Da migliorare: normes de sécurité électriques à revoir... surtout avec des ados et adultes qui branchent des téléphones, ordinateurs ou autres en permanence à notre époque! nous étions 8 adultes et un enfant, mais les mobils homes comportent chacun 2 chambres seulement: une avec un lit double, et une autre avec deux lits superposés et un autre petit lit (3 lits dans une toute petite pièce), inadaptés pour les adultes! il manque aussi un grille pain et un presse purée (surtout quand on vient avec un petit enfant). des moisissures dans la douche. pas de maître nageur pour surveiller la baignade

Prenotazione
La prenotazione è effettiva solo dopo il ricevimento di un acconto del 30% del prezzo del soggiorno + spese di gestione.
I pagamenti effettuati dal Cliente saranno considerati definitivi solo dopo l'effettivo incasso delle somme dovute da parte del Prestatore.
Non sarà oggetto di alcun rimborso da parte del Prestatore in caso di annullamento del soggiorno da parte del Cliente.
Pagamento del soggiorno
Il saldo del soggiorno deve essere pagato integralmente 30 giorni prima della data di arrivo. Senza pagamento alla data prevista, il soggiorno potrà essere annullato e riaffittato dal campeggio.
Arrivo partenza
Piazzola campeggio in luglio-agosto: Orario di arrivo dalle ore 13:30, Orario di partenza prima delle ore 12:00.
Alloggio: In luglio-agosto orario di arrivo dalle 15:00 alle 18:30, il sabato fino alle 19:30,
Orario di partenza dalle 8:00 alle 10:00.
Fuori luglio agosto su appuntamento, orario di arrivo tra le 13:00 e le 17:00

Prima di ogni partenza, dovrete fissare un appuntamento in reception per effettuare un inventario (48 ore prima della partenza). L'inventario sarà effettuato solo il giorno di partenza previsto.
Arrivo in ritardo, partenza anticipata
Nessuna riduzione sarà concessa in caso di arrivo in ritardo, partenza anticipata o cambiamento del numero di persone

Veicoli elettrici
Per motivi di sicurezza, è severamente vietato ricaricare un veicolo elettrico o ibrido sulle piazzole o negli alloggi in affitto.
Le stazioni di ricarica sono disponibili nel parcheggio all'ingresso del campeggio.
Deposito cauzionale (Solo con carta di credito)
Per gli affitti di alloggi, è richiesto al Cliente, il giorno della consegna delle chiavi, un deposito cauzionale di 350 € (di cui 90 € destinati alla pulizia), che gli sarà restituito, o di persona il giorno della fine dell'affitto, salvo eventuale deduzione delle spese di riparazione, oppure per posta o e-mail (in particolare nell'ambito di una partenza anticipata rispetto agli orari indicati nell'articolo) entro un termine massimo di 10 giorni, salvo eventuale deduzione delle spese di riparazione. Questa garanzia non costituisce un limite di responsabilità.
L'inquilino è responsabile dell'inventario del proprio alloggio se non ha presentato alcun reclamo all'ufficio reception entro 24 ore dal suo arrivo.

Circolazione e chiusura della barriera
La velocità è limitata a 10 km/h. Il parcheggio è vietato sulle strade e sulle vie di accesso. È consentito un solo veicolo per piazzola. I veicoli devono OBBLIGATORIAMENTE
essere parcheggiati sulla parcella o nei parcheggi assegnati al vostro arrivo. Non parcheggiate MAI il vostro veicolo sulla piazzola del vostro vicino anche se sembra libera: i campeggiatori potrebbero arrivare in qualsiasi momento. Le barriere sono chiuse dalle 23:00 di sera alle 7:30. Allo stesso modo, le persone che soggiornano nel campeggio non devono utilizzare il proprio veicolo per andare al bar o in un altro luogo. Solo i veicoli del campeggio o del personale dei servizi di emergenza (pompieri, ambulanze, servizi medici) sono autorizzati a circolare in caso di necessità. Le famiglie o i campeggiatori che rientrano al campeggio dopo le 23:00 devono raggiungere la propria piazzola o alloggio nel modo più discreto possibile per non disturbare il sonno dei vacanzieri. Quando un vacanziere disturba o causa fastidio ad altri residenti, il suo soggiorno potrà essere immediatamente interrotto e senza indennizzo.
Regolamento dell'area acquatica
Questa è strettamente riservata ai campeggiatori e durante gli orari di apertura: dalle 10:00 alle 20:00. È obbligatorio passare per il vasca lavapiedi e la doccia prima di entrare in piscina. È severamente vietato fumare, mangiare, correre, saltare, tuffarsi o entrare nell'area acquatica con le scarpe. Animali, materassini gonfiabili, barche, palloni e ombrelloni sono severamente vietati. Prima di entrare in piscina, dovete leggere il cartello informativo. È VIETATO fare il bagno con la maglietta (salvo previo accordo della direzione). L'uso di pantaloncini da bagno è severamente vietato in piscina.
Qualsiasi mancata osservanza delle istruzioni comporterà l'espulsione immediata dall'area acquatica.
Visitatori
I visitatori sono autorizzati nel rispetto rigoroso del regolamento interno e sotto la responsabilità dei residenti che li ricevono. Devono presentarsi alla reception del campeggio al loro arrivo per pagare la propria quota. Le visite si effettuano a piedi, con parcheggio disponibile all'esterno del campeggio. Nessun veicolo diverso da quello dei residenti deve entrare nel campeggio.
Bambini
Sono posti sotto la custodia esclusiva dei loro genitori, che ne sono responsabili penalmente e civilmente, in particolare quando utilizzano i giochi messi a loro disposizione.
Animali
Sono accettati nelle piazzole e in alcuni alloggi in affitto, su presentazione del libretto di vaccinazione. Devono essere tatuati. Devono essere non aggressivi e devono essere tenuti al guinzaglio. Le deiezioni devono essere rimosse dai loro proprietari. Non devono in nessun caso essere lasciati soli in auto, caravan, tende, alloggi in affitto o su una piazzola, legati a un albero. I cani suscettibili di essere pericolosi (categorie 1 e 2) sono rifiutati.
Varie
L'uso di apparecchi sonori non deve essere udibile oltre il perimetro di ciascuna piazzola; è obbligatorio che ognuno rispetti il diritto al riposo dei propri vicini.
Il cliente si impegna a rispettare e a far rispettare dalle persone che occupano la piazzola il regolamento interno del campeggio.
Diritti d'immagine
Durante il vostro soggiorno nel nostro campeggio, potrete essere fotografati o filmati per la progettazione e la realizzazione delle nostre brochure pubblicitarie, salvo che comunichiate la vostra opposizione per scritto alla reception al vostro arrivo.
Mediazione
In caso di controversia e dopo aver contattato il servizio clienti della struttura, ogni cliente del campeggio ha la possibilità di rivolgersi a un mediatore dei consumatori, entro un termine massimo di un anno dalla data del reclamo scritto, tramite lettera raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno, all'operatore. Reservation
The reservation is only effective upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the price of the stay + management fees.
Payments made by the Client will only be considered final after actual collection of the sums due by the Service Provider.
It will not be subject to any reimbursement by the Service Provider in the event of cancellation of the stay by the Client.
Payment for the stay
The balance of the stay must be paid in full 30 days before the arrival date. Without payment on the scheduled date, the stay may be canceled and re-let by the campsite.
Arrival departure
Camping pitch in July-August: Arrival time from 1:30 p.m., Departure time before 12:00 p.m.
Accommodation: In July-August Arrival time from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Saturdays,
Departure time from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Before any departure, you will need to make an appointment at reception to take an inventory (48 hours before departure). The inventory will only be carried out on the planned departure day.
Delayed arrival, early departure

