Mantenere la quiete e l'ordine
Non superare il numero di occupanti
Prendersi cura dell'alloggio o della piazzola affittati
Dichiarare gli animali domestici, se consentiti
Il Cliente è interamente responsabile di eventuali danni o disturbi.

Per i visitatori giornalieri, il campeggio può richiedere una tassa di visita. L'accettazione può essere limitata e potrebbe non includere l'accesso a tutti i servizi.
Il Cliente deve fornire i nomi completi di tutti gli occupanti. Il Cliente deve essere uno degli occupanti. Il superamento del numero di occupanti dichiarato non è consentito, e il Prestatore può rifiutare l'accesso alle persone in eccesso senza rimborso.
ARTICOLO 8 – RESPONSABILITÀ DEL PRESTATORE
Il Prestatore non può essere ritenuto responsabile per:
Furto, perdita o danno agli effetti personali del Cliente
Interruzioni o guasti dei servizi tecnici (acqua, elettricità, Wi-Fi, ecc.)
Chiusura temporanea di alcune strutture per manutenzione, sicurezza o forza maggiore
Disturbi causati da fattori esterni (meteo, animali, rumore esterno al campeggio)
Tuttavia, il Prestatore rimane responsabile della qualità dell'alloggio fornito secondo gli standard legali.
ARTICOLO 9 – ANIMALI DOMESTICI
Gli animali domestici sono accettati alle seguenti condizioni:
Devono essere dichiarati al momento della prenotazione
Devono essere vaccinati, tatuati o microchippati
Devono essere tenuti al guinzaglio in tutto il campeggio
Non devono causare disturbo agli altri ospiti
I cani classificati come pericolosi (categorie 1 e 2 in Francia) sono proibiti
Gli animali domestici non possono essere lasciati soli nell'alloggio.
Il Cliente è interamente responsabile di eventuali danni o disturbi causati dal proprio animale.
ARTICOLO 10 – RECLAMI
Tutti i reclami relativi al soggiorno devono:

ARTICOLO 11 – PROPRIETÀ INTELLETTUALE
Il contenuto del sito web è di proprietà del Prestatore e dei suoi partner ed è protetto dalle leggi francesi e internazionali sulla proprietà intellettuale.
Qualsiasi riproduzione totale o parziale del contenuto è severamente proibita e può costituire una violazione.
Il Prestatore conserva tutti i diritti di proprietà intellettuale su:
Fotografie
Presentazioni
Studi
Progetti
Modelli
Prototipi
Ecc., realizzati (anche su richiesta del Cliente) per la fornitura dei servizi.
È severamente proibito al Cliente riprodurre o utilizzare tali studi, progetti, modelli o prototipi senza autorizzazione scritta esplicita del Prestatore, che potrebbe richiedere un compenso.
ARTICOLO 12 – LEGGE APPLICABILE E LINGUA
Le presenti Condizioni Generali di Vendita e le transazioni correlate sono disciplinate dalla legge francese.
Le Condizioni sono redatte in francese.
In caso di traduzione in un'altra lingua, in caso di controversia prevale la versione francese.
ARTICOLO 13 – FORZA MAGGIORE
La forza maggiore comprende, senza limitazione:
Incendio
Grandine, tempeste, fulmini
Scioperi, conflitti di lavoro
Terrorismo
Pandemia
Altri eventi imprevisti che vanno oltre un controllo ragionevole
In caso di forza maggiore, il Prestatore non può essere ritenuto responsabile per:

Inadempimento
Danni
L'assicurazione può fornire una copertura parziale, ma il Prestatore non è responsabile per le perdite causate da forza maggiore.
ARTICOLO 14 – CONTROVERSIE
Durante il soggiorno, il Cliente deve contattare la reception entro 24 ore per qualsiasi controversia.
Se non risolta in loco, il Cliente può inviare un reclamo scritto entro 15 giorni dopo la partenza a:

I reclami presentati dopo il soggiorno senza previa segnalazione in loco non saranno presi in considerazione.

Il Cliente può anche ricorrere alla mediazione o a procedure alternative di risoluzione delle controversie.

ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION

The term “Service Provider” hereinafter refers to Camping Les Trois Sources Maeva Escapade and/or any of its representatives.
The term “Client” hereinafter refers to any person wishing to order services from Camping Les Trois Sources Maeva Escapade.
Reservation and/or ordering of services is reserved for Clients who have read these Terms and Conditions of Sale in full before placing an order and who have accepted them without reservation.
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, without reservation of any of their provisions.
These conditions apply to the exclusion of any other conditions, in particular those applicable to other marketing channels for the services.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are accessible at all times on the website and will prevail, where applicable, over any other version or contractual document. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded in the Service Provider’s computer system constitutes proof of all transactions concluded with the Client.

