Erg gezellige en schone camping

Aspetti positivi: Ruime plekken, direct aan de rivier, prachtig uitzicht en rustig. Mooi sanitair en heel erg schoon. Leuke terrasjes, groot zwembad met goede ligbedden. Bakkerservice en niet te vergeten plat du jour. Heerlijk gegeten met een lekker flesje wijn erbij. We hebben genoten!

Informazioni sulla zona

La nostra posizione geografica è eccezionale. La regione “Quercy” racchiude molti tesori culinari, culturali e architettonici. Siamo situati sulla strada del vino di Cahors. I siti importanti nel Lot, nella Dordogna e nel Lot et Garonne sono a meno di un'ora di macchina e le attrazioni sono numerose (castelli, abissi, grotte, siti preistorici, ecc).
Vengono organizzati molti eventi e spettacoli, come mercati locali, antiquariato, mercatini dell'usato, festival, mostre d'arte, fiere, ecc. Ma non dimenticate che “Le Clos Bouyssac” organizza anche il proprio intrattenimento (eventi sportivi, culinari e culturali)! All'interno del campeggio potete inoltre godere del piacere della canoa, del nuoto nel fiume, della pesca e, nelle vicinanze, del tennis, della mountain bike e delle passeggiate nella natura.

TERMINI E CONDIZIONI

- Prenotazione
Si consiglia di prenotare in anticipo la piazzola o l'alloggio. I posti vengono assegnati in base alla disponibilità, secondo l'ordine di registrazione delle prenotazioni. Al momento della prenotazione è richiesto un acconto del 30%. L'importo restante del soggiorno dovrà essere versato all'arrivo.
La locazione diventa effettiva con il nostro consenso e al ricevimento dell'acconto e delle spese di prenotazione. Ciò verrà confermato via e-mail.

- Campeggio
In alta stagione, le piazzole sono disponibili dalle ore 12.00 e devono essere liberate prima delle ore 12.00. Fuori dall'alta stagione, possiamo rendere queste regole più flessibili se necessario, quindi chiedeteci.
A causa delle normative assicurative, il numero di persone ospitate su una piazzola non deve superare le 6.

- Alloggi
L'alloggio è disponibile dalle ore 16.00 del giorno di arrivo. Partenza prima delle 10.00 dell'ultimo giorno. All'arrivo, il vostro soggiorno sarà pagato, così come il deposito (in contanti) ricevuto.

Deposito:
Per il vostro alloggio è richiesto un deposito di 150 €. Questo deposito verrà rimborsato se non vengono rilevati danni, rotture o perdite in occasione dell'ispezione precedente alla vostra partenza dall'alloggio.
Se il danno è maggiore, riceverete una fattura a tal riguardo. Siete obbligati a pagarla entro 8 giorni.
Prima della partenza, l'alloggio deve essere pulito scopato (comprese le zone sotto i letti) e i piatti correttamente lavati, altrimenti verrà addebitata una spesa aggiuntiva di pulizia di 50 €. Vi preghiamo di mettere la biancheria da letto noleggiata in un sacco sulla terrazza e di aprire tutte le finestre. Avvisate l'ufficio il giorno prima della vostra partenza affinché possa avvenire il controllo finale.
Se qualcosa si rompe durante il vostro soggiorno, vi preghiamo di informarci affinché possiamo riparare o sostituire il più rapidamente possibile.

- Cancellazione
È necessaria una cancellazione scritta. In caso di cancellazione effettuata fino a 2 mesi prima dell'arrivo, l'acconto versato sarà rimborsato, ad eccezione delle spese di prenotazione. In caso di cancellazione effettuata tra due mesi e due settimane prima dell'arrivo, l'acconto non sarà rimborsato. In caso di cancellazione effettuata meno di 2 settimane prima dell'arrivo, sarà addebitato l'importo totale.
Condizioni assicurative: Vi consigliamo di stipulare un'assicurazione annullamento che vi rimborsi il denaro in caso di cancellazione. Al contratto si applica la legge francese.

- Animali
È consentito un massimo di 2 animali sulle piazzole e negli alloggi in locazione. Mantenete il vostro cane/i vostri cani calmo/i. Vi chiediamo gentilmente, ma con insistenza, di raccogliere gli escrementi del vostro cane.
Tutti gli animali devono essere vaccinati (è richiesto il documento di vaccinazione), tatuati (o microchippati) e tenuti al guinzaglio. Nessun accesso all'area piscina, ai blocchi sanitari, al bar o al negozio.

- Regolamento del campeggio
Esistono alcune regole affinché tutti possano godere del proprio soggiorno. Il regolamento è affisso all'ingresso ed è disponibile su richiesta. Riguarda la sicurezza, l'igiene, gli animali e le responsabilità di ciascuno. Nessun rumore durante la notte dalle 23.00 alle 08.00 (ricordate che in un ambiente tranquillo le voci si sentono).
La direzione è responsabile solo dei valori depositati nella cassaforte dell'ufficio. L'inquilino è responsabile della tenda o dell'alloggio (in mancanza di porte e finestre chiuse).

- Visitatori dei nostri ospiti
All'arrivo, i visitatori devono presentarsi al nostro ufficio. Sono ammessi sotto la responsabilità dei residenti. È possibile pernottare solo previo accordo con la reception. I loro veicoli devono essere parcheggiati fuori dal campeggio. In caso di utilizzo della piscina, ciò deve essere segnalato in anticipo. Vengono calcolati € 6,50 p.p.p.g.
