GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS 2023

1. All rentals are by name only and may under no circumstances be transferred or sublet. Information to be provided at the time of booking:
Your surname, first name, address, age, telephone number, the type of accommodation you have chosen, the number of people, the presence of a small dog (only one per accommodation - type York - Bichon - No other animals authorised) - with express authorisation. Vaccinations and microchips (or tattoos) are compulsory, so please bring your dog's passport with you. Under no circumstances will pets be left alone in the accommodation.
Please respect the environment to the letter.
Fixed price: €25 / week ! 1st and 2nd category dogs are not accepted.
2. Length of stay :
• From 24/06 to 26/08: 7 days minimum. Hours / Arrival on Saturday from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm; Departure on the following Saturday between 7.30 am and 9.30 am at the latest.
• From 28/04 to 24/06: 2-night minimum stay possible.
• From 26/08 to 22/09: 7 days minimum
Arrival and Departure times except July - August: Any day of the week (at your convenience) from 11am to 12.30pm and from 3pm to 7pm / 8pm at the latest. Departure until 11.30am.
3. Rental rates :

The price includes : The consumption of water, gas and electricity (10 Amps - 16 Amps for pitches N°64, 66 and 70) for the number of people stated at the time of booking and parking for one vehicle only. The capacity of the accommodation must be respected: at certain times of the year, even occasional overloads occur on the pitches, which we cannot accept within the campsite's capacity. The number of people on the pitch must correspond to the accommodation's capacity.
Reminder: We only allow one vehicle per pitch, as we MUST limit traffic on the site for everyone's benefit. Second vehicles must be parked outside.
The beach gate gives access to the Boulevard de la Forêt and the beaches. It must not be used to let visitors in without going through reception.
SARL La Pinède reserves the right to refuse additional, unregistered guests if the number of guests exceeds the rental capacity. Access to the swimming pool (open from 01/05 to 18/09 - heated from 15/05 to 15/09) is reserved for campsite guests only, in swimming trunks only (pants and shorts are not permitted, monokinis are not allowed). Access is forbidden to unaccompanied children, and swimming is unsupervised and under the parents' responsibility. TV room, children's entertainment (from 14/07) - Except pétanque competitions with participation.

Television in mobile homes 26 m² - 28/30 m² - 32/35 m² - chalets and studios. Please note that the 21 m² mobile homes do not have TV.

The price does not include: Tourist tax from 01/04 to 30/09 (when the campsite is open); €0.60 per person - subject to changes voted by the Town Council. Application fee of €20.00 for stays of one week or more. Out of season, for stays of one week or more, the booking fee is €9.00 until 08/07/2023.

You are responsible for cleaning your mobile home, chalet or studio, and we would be grateful if you could take the necessary steps before your departure to ensure that the property is left in a clean and tidy condition. Unfortunately, if we find that the property is unhygienic or in a state of neglect, the cleaning charge will be deducted from the deposit and will depend on the structure rented: €50 (21 m²), €60 (26 m²), €80 (28-30 m² and studios) and €90 (30-32 m²/3 bedrooms and 2- and 3-bedroom chalets).

If you choose the cleaning option, this does not exempt you from regular maintenance during your stay. For the respect and safety of our staff, on the day of your departure you will be asked to air the accommodation, empty your rubbish bins, set the fridge to zero and empty it, and disinfect your toilet and bathroom. If we find that your accommodation is unhygienic or unkempt, we will charge double the cleaning fee.

For the departure inventory, please ventilate the accommodation and leave it wide open.

Additional persons (over and above the fixed rate) authorised to stay in the rental accommodation must pay a contribution of €9.50 / person (over 5 years old) / night + tourist tax and €7 / child under 5 years old. Visitors of more than 2 hours (without overnight stay and without access to the swimming pool) are allowed to enter the campsite after presenting themselves at reception and paying the fee of 5 € / adult and 3 € per child (from 3 to 10 years old). ! The total number of people on the pitch must not exceed the capacity of the accommodation, including children. No tent will be allowed on the pitch. Visitors' vehicles must be parked outside the campsite.

Sheet hire (subject to availability - please request at the same time as booking): €17.00 - fitted sheet and duvet cover + pillowcases for 2 people.
/ 9.50 - fitted sheet and duvet cover + pillowcase for 1 person.

WIFI and various services (barbecue - cot and high chair) - All prices include VAT at the applicable rate of 20%.

Rental prices include VAT at the rate of 10% applicable on the day on which they were determined. Any subsequent change in the applicable VAT rate, occurring between the time the rates were determined and the time the holiday was invoiced, will result in a corresponding change in the price including VAT, which the customer accepts unreservedly.

4. Payment :

The booking becomes effective and definitive when the Campsite receives the copy of the contract duly completed and signed, and the deposit representing 30% of the amount of the stay (excluding tourist tax) +.
3.7% cancellation insurance (optional). Payment by bank or post office cheque, credit card, holiday vouchers or bank transfer.

The balance of the stay and the tourist tax are payable 4 weeks before the planned date of arrival; deadline mentioned on the rental contract.

5. Cancellation :
• For any stay cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date, the total amount paid will be retained by the campsite.
• For any stay cancelled within 30 days of arrival, for any reason whatsoever, the full amount of the stay will be due and will be retained by the campsite.
6. Cancellation and interruption insurance :
Only by taking out this insurance (at the time of booking, i.e. when the deposit is paid) can you benefit from reimbursement of the cost of your stay (in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the insurance). This insurance is optional and represents 3.7% of the total cost of the stay (excluding tourist tax).

• In the event of cancellation or interruption of the stay, the Campsite cannot be held responsible; this will not give rise to any reimbursement by the Campsite.

• The insurance premium must be paid in full when booking the holiday and is non-refundable.
• Cancellation and interruption insurance reimburses all sums paid before the arrival of the holiday and the amount of the unused holiday pro rata temporis in the event of early departure (excluding tourist tax).
• In the event of a claim, you must notify the company within 5 days.

Special conditions:
A deposit of €340 per studio, chalet or mobile home will be required on arrival to cover any loss, breakage or damage to equipment. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay or within 15 days, less any costs for cleaning and/or restoring the premises or any missing or damaged equipment, noted by both parties on the day of departure. The tenant is obliged to report any missing items or anomalies on the day of arrival and until midday the following day. An inventory is attached to the contract.
An access badge is given to you at the same time as the rental key. If you lose it, you will be charged €20 each. If you lose the rental key, it will either be replaced or you will be billed for it.
Please note: parasols in certain rental accommodation are for rental use only and must not be taken outside the campsite premises.
Smoking (traditional and electronic cigarettes) is prohibited inside the accommodation, around and in the swimming pool, in the toilets, in the games room and on the playground. of our little ones.
The signatory of the contract must hold civil liability insurance and must provide a holiday insurance certificate when booking. Any changes (late arrival, early departure, more people than specified in the contract, etc.) or cancellations must be made in writing.
The campsite cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage whatsoever, during or following a stay. Similarly, the campsite cannot be held liable for liable for damage caused to or suffered by tenants' vehicles parked or travelling on the campsite premises or in the outdoor car park.
7. Mediation :