The Client acknowledges having read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and having accepted them by ticking the box provided before the online ordering procedure, as well as the website’s general terms of use.
For any telephone order, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale will be sent by email (modification/cancellation without charge is possible within 24 hours after the first payment).
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be subject to later modifications; the version applicable to the Client’s purchase is the one in force on the website on the date the order is placed.
ARTICLE 2 – RESERVATIONS
The Client selects on the website the services they wish to order, according to the following procedure: the Client completes the contact form by indicating the dates, the number of participants, the type of accommodation desired, and the services. They confirm the proposal for processing and sending a corresponding quote from the campsite within 48 hours following the request.
It is the Client’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the order and immediately report any errors. The order will only be considered final after the Client receives confirmation of acceptance of the order from the Service Provider by email.
Any order placed on the website (www.camping-les-trois-sources.fr) or by phone at +33 (0)5 65 33 03 01 constitutes a distance contract between the Client and the Service Provider.
Every order is nominative and cannot be transferred under any circumstances.
For campsite pitch rentals, only one installation (tent, caravan, motorhome) is allowed per pitch. The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel the stay if information about the dimensions of the requested equipment is missing during the order. All orders remain subject to validation based on the dimensions provided.
For accommodation rentals, tent installations are not allowed on the plot, except with positive approval from management.
Each accommodation is intended for a specific number of adults, as indicated on the website. Anyone aged 18 and over is considered an adult. A baby is considered as a full person.
Unless otherwise stated on the website, each accommodation has a pitch for one car. For any additional parking, the Client will be liable for a parking fee.
Clients are already warned that certain services may not be open year-round (e.g., swimming pool, restaurant). It is the Client’s responsibility to check accessibility before booking.
The Service Provider offers family-oriented stays in the traditional sense. They reserve the right to refuse any booking that contradicts this principle or attempts to bypass it.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel any validated order in the presence of unaccompanied minors. Amounts paid will not be refunded.
The Service Provider cannot guarantee any special requests made at the time of ordering.
Pitch numbers and the site map will only be communicated to the Client upon arrival. Numbers on quotes are indicative only and are not definitive.
Plans and photos on marketing materials are non-contractual.
ARTICLE 3 – PRICES
Services offered by the Service Provider are provided at the prices in effect on the website or by phone at the time the order is registered.
Prices are expressed in Euros including VAT at a rate of 10% applicable on the date they were determined. Any subsequent change in VAT between the rate determination and invoicing will adjust the total price accordingly, which the Client accepts without reservation.
Prices are subject to revision during their validity period, as indicated on the website or by phone. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
They include administration fees, invoiced in addition, as indicated on the website and calculated prior to ordering.
The payment requested from the Client corresponds to the total purchase amount, including these fees.
An invoice / booking confirmation is issued by the Service Provider and given to the Client when services are provided.
Prices include:
Provision of the accommodation(s) or pitch(es) fully equipped as described on the website
A parking space for one car per accommodation (unless otherwise stated)
Water and electricity
Reception and inventory check
Campsite services, except those requiring additional payment
Administration fees
Taxes
Prices do not include:
Cancellation insurance
Cleaning fees
Paid activities offered by the campsite (payable on-site)
Additional fees for pets (subject to campsite acceptance)

ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT TERMS
4.1. Deposit
The order becomes final upon receipt of 25% deposit and all requested information, and after approval by the Service Provider.
For campsite pitch rentals, the balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival, otherwise the reservation may be canceled.
For accommodation rentals, the order must be accompanied by a payment corresponding to 25% of the total stay as a deposit.

Deposits will be deducted from the total amount but are non-refundable (except in cases of force majeure or exceptional exemptions as defined in paragraph 6.3).
4.2. Payments
Payments are considered final only after actual receipt by the Service Provider.
Late payments beyond the set deadlines are subject to penalties equal to three times the legal interest rate, i.e., 2.37% of the total price including VAT, automatically and without prior notice.
4.3. Non-Compliance
The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or cancel the provision of services if payment conditions are not respected.
4.4. Payment Methods
No extra charges beyond the actual cost incurred by the Service Provider for the chosen payment method will be billed to the Client.

