Aspetti positivi: Super séjour, Magali et Jérôme et toute l’équipe sont adorables. Camping familiale, chalet très chaleureux. On a passé un super séjour avec mes 2 filles!

Aspetti positivi: L'accueil : Magalie et Jérôme sont très accueillants. Magalie nous a présenté la région et nous a conseillé sur différentes activités sympas (randonnées, visites). Jérôme propose d'excellentes pizzas et un bon couscous. L'équipe est sympathique. La nouvelle piscine est top. C'était agréable pour se relaxer en fin de journée. L'ensemble de l'équipe est à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons.

Aspetti positivi: Cela fait plusieurs fois que je viens dans ce camping, dans cette merveilleuse nature et c'est toujours avec plaisir. Les patrons sont d'une grande gentillesse, les logements sont nickels, la piscine très agréable et nous mangeons très bien au restaurant du camping. Que du bonheur .

ON ARRIVAL
The tenant undertakes to deposit the certificate of holiday insurance + the deposit cheque or credit card imprint for a total amount of 245 €.
-200 € (for any damage).
45 € (for the final cleaning, if the rental is not in a condition to be re-rented: gas, refrigerator, bathroom, toilet, floor)
The deposit will be returned to the tenant at the time of departure, or at the latest 1 month after the date of departure, minus any damage or loss of objects. If the deposit is insufficient, the tenant undertakes to complete the sum after the departure inventory. This deposit shall in no case be considered as a contribution to the payment of the rent.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
The rental is nominative and cannot be transferred under any circumstances. If the tenant delays his arrival, he must inform the management beforehand. In the absence of any message from the tenant stating that he has had to postpone his arrival date, the rental will become available 24 hours after the planned arrival date and the payment of the services will be required.
USE OF THE PREMISES
On departure, the Tenant undertakes to leave the accommodation as clean as he/she found it on arrival. Each rental includes all kitchen and table equipment as well as bedding, with the exception of sheets and towels. All the equipment listed in the inventory must be returned to the place it occupied on arrival. Any repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental period will be charged to the lessee.
Animals are not accepted.
INVENTORY OF FIXTURES AND FITTINGS
The equipment in each rental unit is subject to a detailed inventory and is sent to the hirer on arrival. The hirer is required to check the inventory and report any anomaly no later than 24 hours after arrival by handing it in at reception. Any damage or missing objects will be deducted from the deposit.
The cleaning of the accommodation is the responsibility of the tenant. At the end of the stay, the accommodation must be returned in a perfectly clean condition. If this is not the case, a sum of 45€ will be deducted from the deposit.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
The rental is firm and definitive for the entire duration of the stay: in the event of late arrival or departure before the end of the stay, the total amount of the stay will be invoiced. In the event of cancellation by registered letter, you will still be liable for the booking fee as well as the amount equal to 30% of the full cost of your stay if you cancel more than 30 days before the arrival date, or the full amount of your stay if you cancel less than 16 days before this date.
As a general rule, the deposit is retained and can be returned when the property can be re-let for the same period and at the same price. You should take out a special cancellation policy with your insurance company.
INSURANCE
The tenant must check if his main home contract includes the holiday extension, if not he must ask for this extension or take out a special contract with a holiday clause. A certificate of insurance will be requested at the entrance to the campsite when the keys are handed over.
In the event of serious breaches of the rules and regulations and if early departure is necessary, the full amount of the stay will be due and acquired.
In case of dispute, the Commercial Court of Perpignan will have exclusive jurisdiction.
