Aspetti positivi: l'accueil, le personnel, le restaurant et l'espace aquatique reste toujours au top. C'est pour cela que nous revenus une 2ème année. Nous avions demandé un emplacement le plus à l'ombre possible et vous avez été réceptif, merci
Da migliorare: Notre mobil home était situé (plus précisément notre chambre) juste à coté du portail des services techniques du camping. Ouverture à sept heures tous les jours, plus la proximité des poubelles et leurs ramassages très tôt ont assombris notre séjour !!!

ARTICOLO 2 – AMBITO DI APPLICAZIONE
Le presenti CGV si applicano a tutte le prenotazioni di piazzole o alloggi in affitto effettuate direttamente presso il campeggio, per telefono, e-mail, in loco o tramite il sito web commerciale. Esse prevalgono su qualsiasi altro documento o comunicazione.
ARTICOLO 3 – PRENOTAZIONE
Una prenotazione diventa definitiva e vincolante solo dopo:
Accettazione della prenotazione da parte del campeggio;
Ricezione della caparra richiesta;
Accettazione espressa delle presenti CGV.
Il campeggio si riserva il diritto di rifiutare qualsiasi prenotazione in base alla disponibilità o per qualsiasi motivo legittimo, in particolare se la prenotazione è contraria al carattere familiare della struttura. Le prenotazioni sono strettamente personali e non possono essere cedute o subaffittate senza previo accordo scritto. I minori devono essere accompagnati dai loro rappresentanti legali.
ARTICOLO 4 – ALLOGGI E PIAZZOLE
4.1 Piazzole: Il pacchetto comprende la piazzola per una tenda, una caravan o un camper per una o due persone, e l'accesso ai servizi sanitari e alle infrastrutture comuni.
4.2 Alloggi in affitto: Gli alloggi sono progettati per una capacità massima indicata al momento della prenotazione. Qualsiasi persona aggiuntiva può comportare il rifiuto di accesso alla struttura senza rimborso.
ARTICOLO 5 – PRENOTAZIONI DI GRUPPO
Qualsiasi prenotazione di più di quattro (4) alloggi, effettuata da una o più persone che viaggiano insieme, è considerata una prenotazione di gruppo e deve ricevere il previo accordo scritto del campeggio.
ARTICOLO 6 – TARIFFE
Le tariffe sono espresse in Euro, comprensive di tutte le tasse (IVA incl.), e corrispondono a una notte o a una settimana secondo il periodo e il tipo di alloggio. La tassa di soggiorno, fissata dal comune, deve essere pagata a parte. Le tariffe applicabili sono quelle in vigore il giorno della prenotazione.
ARTICOLO 7 – CONTENUTO DEI SERVIZI
Il prezzo comprende esclusivamente i servizi espressamente menzionati al momento della prenotazione. Salvo diversa indicazione, il prezzo non comprende:
Servizi opzionali e attività a pagamento.
Ristorazione.
Servizi accessori offerti in loco.
L'accesso a determinate infrastrutture può essere limitato o sospeso per motivi tecnici, meteorologici, sanitari o di sicurezza, senza diritto a compensazione.
ARTICOLO 8 – SPESE DI PRENOTAZIONE
Le spese di prenotazione possono applicarsi in base al periodo e alla durata del soggiorno, conformemente alle tariffe visualizzate al momento della prenotazione.
ARTICOLO 9 – MODALITÀ DI PAGAMENTO
9.1 Caparra: Per le prenotazioni effettuate più di 30 giorni prima dell'inizio del soggiorno, è richiesta una caparra del 25% dell'importo totale.
9.2 Saldo: Il saldo restante deve essere pagato entro e non oltre 30 giorni prima dell'arrivo. Per le prenotazioni effettuate meno di 30 giorni prima dell'arrivo, l'importo totale è dovuto immediatamente. Il mancato pagamento nei termini autorizza il campeggio ad annullare la prenotazione senza indennizzo.
ARTICOLO 10 – ASSENZA DI DIRITTO DI RECESSO
Conformemente all'articolo L.221-28 del Codice del consumo francese, i servizi di alloggio forniti in una data specifica non beneficiano del diritto di recesso.
ARTICOLO 11 – MODIFICA E ANNULLAMENTO
11.1 Modifica: Le richieste devono essere effettuate per iscritto e sono soggette a disponibilità. Non è accettato alcun riporto alla stagione successiva.
11.2 Annullamento da parte del campeggio: Salvo in caso di forza maggiore, le somme versate saranno integralmente rimborsate.
11.3 Annullamento da parte del cliente: Deve essere notificato per iscritto.
Più di 30 giorni prima dell'arrivo: La caparra è trattenuta dal campeggio.
Meno di 30 giorni prima dell'arrivo: Il 100% del costo totale è trattenuto dal campeggio.
Nota: I pagamenti effettuati tramite "Chèques-Vacances" non sono rimborsabili e daranno luogo a un buono.
ARTICOLO 12 – FORZA MAGGIORE
In caso di impossibilità di effettuare il soggiorno per causa di forza maggiore o decisioni amministrative (chiusure, restrizioni di viaggio), sarà emesso un buono valido 24 mesi o un rimborso conformemente alla normativa applicabile.
ARTICOLO 13 – IL SOGGIORNO
Gli arrivi sono previsti dalle ore 15:00 per gli alloggi in affitto; le partenze devono essere completate prima delle ore 10:00. Un deposito cauzionale può essere richiesto all'arrivo. Le partenze tardive possono comportare la fatturazione di una notte aggiuntiva.
ARTICOLO 14 – REGOLAMENTO INTERNO & COMPORTAMENTO
Il regolamento interno è disponibile alla reception. Il cliente si impegna a rispettarlo e a comportarsi in modo rispettoso verso le persone e le strutture. Violazioni gravi o ripetute (rumore, danni, comportamenti pericolosi) possono comportare l'allontanamento senza rimborso.
ARTICOLO 15 – RESPONSABILITÀ
I clienti sono responsabili dei propri effetti personali. Il campeggio declina ogni responsabilità per perdita, furto o danno. I clienti sono responsabili dei danni causati da loro stessi, dal loro gruppo o dai loro visitatori. Qualsiasi danno sarà fatturato, indipendentemente dallo stato del deposito cauzionale.
ARTICOLO 16 – ASSICURAZIONE
Il cliente deve disporre di un'assicurazione di responsabilità civile. Il campeggio declina ogni responsabilità per la mancanza di assicurazione del cliente.
ARTICOLO 17 – SOGGIORNO INTERROTTO
Qualsiasi soggiorno interrotto o abbreviato dal cliente per qualsiasi motivo non darà diritto ad alcun rimborso.
ARTICOLO 18 – ANIMALI
Gli animali sono ammessi solo sulle piazzole, a condizioni specifiche (escluse le categorie regolamentate), e devono essere tenuti al guinzaglio.
ARTICOLO 19 – DIRITTI D'IMMAGINE
Il cliente autorizza il campeggio a utilizzare le immagini scattate durante il soggiorno a fini promozionali, salvo opposizione scritta presentata in anticipo.
ARTICOLO 20 – DATI PERSONALI
I dati sono trattati in conformità al GDPR. I clienti hanno il diritto di accesso, rettifica, opposizione e cancellazione dei propri dati.
ARTICOLO 21 – RECLAMI
Qualsiasi reclamo deve essere segnalato in loco entro 24 ore dall'accaduto. I reclami scritti dopo il soggiorno devono essere inviati entro 15 giorni dalla partenza.
ARTICOLO 22 – CONTROVERSIE
I reclami relativi alla non conformità dei servizi devono essere indirizzati per posta o e-mail al gestore del campeggio o a Bontempo Village La Yole.
ARTICOLO 23 – MEDIAZIONE
In caso di controversia, è possibile:
Inviare una lettera raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno al gestore del campeggio.

In caso di insoddisfazione, è possibile contattare il Centro di Mediazione CM2C dopo un mese tramite www.cm2c.net o per posta a: CM2C – 14 rue Saint Jean, 75017 PARIS.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "GTCS") govern all stay bookings made with Bontempo Village La Yole.

ARTICLE 2 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These GTCS apply to all bookings for camping pitches or rental accommodations made directly with the Campsite, by telephone, email, on-site, or via the commercial website. They prevail over any other document or communication.
ARTICLE 3 – RESERVATION
A reservation becomes firm and final only after:
Acceptance of the booking by the Campsite;
Receipt of the required deposit;
Express acceptance of these GTCS.
The Campsite reserves the right to refuse any booking based on availability or for any legitimate reason, particularly if the booking is contrary to the family-oriented nature of the establishment. Reservations are strictly personal and cannot be transferred or sub-let without prior written agreement. Minors must be accompanied by their legal representatives.
ARTICLE 4 – ACCOMMODATION AND PITCHES
4.1 Camping Pitches: The package includes the pitch for a tent, caravan, or motorhome for one or two people, and access to sanitary facilities and common infrastructure.
4.2 Rental Accommodations: Accommodations are designed for a maximum capacity indicated at the time of booking. Any additional person may result in refusal of access to the site without a refund.
ARTICLE 5 – GROUP BOOKINGS
Any booking of more than four (4) accommodations, made by one or more persons traveling together, is considered a group booking and must receive prior written agreement from the Campsite.
ARTICLE 6 – RATES
Rates are expressed in Euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), and correspond to one night or one week depending on the period and type of accommodation. The tourist tax, set by the municipality, must be paid extra. Applicable rates are those in effect on the day of booking.
ARTICLE 7 – CONTENT OF SERVICES
The price includes exclusively the services expressly mentioned during booking. Unless stated otherwise, the price does not include:
Optional services and paid activities.
Catering.
Ancillary services offered on-site.
Access to certain infrastructures may be restricted or suspended for technical, weather, health, or safety reasons, without entitlement to compensation.
ARTICLE 8 – BOOKING FEES
Booking fees may apply depending on the period and duration of the stay, in accordance with the rates displayed at the time of booking.
ARTICLE 9 – PAYMENT TERMS
9.1 Deposit: For bookings made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a deposit of 25% of the total amount is required.
9.2 Balance: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. Failure to pay on time entitles the Campsite to cancel the booking without indemnity.
ARTICLE 10 – NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, accommodation services provided on a specific date do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.
ARTICLE 11 – MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION
11.1 Modification: Requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability. No carry-over to the following season is accepted.
11.2 Cancellation by the Campsite: Except in cases of force majeure, sums paid will be fully refunded.
11.3 Cancellation by the Client: Must be notified in writing.
More than 30 days before arrival: The deposit is retained by the Campsite.
Less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total cost is retained by the Campsite.
Note: Payments made via "Chèques-Vacances" are non-refundable and will result in a credit voucher.
ARTICLE 12 – FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of impossibility to perform the stay due to force majeure or administrative decisions (closures, travel restrictions), a credit voucher valid for 24 months or a refund will be issued in accordance with applicable legislation.
ARTICLE 13 – THE STAY
Arrivals are from 3:00 PM for rentals; departures must be completed before 10:00 AM. A security deposit (caution) may be required upon arrival. Late departures may result in the billing of an additional night.
ARTICLE 14 – INTERNAL RULES & BEHAVIOR
Internal rules are available at reception. The client agrees to respect them and behave respectfully toward people and facilities. Grave or repeated breaches (noise, damage, dangerous behavior) may lead to eviction without refund.
ARTICLE 15 – LIABILITY
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. The Campsite declines liability for loss, theft, or damage. Clients are liable for damage caused by themselves, their party, or their visitors. Any damage will be invoiced, regardless of the security deposit status.
ARTICLE 16 – INSURANCE
The client must hold civil liability insurance. The Campsite declines responsibility for a client's lack of insurance.
ARTICLE 17 – INTERRUPTED STAY
Any stay interrupted or shortened by the client for any reason whatsoever will not be eligible for any refund.
ARTICLE 18 – ANIMALS
Animals are accepted only on camping pitches, under specific conditions (excluding regulated categories), and must be kept on a leash.
ARTICLE 19 – IMAGE RIGHTS
The client authorizes the Campsite to use images taken during the stay for promotional purposes, unless a written objection is submitted in advance.
ARTICLE 20 – PERSONAL DATA
Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. Clients have the right to access, rectify, oppose, and delete their data.
ARTICLE 21 – COMPLAINTS
Any complaint must be reported on-site within 24 hours of the issue. Written complaints after the stay must be sent within 15 days of departure.
ARTICLE 22 – DISPUTES
Complaints regarding non-conformity of services should be addressed by mail or email to the campsite manager or to Bontempo Village La Yole.
ARTICLE 23 – MEDIATION
In the event of a dispute, you may:
Send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the campsite manager.
Send a copy to: bontempo@bontempo.fr or Bontempo Villages, 2 rue Descartes, 44119 TREILLIERES.
If unsatisfied, you may contact the CM2C Mediation Center after one month via www.cm2c.net or by mail at: CM2C – 14 rue Saint Jean, 75017 PARIS.
ARTICLE 24 – BONTEMPO VILLAGE LA YOLE RESPONSIBILITY
The campsite strives to provide accurate website information but cannot guarantee it is always exhaustive, as some info is provided by third parties.
ARTICLE 25 – DATA PRIVACY (INFORMATIQUE & LIBERTÉ)
Information provided is confidential and for internal use. Pursuant to the French "Data Protection" law of 1978, you have a right to access and rectify your data. You may also register for the "Do Not Call" list at bloctel.gouv.fr.
ARTICLE 26 – APPLICABLE LAW
These GTCS are governed by French Law.