Bank check (payable to the establishment, not accepted less than 30 days before arrival)

The Client can pay in installments without fees, with the first deposit at booking and the balance at least one month before arrival.
Holiday vouchers (chèques vacances) are also accepted.
ARTICLE 5 – STAY – PROVISION OF SERVICES
5.1. Duration and Use
Rental durations are specified for each offer on the website.
Accommodation is available from 3:00 PM on the arrival day and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the departure day.
Pitches are available from 2:00 PM on arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 PM on departure.
Accommodations and pitches are designed for a specific number of occupants. A baby counts as one person.
Exceeding capacity allows the Service Provider to refuse access without refund.
Accommodations and pitches must be returned in the same cleanliness state as at arrival.
If not, a flat cleaning fee may be charged: €90 (rental) / €110 (cottage).
Any damage must be repaired immediately at the Client’s expense.
5.2. Late Arrival
If the Client cannot arrive during the scheduled times, they must contact a representative to prepare for late arrival.
No refunds (even partial) are granted for late arrival, early departure, or late check-in outside authorized hours.
5.3. Inventory and Complaints
The Client must check the accommodation inventory within 24 hours of arrival.
Any complaint must be reported to a representative within 24 hours.
Incidents during the stay must also be reported promptly.
5.4. Photography
Clients may be photographed during their stay.
If they do not consent, they must notify the relevant authorities in writing. The campsite is not responsible for photos taken within the premises.
5.5. Changes in Activities
Activities and facilities may be modified, removed, or closed due to weather, overbooking, or off-season. The campsite is not responsible for these changes.
ARTICLE 6 – SECURITY DEPOSIT
Accommodation rentals: €400 deposit required at check-in, returned at check-out minus any damage or repair costs.
Pitch rentals: €150 deposit for a fridge, €25 for adapters, returned minus repair costs if applicable.
A full inventory is provided; any discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours.
Deposits are held by bank imprint and returned within 8 days.
The deposit does not limit liability.
ARTICLE 7 – CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The Client must:
Respect campsite rules
Maintain peace and order
Not exceed the number of occupants
Care for the rented accommodation or pitch
Declare pets, if allowed
The Client is fully liable for any damages or disturbances.

For these items, the Client must request them from the campsite and check cost and feasibility.
For day visitors, the campsite may request a visitor tax. Acceptance may be restricted and may not include access to all services.
The Client must provide the full names of all occupants. The Client must be one of the occupants. Exceeding the number of occupants stated is not allowed, and the Service Provider may refuse access for extra persons without refund.
ARTICLE 8 – SERVICE PROVIDER LIABILITY
The Service Provider cannot be held liable for:
Theft, loss, or damage to the Client’s personal belongings
Interruptions or failures of technical services (water, electricity, Wi-Fi, etc.)
Temporary closure of certain facilities for maintenance, safety, or force majeure
Disturbances caused by external factors (weather, animals, noise outside the campsite)
However, the Service Provider remains responsible for the quality of the accommodation provided according to legal standards.
ARTICLE 9 – PETS
Pets are accepted under the following conditions:
Must be declared at booking
Must be vaccinated, tattooed, or chipped
Must be kept on a leash throughout the campsite
Must not cause disturbance to other guests
Dogs classified as dangerous (categories 1 and 2 in France) are prohibited
Pets cannot be left alone in the accommodation.
The Client is fully responsible for any damage or disturbance caused by their pet.
ARTICLE 10 – COMPLAINTS
All complaints regarding the stay must:
Be reported during the stay to the reception so the Service Provider can remedy the issue
If unresolved, be submitted in writing within 30 days after departure to the Service Provider
The complaint must include:
Client’s full name
Stay dates
Booking number
Nature and details of the complaint
Supporting evidence (photos, documents)
The Service Provider will process complaints as quickly as possible.
If unresolved, the Client may use mediation or alternative dispute resolution procedures, as provided by consumer law.
ARTICLE 11 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of the website is the property of the Service Provider and its partners and is protected under French and international intellectual property laws.
Any full or partial reproduction of the content is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement.
The Service Provider retains all intellectual property rights over:
Photographs
Presentations
Studies
Designs
Models
Prototypes
Etc., created (even at the Client’s request) for the provision of services.
The Client is strictly prohibited from reproducing or using these studies, designs, models, or prototypes without express written authorization from the Service Provider, which may require compensation.
ARTICLE 12 – APPLICABLE LAW AND LANGUAGE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and related transactions are governed by French law.
The Terms and Conditions are written in French.
In case of translation into another language, the French version prevails in case of dispute.
ARTICLE 13 – FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure includes, but is not limited to:
Fire
Hail, storms, lightning
Strikes, labor conflicts
Terrorism
Pandemic
Other unforeseen events beyond reasonable control
In case of force majeure, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible for:
Delays
Non-performance
Damages
Insurance may provide partial coverage, but the Service Provider is not liable for losses caused by force majeure.
ARTICLE 14 – DISPUTES
During the stay, the Client must contact the reception within 24 hours for any dispute.
If unresolved on-site, the Client can send a written complaint within 15 days after departure to:
