Conformemente alla legge in vigore, le presenti condizioni sono messe a disposizione del cliente esclusivamente a titolo informativo e prima della conclusione di qualsiasi contratto di acquisto di una vacanza. Le condizioni sono disponibili su richiesta scritta presso l'ufficio della struttura.
Articolo 2 - Condizioni di prenotazione
2.1 Prezzo e pagamento
Tutti i prezzi sono indicati in euro, IVA inclusa. Si richiama l'attenzione del cliente sul fatto che la tassa di soggiorno non è inclusa nel prezzo.
Richieste di prenotazione di piazzole: Le richieste di prenotazione di piazzole sono nominative e non trasferibili. Il contratto di locazione diventa effettivo solo dopo che la struttura ha accettato e ricevuto la caparra e le spese di gestione.

Le disposizioni legali relative al recesso nelle vendite online non si applicano ai servizi turistici (articolo L.121-20-4 del Code de la consommation francese).

3.1 Arrivi e partenze
Per gli affitti: gli arrivi sono a partire dalle ore 16, le partenze prima delle ore 10, in qualsiasi giorno della settimana.
In campeggio: gli arrivi sono a partire dalle ore 12, le partenze prima delle ore 12, in qualsiasi giorno della settimana.
3.2 Cauzione
All'arrivo verrà richiesta una cauzione di € 200. Questa verrà restituita alla partenza durante gli orari di apertura della reception e dopo l'inventario dello stato dei luoghi. Eventuali danni saranno fatturati e aggiunti al prezzo del soggiorno, così come le spese di pulizia se l'alloggio non è perfettamente pulito al momento della partenza. Se non è possibile essere presenti all'inventario, la cauzione sarà rispedita per posta.
3.3 Partenze
Qualsiasi restituzione delle chiavi dopo le ore 10 o rilascio della piazzola dopo le ore 12 comporterà la fatturazione di una notte supplementare. Qualsiasi proroga del soggiorno deve essere richiesta almeno 24 ore prima della data di partenza prevista.
3.4 Regolamento interno
Conformemente alla legge in vigore, il cliente si impegna a sottoscrivere il regolamento interno, depositato in Prefettura, disponibile presso la reception e fornito su richiesta.

La struttura non è responsabile per eventuali danni all'attrezzatura del vacanziere. I vacanzieri devono aver sottoscritto un'assicurazione di responsabilità civile per la propria attrezzatura (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC, ecc.).

2.1 Price and payment
All prices are given in Euros, including VAT. The client's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is not included in the price.
Camping pitches booking requests: Pitches booking requests are nominative and nontransferable. The lease is only effective after the establishment agreed and has received the deposit and the administration fees.

Any return of key after 10h or release of the site after 12 pm entails the invoicing of an additional night. Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
