Aspetti positivi: Accueil au top ! Les emplacements sont très grands, bien délimités. On s'y sent bien ! La totalité du personnel est sympathique et très polie. Les sanitaires sont nickels et on s'aperçoit que le nettoyage y est fait très régulièrement.

Per poter beneficiare dei servizi proposti dal Campeggio L'Etang Sites et Paysages, vi chiediamo di leggere attentamente le condizioni generali qui di seguito. Queste condizioni regolano la vendita di soggiorni ed entrano in vigore dal momento in cui viene effettuata la prenotazione. Effettuando una prenotazione, l'ospite accetta di rispettare integralmente le nostre condizioni generali.
1. CONDIZIONI DI PRENOTAZIONE E PAGAMENTO
La prenotazione diventa effettiva al ricevimento dell'acconto e sia al ricevimento del preventivo di prenotazione firmato, sia con l'accettazione delle condizioni generali di vendita al momento della prenotazione online.
Per le prenotazioni effettuate più di 30 giorni prima dell'arrivo: la restituzione del preventivo firmato accompagnato da un acconto entro i 15 giorni successivi alla prenotazione.
Per le prenotazioni effettuate meno di 30 giorni prima della data di arrivo, il pagamento integrale deve essere effettuato al momento della prenotazione, dopo il ricevimento di una conferma dai nostri servizi.
Il saldo deve essere pagato 30 giorni prima della data di arrivo o al momento dell'arrivo se si arriva durante gli orari di apertura della reception.
La prenotazione di piazzole o alloggi in affitto è effettuata a titolo strettamente personale. In nessun caso l'ospite può subaffittare o cedere la propria prenotazione senza il previo consenso del campeggio.
I minori devono essere accompagnati dai genitori o dai tutori legali.
PIAZZOLE
Il pacchetto base comprende la piazzola per tenda, caravan o camper per una o due persone, l'accesso ai servizi sanitari e alle strutture residenziali. Massimo 6 persone per piazzola.
AFFITTO
L'alloggio in affitto è completamente equipaggiato. Il pacchetto base varia da 2 a 8 posti, a seconda del tipo di alloggio.
Il campeggio si riserva il diritto di rifiutare l'accesso al campeggio a gruppi o famiglie il cui numero superi la capacità dell'alloggio affittato.
2. PREZZI E TASSA DI SOGGIORNO
I prezzi indicati sono validi per la stagione in corso, IVA inclusa.
La tassa di soggiorno è di 0,40€ per notte e per adulto per gli affitti nel campeggio e 1€ per i gîtes, secondo il comune.
3. IL VOSTRO SOGGIORNO
ARRIVO
Alloggio in affitto: il giorno del vostro arrivo, potete effettuare il check-in dalle ore 16, e vi sarà richiesto di versare una cauzione (300€ per gli affitti nel campeggio e 1000€ per i gîtes) alla consegna delle chiavi del vostro alloggio. All'arrivo, sarà stabilito un orario di partenza.
Le piazzole sono disponibili dalle ore 12.
Se non potete arrivare durante gli orari di apertura, vi preghiamo di informare il campeggio quanto prima possibile.
DURANTE IL VOSTRO SOGGIORNO
Spetta ai campeggiatori assicurarsi di avere una coperture assicurativa: i campeggiatori sono responsabili della custodia dei propri effetti personali (biciclette ecc.). Il campeggio non potrà in nessun caso essere ritenuto responsabile in caso di incidente riguardante la responsabilità civile dei campeggiatori. Tutti i visitatori devono conformarsi alle disposizioni del regolamento interno. Ogni locatario nominato è responsabile dei disturbi e delle molestie causate da persone che soggiornano con lui o che lo visitano.
PARTENZA
Alloggio in affitto: il giorno della partenza specificato nella conferma di prenotazione, l'alloggio in affitto deve essere liberato entro le ore 10 al massimo. Il check-out sarà effettuato secondo l'orario stabilito all'arrivo.
L'alloggio dovrà essere lasciato perfettamente pulito e l'inventario potrà essere verificato. Qualsiasi rottura o danno sarà a carico dell'ospite, insieme a eventuali riparazioni ai locali, se necessario. Alla fine del soggiorno, la cauzione sarà rimborsata dopo deduzione del risarcimento trattenuto, su presentazione delle fatture giustificative, per eventuali danni constatati durante l'inventario di partenza. La ritenzione della cauzione non esclude un risarcimento aggiuntivo nel caso in cui le spese siano superiori all'importo della cauzione.
Nel caso in cui l'alloggio non sia stato pulito prima della partenza, sarà fatturato un costo fisso di pulizia di almeno €70 tasse incluse.
Le piazzole devono essere liberate entro le ore 12, pulite e libere da qualsiasi effetto personale.
Per qualsiasi partenza ritardata, potrà essere addebitata una giornata supplementare al prezzo applicabile per quella notte.
4. ANIMALI DOMESTICI
Gli animali domestici sono ammessi al Campeggio de l'Etang (eccetto i cani appartenenti alla 1a e 2a categoria francese), con pagamento richiesto al momento della prenotazione. Quando ammessi, devono essere tenuti al guinzaglio in ogni momento. Vi è un campo vicino al campeggio dove gli animali possono stare senza guinzaglio. Sono vietati nelle zone piscina, nei negozi alimentari e negli edifici. I certificati di vaccinazione di cani e gatti devono essere aggiornati.
5. ANNULLAMENTO E MODIFICHE
MODIFICHE ALLA PRENOTAZIONE
I clienti possono richiedere la modifica dei soggiorni (date e/o tipi di alloggio) scrivendo al campeggio (per posta o e-mail), soggetta a disponibilità e opzioni. I rinvii alla stagione successiva non sono ammessi. Se non vengono apportate modifiche, i clienti devono trascorrere il soggiorno come inizialmente concordato al momento della prenotazione, o annullarlo secondo le condizioni relative all'assicurazione di annullamento.
Le richieste di prolungamento della durata del soggiorno saranno gestite in base alla disponibilità e ai prezzi applicabili.
Le richieste di riduzione della durata del soggiorno sono considerate annullamenti parziali e saranno soggette alle condizioni applicabili in materia di annullamento e cessazione dei soggiorni.
Servizi non utilizzati
Qualsiasi soggiorno interrotto o abbreviato (arrivo tardivo, partenza anticipata) da parte dell'ospite non darà diritto ad alcun rimborso.
ANNULLAMENTO DA PARTE DEL CAMPEGGIO SITES ET PAYSAGES DE L'ETANG
In caso di annullamento da parte del Campeggio Sites et Paysages de l'Etang, salvo in caso di forza maggiore, il soggiorno sarà rimborsato integralmente.
ANNULLAMENTO DA PARTE DEL CAMPEGGIATORE
Le spese di annullamento possono essere coperte dalla polizza di annullamento disponibile presso il campeggio (denominata Campez Couvert). Nessun rimborso sarà effettuato senza la sottoscrizione di questa polizza o senza assicurazione di annullamento.
ANNULLAMENTO SENZA GARANZIA DI ANNULLAMENTO CAMPEZ COUVERT
Qualsiasi annullamento deve essere notificato quanto prima possibile. In caso contrario, al cliente sarà richiesto il pagamento di tutte le somme dovute in base al contratto.
Se l'annullamento avviene più di 30 giorni prima dell'arrivo, l'acconto già versato non sarà rimborsato. Esso corrisponderà alle spese di annullamento.
Se l'annullamento avviene meno di 30 giorni prima dell'arrivo o in caso di mancata presentazione al campeggio: l'importo totale del soggiorno dovrà essere pagato e trattenuto.
