Specific Terms for Bare Pitches: A pitch will be assigned to you based on your preferences, subject to availability in the schedule. Our rates include water, camping fees, and access to the pool. You are required to pay the tourist tax and Eco Contribution based on the number of people. Stays are calculated on a nightly basis, and the pitch must be vacated by 12:00 PM. Departing after 12:00 PM will result in an additional night's charge. In case of early departure, all reserved days will be billed. Tourist taxes (65 cents per adult per day) are to be paid on-site. An Eco Contribution of 30 cents per person per night is also required. The entire amount is reinvested in environmental initiatives, in line with sustainable development (electric vehicle charging stations, energy conservation, pool water recycling, waste sorting, etc.).

Reservation: A reservation becomes effective only with our approval, confirmed by a reservation confirmation and upon receipt of a deposit equal to 50% of the total rental amount, plus reservation and cancellation insurance fees (optional). The full balance of the stay will be paid on the day of arrival. Payment for Puy du Fou tickets is due on the day of reservation and at least 5 days before the visit. Failure to pay within this period will result in tickets being charged at the on-site rate. Tickets for Cinescénie must be validated for availability, and only written confirmation by email from the campsite, along with actual payment, constitutes a firm order.

Services and Amenities: Reception is open daily from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM during the off-season, and from 8:15 AM to 7:30 PM during the high season (summer school holidays). The snack bar is open every evening during the summer school holidays.

The Pool: Opening hours vary by season and are displayed at the pool entrance. The pool's opening period is aligned with the camping site's dates, but it may be shortened if external temperatures do not allow maintaining an acceptable water temperature. Before entering the pool, swimmers must pass under the shower and foot bath. If, due to reasons beyond our control (weather, water quality, etc.), the pool has to be closed, there will be no refund or reduction.

Safety: Open fires (wood, charcoal) are strictly prohibited on the campsite; communal barbecues are available. Cancellation insurance (recommended) €3.90 per night: The full amount is payable only at the time of reservation and applies to registered guests. Cancellation insurance exclusively covers the campsite accommodation and does not include Puy du Fou tickets.

Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation, the following fees apply: - If you cancel more than 60 days before your arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded (excluding cancellation and insurance fees if contracted). - If you cancel between 60 and 30 days before your arrival, the 50% deposit will be retained by Camping le Rouge Gorge. - If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival, the total amount of the stay will be retained. All cancellations must be sent to us by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, with the postmark serving as proof. Late arrival and early departure: In case of delayed arrival, campers must inform the campsite as early as possible. No refunds or compensation can be given for late arrival or early departure. Your accommodation will be held for you until noon the day after the scheduled arrival date. After this time, and with no communication from you, the campsite may dispose of it. Traffic, Vehicle Parking, and Electric Vehicle Charging: The speed limit for vehicles is 10 km/h. The campsite's access barrier is open from 8:00 AM to 11:30 PM (1:00 AM on Cinescénie evenings), with a night parking area (visitor parking) reserved at the campsite's entrance. Only vehicles belonging to campers staying on-site may circulate within the campsite. Two paid IZIVIA electric charging stations are available at the campsite's entrance. It is strictly prohibited to connect to the campsite's electricity supply outside the designated paid charging stations. Any vehicle charging outside these stations will be subject to a €50 fee payable to the campsite.
