general rental conditions

1. Object.

This rental contract is seasonal and is included as part of a vacation resort. The tenant, signatory of this contract, concludes it for a period which cannot in any case exceed the duration initially planned and cannot

no circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises at the end of the rental period.

The signing of this contract is a firm and definitive commitment

In case of cancellation without insurance, the deposit is retained and the balance due.

A deposit, booking fees and cancellation insurance must be paid upon registration.

The balance must be paid one month before the arrival date.

The customer who has not paid the balance by the agreed date is considered to have canceled his stay and cannot

pretend to recover the sums already paid;

For reservations less than a month before the rental date full payment is required.

2- cancellation insurance

Cancellation insurance is offered, its cost is 3.5% of the rental amount with a minimum of € 10

3- use of the premises and services on the site

The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and make use of it in accordance with the destination of the premises and undertakes to comply with the internal regulations of the campsite

Any violation of this clause may result in the immediate termination of the rental at the fault of the tenant, the

rental income remaining definitively acquired at PILON D AGEL

Proposed activities and opening periods

- children's games, ping pong table open from April to the end of September

- refreshment bar, bread depot: open from 01/04 to 30/09 every day

- restaurant: open from July 10 to August 20 on weekends

- swimming pools:

indoor pool from 01/04 to 30/09

outdoor pool

from 1/07 to 25/08

Children are always the responsibility of the parents and must be accompanied by an adult in

he swimming pool enclosure

4- number of tenants

If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity indicated in the contract and without prior agreement, LE PILON

D 'AGEL reserves the right to refuse the additional tenant (s) or to break the contract or to receive

an increase which it will determine at its convenience.

5- inventory,: inventory and deposit

an inventory and inventory will be made at the beginning and at the end of the rental period

A deposit of 400 € is requested at the entrance to the premises and is returned if the inventory of departure is in conformity

6- payment