Il Campeggio Sites et Paysages de L'étang ricorda che, in virtù delle disposizioni dell'Articolo L. 121-20-4 del Codice del Consumo francese, le disposizioni dell'Articolo L 121-20 che prevedono un periodo di recesso di 7 (sette) giorni dall'accettazione di un'offerta di servizi, non sono applicabili ai contratti aventi per oggetto la fornitura di servizi di alloggio, da fornire in una data determinata o secondo una periodicità determinata. Il cliente non ha pertanto alcun diritto di recesso ai sensi del presente contratto.
In assenza di un messaggio del cliente che precisi il rinvio della data di arrivo, la piazzola o l'alloggio diventano disponibili 12 ore dopo l'arrivo indicato nel contratto di locazione, e sarà richiesto il pagamento integrale dei servizi.
ANNULLAMENTO CON GARANZIA DI ANNULLAMENTO CAMPEZ COUVERT
Il Campeggio Sites et Paysages de L'Etang offre un'assicurazione facoltativa di Annullamento e Interruzione.
L'assicurazione di annullamento non è obbligatoria ma deve essere acquistata al momento della prenotazione.
Il nostro partner Gritchen Affinity rimborserà in tutto o in parte il soggiorno solo ai clienti che hanno acquistato l'assicurazione Campez Couvert. In caso di annullamento, si prega di notificare al campeggio l'annullamento non appena si verifica un evento che impedisce la partenza, per lettera o per e-mail. Se il sinistro è coperto dalle condizioni generali di annullamento (allegate), si prega di notificare l'assicuratore entro 48 ore e fornire tutte le informazioni e i documenti giustificativi necessari.
6. MEDIAZIONE
In caso di controversia con il Campeggio Sites et Paysages de l'Etang, è possibile contattarci nel seguente modo:
-Inviare una lettera raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno al gestore.

7. DIRITTI DI RIPRODUZIONE DELL'IMMAGINE
L'ospite autorizza il Campeggio Sites et Paysages de l'Etang, così come qualsiasi persona scelta dal Campeggio Sites et Paysages de l'Etang, a fotografarlo, registrarlo o filmarlo durante il soggiorno al Campeggio Sites et Paysages de l'Etang e a utilizzare le immagini, i suoni, i video e le registrazioni risultanti su qualsiasi supporto (in particolare sul sito web e sulla pagina web del Campeggio Sites et Paysages de l'Etang, incluso Facebook, sui mezzi di informazione e promozione del Campeggio Sites et Paysages de l'Etang e su guide di viaggio e turismo). Questa autorizzazione si applica sia all'ospite che alle persone che soggiornano con lui. Il solo scopo di ciò è promuovere e informare sul Campeggio Sites et Paysages de l'Etang, e non potrà in alcun caso danneggiare la reputazione dell'ospite. Questa autorizzazione è concessa gratuitamente per tutti i paesi e per un periodo di 5 anni.

Queste condizioni regolano la vendita di soggiorni ed entrano in vigore dal momento in cui viene effettuata la prenotazione. CONDIZIONI DI PRENOTAZIONE E PAGAMENTO
La prenotazione diventa effettiva al ricevimento dell'acconto e sia al ricevimento del preventivo di prenotazione firmato, sia con l'accettazione delle condizioni generali di vendita al momento della prenotazione online.
E al ricevimento di una copia del contratto, datata e firmata con la formula "Lu et approuvé" (letto e approvato)
- Per le prenotazioni effettuate più di 30 giorni prima dell'arrivo: la restituzione del preventivo firmato accompagnato da un acconto entro i 15 giorni successivi alla prenotazione.
- Per le prenotazioni effettuate meno di 30 giorni prima della data di arrivo, il pagamento integrale deve essere effettuato al momento della prenotazione, dopo il ricevimento di una conferma dai nostri servizi.
- Il saldo deve essere pagato 30 giorni prima della data di arrivo.
ASSICURAZIONE: Il locatario è obbligato ad assicurare l'immobile per la durata del suo soggiorno. Deve verificare se la sua polizza assicurativa per l'abitazione principale coprе gli affitti per le vacanze. In caso contrario, dovrà adottare le misure necessarie per garantire che l'immobile sia correttamente assicurato durante la sua visita.
