Aspetti positivi: Die Poolanlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es gab genügend Schattenplätze. Der Weg vom Mobilheim zum Pool war nicht zu weit.
Da migliorare: Das Gehwegpflaster in der Poolanlage müsste mal ausgebessert werden.

Aspetti positivi: Déjà l'accueil et le personnel au top. Le chalet que j'avais très fonctionnel. Objectif atteind. Calme et repos. Le cadre est magnifique.
Da migliorare: Pour ma part le seul bémol c'est la piscine ronde non chauffée. Mais bon je ne suis pas objectif car je suis très frileux. Beaucoup de personnes se baignaient sans pb.

Effettuando una prenotazione si accettano automaticamente le nostre condizioni generali.
- - La prenotazione di una piazzola o di un alloggio in affitto è strettamente personale. Non è mai possibile subaffittare o cedere la propria prenotazione senza il previo consenso del Domaine des Lauzons
- - I minori devono essere accompagnati dai genitori o dai tutori.
Articolo 2:
2.1 Prenotazione
Una prenotazione diventa effettiva solo dopo aver ricevuto l'acconto, seguito dalla nostra conferma via email o per posta. Le spese di dossier sono di 20 euro. L'acconto corrisponde al 30% del costo del soggiorno più le spese di dossier. Il cliente dichiara di aver letto le condizioni e i prezzi indicati sul nostro sito internet www.camping-lauzons.com
2.2 Pagamento
Il pagamento di un alloggio in affitto deve essere saldato al più tardi 30 giorni prima dell'arrivo indicato nella prenotazione. Per il pagamento di una piazzola, il saldo dell'importo indicato sul modulo di prenotazione deve essere effettuato il giorno dell'arrivo. Eventuali spese extra, ristorante, bar, negozio ecc. devono essere saldate la sera prima della partenza.
Se si parte prima della data prevista, si pagherà solo il costo base della prenotazione.
Se si arriva più tardi o si parte prima di quanto concordato, non si ha diritto a chiedere alcun rimborso. I giorni prenotati sono i giorni che dovranno essere pagati.
Tutti i prezzi sono soggetti al 10% di IVA inclusa e alla tassa di soggiorno esclusa.
2.3 Annullamento
In caso di annullamento del soggiorno da parte del Domaine des Lauzons, salvo casi di forza maggiore, il soggiorno sarà interamente rimborsato. Tuttavia, tale annullamento non darà luogo al pagamento di alcun danno o indennizzo. Se si annulla il proprio soggiorno senza aver sottoscritto un'assicurazione annullamento, non verrà rimborsato alcun importo. L'annullamento sarà considerato effettivo se il pagamento del soggiorno non ci perviene entro i termini specificati all'Articolo 2.2, o se non ci si presenta il giorno previsto della prenotazione.
2.4 Recesso
La normativa relativa al diritto di recesso per le vendite a distanza, prevista dal Codice del Consumo (Code de la consommation), non si applica alle transazioni turistiche (art. L.121-20-4). I clienti non hanno pertanto diritto di recesso per una prenotazione presso Les Lauzons
Articolo 3: Il soggiorno
3.1 arrivo/partenza
Non è possibile arrivare la mattina né dopo le 18h00 in bassa stagione, e le 19h00 nei mesi di luglio e agosto.
Giorno di arrivo: le piazzole sono accessibili dalle 14h00, gli alloggi in affitto dalle 16.30.
Giorno di partenza: gli alloggi in affitto devono essere lasciati liberi prima delle 10h00 e le piazzole prima delle 12h00.
È possibile arrivare qualsiasi giorno della settimana.
Durante l'alta stagione valgono le seguenti eccezioni: gli alloggi Ophéa e Lodges avranno il sabato come giorno di arrivo e partenza???
3.2 Durata del soggiorno
Per le piazzole la durata del soggiorno è libera. Per gli alloggi in affitto la durata minima è di 2 notti in bassa stagione, e di 7 notti nei mesi di luglio e agosto.
3.3 Cauzione
Per gli alloggi in affitto viene richiesta una cauzione di 250€, in contanti o con carta di credito 'anticipo'
3.4 Partenza
Un alloggio in affitto deve essere liberato alle 10 del mattino il giorno della partenza indicato nel contratto. Qualsiasi partenza dopo le 10 sarà fatturata come una notte extra.
Senza un contratto di pulizia, l'alloggio deve essere lasciato in uno stato perfettamente pulito; con un contratto di pulizia, può essere lasciato ragionevolmente pulito. Se si lascia un alloggio sporco, senza contratto di pulizia, verrà addebitato un importo minimo di 50€. Verranno addebitati eventuali danni e, se necessario, le riparazioni da effettuare nell'alloggio. La cauzione verrà restituita, dedotte eventuali spese (documentate da fatture), dopo l'ispezione effettuata il giorno della partenza. Se le spese superano l'importo della cauzione, verrà richiesto il pagamento della differenza.