Electric Vehicles
For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to recharge an electric or hybrid vehicle on campsites or rentals.
Charging stations are available in the car park at the entrance to the campsite.
Security deposit (Only in CB)
For accommodation rentals, a security deposit of €350 (including €90 allocated to cleanliness) is required from the Customer on the day the keys are handed over and will be returned to them, either in person on the day the rental ends, subject to possible deduction of repair costs, either by mail or email (in particular in the context of a departure prior to the times mentioned in the article) within a period not exceeding 10 days, subject to possible deduction of repair costs. This guarantee does not constitute a limit of liability.
The tenant is responsible for the inventory of his accommodation if he has not filed any complaint with the reception office within 24 hours of his arrival.

Traffic and barrier locking
Speed is limited to 10 km/h. Parking is prohibited on roads and access roads. Only one vehicle is allowed per location. Vehicles must be IMPERATIVELY
parked on the plot or in the parking lots allocated upon your arrival. NEVER park your vehicle on your neighbor's site even if it appears unoccupied: campers could arrive at any time. The barriers are locked from 11:00 p.m. in the evening until 7:30 a.m. Likewise, people staying on the campsite must not use their vehicle to go to the bar or other location. The only vehicles authorized to circulate in case of need are those of the campsite or emergency services personnel (fire brigade, ambulances, medical services). Families or campers returning to the campsite after 11:00 p.m. must return to their pitch or rental as discreetly as possible so as not to disturb vacationers' sleep. When a vacationer disturbs or causes nuisance to other residents, their stay may be terminated immediately and without compensation.
Aquatic area regulations
This is strictly reserved for campers and during opening hours: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. It is obligatory to go into the footbath and shower before entering the pool. It is strictly forbidden to smoke, eat, run, jump, dive or enter the aquatic area with your shoes on. Animals, air mattresses, boats, balls and parasols are strictly prohibited. Before entering the swimming pool, you must read the notice board. IT IS FORBIDDEN to swim with a t-shirt (unless prior agreement is obtained from management). Wearing swimming shorts is strictly prohibited in the swimming pool.
Any failure to follow the instructions will result in immediate expulsion from the aquatic area.
Visitors
Visitors are authorized within the framework of strict compliance with the internal regulations and under the responsibility of the residents who receive them. They must report to the campsite reception upon arrival to pay their fee. Visits are done on foot, with parking available outside the campsite. No vehicle other than that of residents must enter the campsite.
Children
They are placed under the exclusive custody of their parents who are criminally and civilly responsible, particularly when they use the games made available to them.
Animals
They are accepted in campsites and in some rental properties, upon presentation of the vaccination card. They must be tattooed. They must be non-aggressive and must be kept on a leash. The defilements must be removed by their masters. Under no circumstances should they be left alone in cars, caravans, tents, rentals or on a pitch, tied to a tree. Dogs likely to be dangerous (categories 1 and 2) are refused.
Miscellaneous
The use of sound devices must not be heard beyond the perimeter of each location; it is obligatory that everyone respects the right to rest of their neighbors.
The customer undertakes to respect and ensure that the people occupying the pitch respect the internal regulations of the campsite.
Image rights
During your stay on our campsite, you may be photographed or filmed for the design and production of our advertising brochures, unless you notify your opposition in writing to reception upon your arrival.
Mediation
In the event of a dispute and after contacting the establishment's customer service, any campsite customer has the possibility of contacting a consumer mediator, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, by LRAR, to the operator.