Sarà richiesto di fornire una conferma scritta della coperture assicurativa prima del soggiorno.
La prenotazione è effettuata a titolo strettamente personale. In nessun caso l'ospite può subaffittare o cedere la propria prenotazione senza il previo consenso del campeggio.
I minori devono essere accompagnati dai genitori o dai tutori legali.
PREZZI E TASSA DI SOGGIORNO
I prezzi indicati sono validi per la stagione in corso, IVA inclusa.
La tassa di soggiorno è di 1€ per notte e per adulto.
IL VOSTRO SOGGIORNO
ARRIVO
I gîtes sono disponibili dalle ore 16. Se non potete arrivare durante gli orari di apertura, vi preghiamo di informare il campeggio quanto prima possibile.
Vi sarà richiesto di lasciare una cauzione di 1000€. La cauzione non potrà in alcun modo essere considerata come parte del prezzo di affitto dell'immobile.
All'arrivo, sarà stabilito un orario di partenza.
Vi preghiamo di informarci, entro le 24 ore successive al vostro arrivo, in caso di mobili mancanti rispetto all'inventario.
DURANTE IL VOSTRO SOGGIORNO
Spetta ai campeggiatori assicurarsi di avere una coperture assicurativa: il locatario è responsabile della custodia dei propri effetti personali (biciclette ecc.). Il campeggio non potrà in nessun caso essere ritenuto responsabile in caso di incidente riguardante la responsabilità civile dei campeggiatori. Tutti i visitatori devono conformarsi alle disposizioni del regolamento interno. Ogni locatario nominato è responsabile dei disturbi e delle molestie causate da persone che soggiornano con lui o che lo visitano.
I gîtes sono legalmente concepiti per un massimo di 10 persone. È rigorosamente vietato (eccetto per i bambini di età inferiore a 2 anni) superare questa capacità.
PARTENZA
I gîtes devono essere liberati entro le ore 10 al massimo. Il check-out sarà effettuato secondo l'orario stabilito all'arrivo.
L'alloggio dovrà essere lasciato perfettamente pulito e l'inventario potrà essere verificato. Qualsiasi rottura o danno sarà a carico dell'ospite, insieme a eventuali riparazioni ai locali, se necessario. Alla fine del soggiorno, la cauzione sarà rimborsata dopo deduzione del risarcimento trattenuto, su presentazione delle fatture giustificative, per eventuali danni constatati durante l'inventario di partenza. La ritenzione della cauzione non esclude un risarcimento aggiuntivo nel caso in cui le spese siano superiori all'importo della cauzione.
Nel caso in cui l'alloggio non sia stato pulito prima della partenza, sarà fatturato un costo fisso di pulizia di almeno €120 tasse incluse.
Per qualsiasi partenza ritardata, potrà essere addebitata una giornata supplementare al prezzo applicabile per quella notte.
ANIMALI DOMESTICI
Gli animali domestici non sono ammessi nei gîtes de l'Etang.
ANNULLAMENTO E MODIFICHE
MODIFICHE ALLA PRENOTAZIONE
I clienti possono richiedere la modifica dei soggiorni (date e/o tipi di alloggio) scrivendo al campeggio (per posta o e-mail), soggetta a disponibilità e opzioni. I rinvii alla stagione successiva non sono ammessi. Se non vengono apportate modifiche, i clienti devono trascorrere il soggiorno come inizialmente concordato al momento della prenotazione, o annullarlo secondo le condizioni relative all'assicurazione di annullamento.
Le richieste di prolungamento della durata del soggiorno saranno gestite in base alla disponibilità e ai prezzi applicabili.
Le richieste di riduzione della durata del soggiorno sono considerate annullamenti parziali e saranno soggette alle condizioni applicabili in materia di annullamento e cessazione dei soggiorni.
Servizi non utilizzati: Qualsiasi soggiorno interrotto o abbreviato (arrivo tardivo, partenza anticipata) da parte dell'ospite non darà diritto ad alcun rimborso.