3.5 Animali
I cani sono accettati presso Les Lauzons ad eccezione delle categorie 1 e 2. Ci sono piazzole speciali dove i cani sono ammessi sulla prairie 3, e negli alloggi Duo, Quattro e Club. Non sono ammessi altrove
3.6 A causa dell'elevato rischio di incendio, è severamente vietato collegare e ricaricare veicoli elettrici sulle piazzole e presso gli alloggi in affitto.
Punti di ricarica sono disponibili nel parcheggio di fronte al negozio.
Articolo 4: Responsabilità civile e assicurazione annullamento
4.1 Assicurazione annullamento.
Una prenotazione non include l'assicurazione annullamento. Vi consigliamo di sottoscriverne una a vostra scelta. Proponiamo un'assicurazione: le condizioni di vendita sono disponibili su richiesta su www.assurance-annulation.eu. Questa assicurazione costerà il 5% del costo del soggiorno. Se doveste avvalervi di questa assicurazione, dovrete inviarci il vostro annullamento insieme ai documenti necessari per apertura del dossier. Fatelo tramite posta raccomandata. Quando, durante il soggiorno, ad esempio dovete interromperlo perché vi ammalate o c'è un decesso in famiglia, vi verrà restituito l'importo già versato per i giorni in cui non sarete presenti.
4.2 Responsabilità civile il Domaine des Lauzons declina ogni responsabilità per furto, incendio, condizioni meteorologiche estreme, ecc. e per danni causati dal campeggiatore stesso. In questo caso, la propria assicurazione di responsabilità civile personale sarà d'aiuto.

General conditions for a reservation
Article 1: One should carefully read the undermentioned general conditions. They define the selling of a stay at Domaine naturiste des Lauzons and become legal the moment an order is made. By making a reservation you automatically subscribe to our general conditions.
- - The reservation of a pitch or rental accomodation is strictly personal. You can never sublet or pass on your reservation without preceding consent of Domaine des Lauzons
- - Minors hould be accompanied by their parents or guardians.
Article 2:
2.1 Reservation
A reservation becomes effective only after we've received the down payment followed by our confirmation either by email or by mail. The dossier fee is 20 euro. The down payment consists of 30 % of the cost of the stay plus the dossier fee. The client admits to having read the conditions and prices as specified on our internet site www.camping-lauzons.com
2.2 Payment
The payment of a rental accomodation has to be settled at the latest 30 days before the arrival as stated in your reservation. For the payment of a pitch, the settlement of the sum you find your reservetionform should be the day of your arrival. Any extra cost youy make, restaurant, bar, grocery etc. should be settled the evening before your departure.
If you leave before the due date, you'll pay the bare reservation cost.
If you arrive later then or leave sooner then agreed upon, you have no right to ask for compensation. The days you reserved are the days you'll have to pay.
All prices are subject to 10% value added tax inclusive and tourist tax exclusive.
2.3 Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation of your stay by Domaine des Lauzons, except in cases of force majeure, the stay will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation will not give rise to the payment of any damages or compensation.If you cancel your stay without having subscribed to cancellation insurance, no amount will be refunded.The cancellation will be deemed effective if the payment for the stay does not reach us within the time limits specified in Article 2.2, or if you do not show up on the scheduled day of your reservation.
2.4 Revocation
The legislation concerning the right of revocation for selling at distance, as provisioned by the Consumption Act (Code de la consommation), are not applicable on tourism transactions (art. L.121-20-4). Clients therefore have no right of revocation for a reservation at Les Lauzons
Article 3 : The stay
3.1 arrival/departure
No arrival is possible in the morning and after 18h00 during off season, and 19h00 in July and August.
Day of arrival: pitches are accessible from 14h00 on, rentals from 16.30 on.
Day of departure: rentals should be vacated before 10h00 and pitches before 12h00.
You can arrive any day of the week.
During high season there are the following exceptions: rentals Ophéa, and Lodges will have saturday as arrival and departure day???
3.2 Length of stay
For pitches the length of stay is as you please. For rentals there's a minimum stay of 2 nights during low season, and 7 nights in July and August.
3.3 deposit
For rentals a deposit of 250€ is asked, in cash or creditcard 'advance'
3.4 Departure
A rental has to be vacated at 10 am the day of departure as stated in your contract. Any departure after 10 am will be billed as an extra night.
Without a cleaning contract you should leave the rental in a perfectly clean state, with a cleaning contract you leave it reasonably clean. If you leave a rental dirty, without cleaning contract, you'll be charged for at least 50€. You'll be charged for breakages and if necessary for reparations to be made in the rental. You will receive the deposit, eventual expenses deducted (and sustained by invoices), after inspection the day of departure. If expenses surpass the deposit, you'll be asked to pay the supplement.

3.5 Animals
Dogs are accepted at Les Lauzons except cat 1 and 2. There are special pitches where dogs are allowed on prairie 3, and in rentals Duo, quattro, and Club . They are not allowed anywhere else
3.6 Due to high risk of fire hazard, it is strictly forbidden to connect and charge electric cars on the pitches and at rental cottages.
Charging points are available in the car park opposite the shop.
Article 4 : Civil responsibility and cancellation insurance
4.1 Cancellation insurance.
A reservation is without cancellation insurance. We recommend you to take one of your choise. We do propose an insurance: sales conditions are to be asked for at www.assurance-annulation.eu. This insurance will cost you 5% of the cost of your stay. If you need to use this insurance, you'll have to send us your cancellation plus the necessary evidence to open a dossier. Do this by registered post. When, during your stay, for example you have to interrupt your stay because you fall ill or there's a death in the family you will be restituted the sum you've allready paid for the days you can't be there.
4.2 Civil responsibility the Domaine des Lauzons declines any responsibility for theft, fire, heavy weather, etc. and for damages caused by the camper himself. Here, your own personal third party liability insurance will help you out.
