Aspetti positivi: L'accueil chaleureux de Cindy et Vincent, leur humanité et leur réactivité. Depuis des années où nous y séjournons, le cadre est toujours enchanteur.

Super camping
Aspetti positivi: Nous avons passé un super séjour avec notre petit fils de 5 ans. Il y a de l'espace de l'ombre et plusieurs jeux et aménagement pour enfant. Nous nous sommes régalés, on reviendra. L'équipe est très sympa !

Magnifique séjour
Aspetti positivi: Camping type familial petit mais tellement agréable. A deux pas du très beau petit village, il propose des jeux (ping pong, babyfoot, trampoline, buts de foot, filet de volley) gratuits, piscine et agréés de sport très bien agencés et dans un bel endroit. Nous avions réservé fin août et c'était très calme. Le mobil-home confortable et propre. Rien ne manquait et pour finir l'équipe d'accueil était très à l'écoute et toujours présents pour répondre à nos questions. Je recommande vivement Toutes les infos que l'on trouve sur le web sont parfaitement exactes.

TERMINI E CONDIZIONI
Durante l'alta stagione le locazioni settimanali iniziano il sabato.
La prenotazione della locazione non può essere convalidata senza il pagamento di un acconto (30%). Il saldo del costo della locazione deve essere versato 30 giorni prima della data di arrivo.
In bassa stagione è richiesto un supplemento di 0,23 €/kW per il riscaldamento elettrico.
La tassa di soggiorno è applicabile dal 01/01 al 31/12 per ogni persona di età superiore a 18 anni e per giorno. Costo: 0,65 €. La tassa di soggiorno deve essere pagata al campeggio.
Il numero di persone che occupano l'alloggio non deve superare la capacità dell'alloggio.
Al momento dell'arrivo dell'inquilino verranno richieste due cauzioni:
- 300 € in caso di danni o perdita di materiale
- e 75 € per la pulizia in caso di mancata restituzione dell'alloggio affittato pulito alla partenza.
Si conviene che un inventario dei locali affittati verrà effettuato all'ingresso del vacanziere nell'alloggio in affitto e alla sua partenza. Qualsiasi perdita o danno sarà risarcito.
L'alloggio in affitto deve essere restituito pulito, sotto pena di non restituzione della cauzione per le pulizie.
In caso di annullamento dell'alloggio in affitto da parte dell'utente, l'acconto rimane acquisito e l'importo totale della locazione resta dovuto al proprietario, a meno che non venga trovato un nuovo inquilino per lo stesso periodo. Nessun rimborso sarà effettuato per qualsiasi annullamento effettuato meno di 30 giorni prima della data di arrivo.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
During the full season weekly holiday rentals start on Saturdays.
The booking of the holiday rental cannot be validated without the payment of the deposit (30%). The balance of the holiday rental's cost must be paid 30 days before the date of arrival.
In low season a supplement of 0,23 €/kW is required for the electric heating.
The tourist tax is applicable from 01/01 to 31/12 for each person over 18 years and per day. Cost: 0.65 €. The tourist tax is to be paid at the campsite.
The number of people occupying the rental must not exceed the capacity of the accommodation.
Two security deposits will be requested upon arrival of the tenant:
- 300 € in case of damage or loss of material
- and 75 € for cleaning in case of not leaving the rented accommodation clean at your departure.
It is agreed that an inventory of the rented premises will take place when the holidaymaker enters the rental accommodation and at his departure. Any loss or damage will be compensated.
The rental accommodation must be returned clean under penalty of non-return of the cleaning-deposit.
In case of cancellation of the rental accommodation by the user, the deposit remains acquired and the total amount of the rental remains due to the owner unless a new tenant is found for the same period. No refunds will be made for any cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date.
With the assurance company Gritchen,
a cancellation insurance is proposed but not obligatory (see conditions).
A small animal weighing less than 10 kg can be accepted with supplement.
The validation of the purchase order and the terms and conditions act as a contract.