ANNULLAMENTO DA PARTE DEL DOMAINE DE L'ETANG
In caso di annullamento da parte del Campeggio Sites et Paysages de l'Etang, salvo in caso di forza maggiore, il soggiorno sarà rimborsato integralmente.
ANNULLAMENTO DA PARTE DEL CAMPEGGIATORE
Le spese di annullamento possono essere coperte dalla polizza di annullamento disponibile presso il campeggio (denominata Campez Couvert). Nessun rimborso sarà effettuato senza la sottoscrizione di questa polizza o senza assicurazione di annullamento.
Annullamento senza garanzia di annullamento Campez couvert
Qualsiasi annullamento deve essere notificato quanto prima possibile. In caso contrario, al cliente sarà richiesto il pagamento di tutte le somme dovute in base al contratto.
Se l'annullamento avviene più di 30 giorni prima dell'arrivo, l'acconto già versato non sarà rimborsato. Esso corrisponderà alle spese di annullamento.
Se l'annullamento avviene meno di 30 giorni prima dell'arrivo o in caso di mancata presentazione al campeggio: l'importo totale del soggiorno dovrà essere pagato e trattenuto.
Il Campeggio Sites et Paysages de L'étang ricorda che, in virtù delle disposizioni dell'Articolo L. 121-20-4 del Codice del Consumo francese, le disposizioni dell'Articolo L 121-20 che prevedono un periodo di recesso di 7 (sette) giorni dall'accettazione di un'offerta di servizi, non sono applicabili ai contratti aventi per oggetto la fornitura di servizi di alloggio, da fornire in una data determinata o secondo una periodicità determinata. Il cliente non ha pertanto alcun diritto di recesso ai sensi del presente contratto.
In assenza di un messaggio del cliente che precisi il rinvio della data di arrivo, la piazzola o l'alloggio diventano disponibili 12 ore dopo l'arrivo indicato nel contratto di locazione, e sarà richiesto il pagamento integrale dei servizi.
Annullamento con garanzia di annullamento Campez Couvert
Il Campeggio Sites et Paysages de L'Etang offre un'assicurazione facoltativa di Annullamento e Interruzione.
L'assicurazione di annullamento non è obbligatoria ma deve essere acquistata al momento della prenotazione.
Il nostro partner Gritchen Affinity rimborserà in tutto o in parte il soggiorno solo ai clienti che hanno acquistato l'assicurazione Campez Couvert. In caso di annullamento, si prega di notificare al campeggio l'annullamento non appena si verifica un evento che impedisce la partenza, per lettera o per e-mail. Se il sinistro è coperto dalle condizioni generali di annullamento (allegate), si prega di notificare l'assicuratore entro 48 ore e fornire tutte le informazioni e i documenti giustificativi necessari.

L'ospite autorizza il Campeggio Sites et Paysages de l'Etang, così come qualsiasi persona scelta dal Campeggio Sites et Paysages de l'Etang, a fotografarlo, registrarlo o filmarlo durante il soggiorno al Campeggio Sites et Paysages de l'Etang e a utilizzare le immagini, i suoni, i video e le registrazioni risultanti su qualsiasi supporto (in particolare sul sito web e sulla pagina web del Campeggio Sites et Paysages de l'Etang, incluso Facebook, sui mezzi di informazione e promozione del Campeggio Sites et Paysages de l'Etang e su guide di viaggio e turismo). Questa autorizzazione si applica sia all'ospite che alle persone che soggiornano con lui. Il solo scopo di ciò è promuovere e informare sul Campeggio Sites et Paysages de l'Etang, e non potrà in alcun caso danneggiare la reputazione dell'ospite. Questa autorizzazione è concessa gratuitamente per tutti i paesi e per un periodo di 5 anni.
