1.1 RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• A reservation becomes effective only upon approval by Domaine les Epinettes, after receipt of the deposit and the duly completed and signed reservation contract, and after acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale during the online reservation process.
• The contracting party must be present for the entire duration of the stay.
• The reservation of a campsite or rental unit is strictly personal. Under no circumstances may you sublet, transfer, or assign your reservation without the express prior consent of Domaine les Epinettes. • Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their legal guardian, who is responsible for their care throughout the entire stay.

2. PROPERTY RULES AND REGULATIONS
•These rules are provided for informational purposes only. Within the Property, guests must comply with the guidelines and rules associated with the various services and facilities. Failure to comply may result in denial of access, and Les Epinettes Property shall not be held liable.

2.1 CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION AND STAY

• To be admitted to enter, settle, or stay on the Estate, one must have been authorized by the representative. The representative is obligated to ensure proper conduct and order, as well as compliance with these internal regulations. Staying on the property implies acceptance of the provisions of these rules and a commitment to comply with them. No one may take up residence here.
• Fees are paid at the office. They are calculated based on the number of nights spent and are calculated from noon to noon.
• Any person staying at least one night on the property must first present their identification to the reception desk manager.
• Every camper must have liability insurance.

2.2 DEPARTURE PROCEDURES

2.4 PETS

• With the exception of Category I and II dogs (attack, guard, and defense dogs), pets are allowed on the property. A daily surcharge applies, provided that you have declared this at the time of booking, do not disturb the peace and safety of residents, and respect basic hygiene rules and the integrity of the facilities.
• The animal must always be kept on a leash within the property grounds and must not be left alone in your absence. Its up-to-date vaccination record must be presented at the front desk upon arrival… Pets are not permitted in common-use buildings, the pool areas, or playgrounds.
• Animals must be taken off the property to relieve themselves.
• Only one pet per site is permitted.

2.5 VISITORS
• Visitors may be admitted to the property under the responsibility of those hosting them. They must request authorization at the office and are required to pay a fee for any additional guests, if necessary. They have access to the campground’s various facilities and services. Vehicles must remain in the parking lot at the entrance.

2.6 WATER PARK

• Wearing swim trunks, wetsuits, or similar attire is prohibited within the water park.
• The water park is unsupervised.

2.7MAINTENANCE AND APPEARANCE OF FACILITIES

• Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could compromise the cleanliness, hygiene, and appearance of the Resort and its facilities. Plants and flowers must be respected. Digging in the ground is prohibited. Household trash, waste of any kind, and paper must be disposed of in the trash cans.
• Appropriate attire is required in common areas.
• Throughout the Estate, indoor common areas and rental units are non-smoking.

2.8 SAFETY
2.8.1 FIRE

• Charcoal barbecues are permitted. Grills must be kept in good working order and must not be used under unsafe conditions.
• In the event of a fire, immediately notify the Estate Management. Fire extinguishers and fire hoses are available for use if necessary. A first-aid kit is located at the front desk. In the event of an evacuation, refer to the Estate’s evacuation plan.

2.8.2 LIABILITY
•The campground’s liability, beyond its legal liability, is not engaged in the event of:
* Theft, loss, or damage of any kind, during or following a stay. Guests are advised to take the usual precautions to safeguard their belongings.
* Breakdown or failure of technical equipment, breakdown or closure of facilities.
* Damage caused to or sustained by residents’ vehicles parked or driving within the campground grounds.

2.8.3 SURVEILLANCE
•This facility is under video surveillance for the safety of property and people. You may exercise your right to access images concerning you. 2.9 GAMES
•No violent or disruptive games may be played near the facilities. Children must always be supervised by their parents.

2.11 VIOLATION OF THE RULES
•In the event that a guest or one of their companions disrupts the stay of other vacationers or fails to comply with the provisions of these rules, the manager may, verbally and without prior notice, immediately terminate the contract if deemed necessary. In the event of a criminal offense, the manager may call upon law enforcement.
