Camping Paradis Domaine de Bellevue invites you to enjoy a holiday focused on peace, friendliness and nature. Set in a green and tranquil environment, just 20 km from the beaches of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, the campsite offers 200 spacious, landscaped and tree-lined pitches, along with two fishing ponds and a mini farm, delighting both children and adults.

You will appreciate the calm atmosphere of the estate and the warm welcome from the Landais family, who are dedicated to making your stay as pleasant as possible. For relaxation and leisure, enjoy a covered and heated swimming pool, as well as a covered and heated children’s paddling pool with a water slide, open from April 4th to September 30th, 2026. For moments of pure relaxation, the ZEN Pool, reserved for adults only, is dedicated to swimming and unwinding, and features massage jets and balneotherapy benches (open from April 4th to September 30th).

As a Camping Paradis campsite, a wide range of family-friendly entertainment is offered from April to mid-September, led by a team trained by the Camping Paradis Academy. A welcome drink is organised during school holidays, providing the perfect opportunity to meet fellow guests and start your holiday in a friendly atmosphere.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the campsite, and our team will be happy to advise you on activities and excursions to help you plan an unforgettable stay.

Important information regarding accommodation: for hygiene reasons, bed linen and blankets are not provided. However, they can be rented on request at reception.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE CAMPING PARADIS DOMAINE DE BELLEVUE
INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all services offered on the website CAMPING DOMAINE DE BELLEVUE or any other means of communication.
The purpose of the website content is to inform clients. Some of the services offered may be subject to change depending on the occupancy rate and/or may only be available on certain dates during the season. Prices are provided for information purposes only and are subject to change and valid only for the current season. The service will be provided at the rate applicable on the date of the order. Prices include all taxes. Any change in the VAT rate will result in a change in the price. In accordance with the Tourism Code, CAMPING DOMAINE DE BELLEVUE reserves the right to make changes to the information on the website or any other means of communication. Major changes will be communicated on the website as erratum.

CONCERNING THE HIRING. The hiring only becomes effective with our agreement and after the payment of 30% for the deposit. We ask 19€ as booking fees for each réservations. You can get a special discount of 70% on booking fees for short stays (from 1 to 3 nights only). The balance owing is to be paid 30 days before arrival. A deposit for mobile home of 300 € for eventual damage + 100 € for final cleaning will be required on arrival and reimbursed on departure or within a week if departure is out of office hours after checking the state of cleanliness. The deposit is to be paid only by cash or by credit card. PLEASE NOTE : 1° The reservation is not transferable, it is forbidden to sub – let, or transfer the right of occupation to any other person. 2° Any change liable to cause an alteration to the sum due must be indicated on arrival. 3° You are obliged to inform the management of any late arrival, in order to hold your reservation. Without any message 24 Hours after the date of arrival written on the contract, the reservation will be deemed cancelled and the total amount outstanding will be required. There will be no reduction for late arrival. CANCELLATION FOR : During the entire stay, under no circumstances can any money be reimbursed. We suggest our guest to subscribe for the insurance cancellation. FLEX insurance is proposed by NEAT Camping. Please check all details on our website download : https://en.vendee-camping-bellevue.com, or ask us to have it by email (campingdebellevue85@orange.fr) 4° One pet is accepted in the mobil homes with an extra cost of 3€/day (Warning : pets are not allowed in the PREMIUM ranges) 5° When taking a site or renting a mobile home it is deemed that the persons have read an agreed to abide by the rules of the campsite. Clause of juridiction : any possible litigation will be within the legal rights of the Magistarte'' Court of Les Sables d'Olonne. EXTRACTS OF THE CAMP RULES * Conditions of entry : All entries and periods of stay on the campsite must be authorised by the reception office staff. Before admission to a pitch the head of family or group must complete the office formalities. *Arrivals : Arrivals are from 2P.M. for a pitch and from 4P.M. for rental accommodation.*Departure : Departure must be before midday for a pitch and 10A.M. for a mobile home, and must be notified a day inadvance ( even if the period of stay has been fixed beforehand). (any delay might bring about extra fees).*Invited people(Occasional Visitors) : Visitors are admited only during the opening hours of the office. In any case, they must presentthemselves at the reception, on their arrival, for the authorization of admission. A fee will be requested, according to thetariff in force. They remain under the entire responsability of their hosts. * Conduct of campers : A reasonable standart ofdress is expected. All pitches and camping equipment should be kept clean and tidy. Pitches should be left clean. Allwashing must be dried on the communal lines or unobtrusively on an individual drying rack. It is stricly forbidden to attachlines to trees posts of fence. * Silence and noise (Silence must be observed between 10P.M. and 8 AM must avoid all noise,games or conversations which might annoy their neighbours. During the day access to the campsite by magnetic code. *Children : Children are always under the responsability of their parents. Parents must keep them under their care, takesmall children to, and supervise them at the toilets and showers and not allow them to play there. They should never beleft alone, especially in the swimming pools. * Games : Parents are legally responsible for their children when they areusing the play equipment. Swimming costume only in the pools (No short, no bermuda, no t-shirt). Shoes must be leftoutside of the beach imperatively – shower obligatory – no ball, no air rings, no other toys authorized in the water. *Safety : Campers are responsible for the safety of their own possessions. Charcoal barbecues are allowed. You can alsorent Gas barbecues on site. Theft : The management is not responsible for articles and money left in the tent or caravan.Illness : No person suffering from an infectious disease is allowed to remain on the site. Swimming pools are not to be usedby anyone with a skin complaint of any kind. The office must be informed if any illness or accident.TAXES AND ECO-PARTICIPATION : for every stay, a local taxe has to be paid on arrival : 0.45€/night/persons over 18(from 1st April to 30th September). To participate of our recycling fees (water, waste water, rubbish...) we ask to pay 0.35€/person/day on arrival as well. In order to promote the campsite, photos can be taken during your stay. In case you do not wish to appear on one of them, thank you to communicate it to us at the reception, on your arrival.Such formalities are necessary to avoid any misunderstanding or confusion.