GENERAL TERM AND CONDITIONS (GTC) - Campsite ( Accomodations and pitches)
In order to be able to profit from the services suggested by the Campsite L'Etang Sites et Paysages, we ask you to read attentively the general conditions hereafter. These conditions govern the sales of holidays and take effect from the moment your booking is placed. By booking a holiday, you agree to fully comply with our general conditions.
1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of the deposit and either upon receipt of the booking quote signed, or upon your agreeing to the general conditions of sale when booking online.
For bookings made more than 30 days before arrival: the return of the signed quote accompanied by a deposit in the 15 days which follow the reservation.
For bookings made less than 30 days before date of arrival, the full payment must be made at the time of booking, and after reception of a confirmation by our services.
The balance must be paid 30 days before date of arrival or at your arrival if you arrived during the opening times of the reception.
Booking of camping pitches or rented accommodation is made strictly on a personal basis. Under no circumstances may you sub-let or transfer your reservation without the prior consent of the campsite.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
CAMPING PITCHES
The basic package includes the pitch for the tent, caravan or camper van for one or two people, access to the toilet blocks and to the residential facilities. Up to 6 people maximum on a pitch.
RENTING
The rental accommodation is fully equipped. The basic package ranges from 2 to 8 places, depending on the type of accommodation.
The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite to groups or families whose number exceeds the capacity of the accommodation rented.
2. PRICES AND STAY TAXES
Prices shown are effective for the current season, VAT included.
The tourist tax is 0.40€ per night per adult for rentals into the campsite and 1€ for the gîtes according to the local council
3. YOUR STAY
ARRIVAL
Rental accommodation: on the day of your arrival, you may check in from 4 p.m., and you will be required to pay a deposit (300€ for the rentals into the campsite and 1000€ for the gîtes) on being handed the keys to your accommodation. At the arrival, a check out time will be set.
Pitches are available from 12.
If you can not arrive during the opening times, please let the campsite know as soon as possible.
DURING YOUR STAY
It is up to campers to ensure they have insurance cover: campers are responsible for looking after their personal belongings (bicycles etc.). The campsite shall in no event be held liable in case of an incident involving campers' civil liability. All visitors must comply with the provisions of the internal regulations. Each named tenant is responsible for disturbances and nuisance caused by persons staying with or visiting them.
DEPARTURE
Rental accommodation: on the day of departure specified in your booking confirmation, the rental accommodation must be vacated untom 10 a.m. maximum. The checkout will be made according to the time set at your arrival.
The accommodation shall be left perfectly clean and the inventory may be checked. Any breakage or damage shall be payable by you along with any repairs to the premises, if that should prove necessary. At the end of your stay, the deposit shall be refunded to you after deduction of compensation retained, on production of the supporting invoices, against possible damage ascertained during the departure inventory. The retention of the deposit does not preclude additional compensation in the event of the expenses being greater than the amount of the deposit.
in the event of the accommodation not having been cleaned before your departure, a fixed cleaning charge of at least €70 including taxes shall be invoiced to you.
Pitches must be vacated by 12 pm, cleaned and free from any personnal belongings.
For any delayed departure, you may be charged for an additional day at the price applicable for that night.
4. PETS
Pets are permitted in the Campsite de l'Etang (except dogs which are listed in France's 1st and 2nd categories), with payment required when the booking is made. When admitted, they must be kept on a lead at all times. There is a field near the campsite where the animals can be without a lead. They are prohibited from swimming pool areas, in food shops and in buildings. Dogs' and cats' vaccination certificates must be up-to-date.
5. CANCELLATION AND ALTERATIONS
BOOKING ALTERATIONS
Customers may request for stays to be altered (dates and/or types of accommodation) by writing to the campsite (by post or email) subject to availability and options. Postponements until the following season are not permitted. If no alterations are made, customers must spend their holidays as they were agreed when initially booked, or cancel them in line with the conditions pertaining to the cancellation insurance.
Requests to extend the duration of stays will be dealt with subject to availability and in line with applicable prices.
Requests to reduce the duration of stays are deemed to be partial cancellations and will be subject to the terms and conditions which apply to cancellation and termination of stays.
Unused facilities
Any stay that is interrupted or cut short (late arrival, early departure) by you shall not give rise to any reimbursement.
CANCELLATION BY CAMPSITE SITES ET PAYSAGES DE L'ETANG
In the event of cancellation by Campsite Sites et Paysages de l'Etang, except in the case of force majeure, the stay will be reimbursed in full.
CANCELLATION DUE TO CAMPER
Cancellation fees may be covered by the cancellation policy available from the campsite (named Campez Couvert). No refunds will be made without subscription to this policy or without cancellation insurance.
CANCELLATION WITHOUT CANCELLATION GUARANTEE CAMPEZ COUVERT
All cancellations must be notified as soon as possible. Otherwise, the customer will be required the payment of all sums due under the contract.
If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival the deposit already paid will not be refunded. It will correspond to cancellation fees.
If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before arrival or in the event of nonpresentation on the camp-site: the total amount of the stay must to be paid and conserved
The Campsite Sites et Paysages de L'étang reminds you that under the provisions of Article L. 121-20-4 of the french Consumer Code, the provisions of Article L 121-20 providing for a withdrawal period of 7 (seven) days from acceptance of an offer of services, are not applicable to contracts having for object the provision of hosting service, who to be provided on a date or according a determinated periodicity. The customer therefore has no right of withdrawal under this contract.
In the absence of the customer message, specifying that he is deferring his date of arrival, the location or accommodation become available 12 hours after the arrival indicated in the rental contract, and full payment of services will be required.
CANCELLATION WITH CANCELLATION GUARANTEE CAMPEZ COUVERT
The campsite Sites et Paysages de L'Etang offers you optional Cancellation and Interruption insurance.
The cancellation insurance is not mandatory but must be purchased at time of booking.
Our partner Gritchen Affinity will refund all or part of the stay only to customers that have purchased Campez Couvert insurance. In case of cancellation, please notify the campsite of your cancellation as soon as an event occurs that prevents your departure, by letter or by email. If the claim is covered in the cancellation general conditions (attached), please notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all the necessary information and supporting documents.
6. MEDIATION
In the event of a dispute with Campsite Sites et Paysages de l'Etang, you may contact us in the following way:
-Send a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the manager.

7. IMAGE REPRODUCTION RIGHTS
You give permission to Campsite Sites et Paysages de l'Etang, as well as to any person chosen by Campsite Sites et Paysages de l'Etang, to take photographs of you, to record you or to film you during your stay with Campsite Sites et Paysages de l'Etang and to use the resulting images, sounds, videos and recordings using any media (especially on Campsite Sites et Paysages de l'Etang website and web page, including Facebook, on Campsite Sites et Paysages de l'Etang information and promotion media and on travel and tourism guides). This permission applies for you as well as for people staying with you. The sole purpose of this is to promote and to provide information about Campsite Sites et Paysages de l'Etang. and may in no event damage your reputation. This permission is provided free of charge for all countries and for a period of 5 years.

INSURANCE: The tenant is obliged to insure the property for the duration of his stay. He must check whether his main home insurance policy covers holiday rentals. If it does not, he must take whatever measures necessary to ensure that the property is correctly insured during his visit.
It will be ask to provide a written confirmation of insurance cover before the stay.
Booking is made strictly on a personal basis. Under no circumstances may you sub-let or transfer your reservation without the prior consent of the campsite.

YOUR STAY
ARRIVAL
Gîtes are available from 4 p.m. If you can not arrive during the opening times, please let the campsite know as soon as possible.
You will be required to leave a damage deposit of 1000€. The damage deposit can in no way be considered as part of the rental price for the property.
At the arrival, a check out time will be set.
Please let us know, during the 24 hours after your arrival, in case of any missing furniture of the inventory.
DURING YOUR STAY

The gîtes are legally made for 10 people maximum. It is strictly forbidden (except for kids under 2) to exceed this capacity.
