Camping Crin Blanc

A meno di 15 chilometri dalla città di Arles ea soli trenta minuti da Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, il campeggio Crin Blanc vi accoglie in un sito eccezionale, parte integrante del Parco Naturale Regionale della Camargue. Sul posto ci si aspetta piazzole verdi e spaziose, luoghi insoliti con pergole private e alloggi in affitto di alta qualità.

Situato in posizione ideale, è possibile in un raggio di 50 km, dall'interno delle terre provenzali alle spiagge della costa mediterranea, scoprire luoghi notevoli come il Pont du Gard, Les Baux e Saint Remy de Provence, Saintes Maries de il mare, Aigues Mortes o la città di Arles le cui rovine romane sono classificate come patrimonio mondiale dall'UNESCO. È possibile impegnarsi in varie attività, come equitazione, ciclismo, escursionismo e sport acquatici.

TERMS OF SALES

1. Entry to the campsite Crin Blanc implies full acceptance of the rules, regulations and conditions.

3. CAPACITY OF HOSTING It will be accepted only 8 people for a rental of 8 people, 6 people for a rental of 6 people and 4 for a rental of 4 people; etc ... (including young children). Only one vehicle per location except with the agreement of the manager. The data by the lessee serve as a basis for calculation. Anyone extra in the limit of the capacity of the accommodation chosen, must be declared on arrival, its presence may lead to an increase. In conclusion, any inaccurate declaration, any modification that may lead to a variation in the amount of the stay, make the contract null, unless the manager agrees. Minors (under 18) are not accepted if they are not accompanied by their parents. Day visitors will have to pay the visitors fee and present themselves at the reception before entering the campsite.

4. The reservation becomes effective only after confirmation of the Campsite (subject to availability), with the receipt of your deposit of 25% of the stay, booking fees and the contract signed by you. The amount of the stay is calculated according to the rate established for the season. We reserve the right to adjust our rates in the case of a change in the rate of tourist taxes or VAT.

5. Any payment not accompanied by the reservation contract or vice versa, cannot ensure this reservation.

6. The balance of your stay must be paid one month before your arrival, otherwise the booking will be canceled and the sums kept by the campsite. Any reservation occurring less than one month before the date of arrival, entails the full payment that must be made at the time of booking at Camping Crin Blanc (bank card/ wire transfer only).

7. Any rental or pitch must be occupied before 20:00. In case of arrival after 20h in high season and 18h30 in low season, please notify the campsite. In case of absence of a written or telephone message from you stating that you have to postpone the date or time of your arrival, the rental or location becomes available within 24 hours and any payment remains acquired at the campsite.

8. Any stay interrupted or abbreviated (late arrival or early departure) of your fact, cannot be refunded by the direction of campsite.

9. CANCELLATION of your fact: In case of cancellation made more than 60 days before the date of arrival, the sums paid (25% deposit plus booking fees) will not be refunded. If canceled less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, no refund will be given. Any cancellation must be done by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by e-mail. If the customer has paid by holiday check (ANCV), a compensation of 5% of the amount paid will be deducted to offset the bank charges related to this type of payment whether for cancellation or to change its method of payment. The return of money is not required on holiday checks, no refund will be made in case of overpayment. Any exclusion for non-compliance with the internal regulations will be refunded.
If you want to subscribe to the cancellation insurance, the conditions will be sent to you by the insurance or by the camping on request.

10. RENTAL: Arrivals are from 16:00 and departures before 10:00 (before your departure, make an appointment to the reception desk for the examination of your rental. The floors must be dry and the refrigerator thawed. The possible costs of restoration, the missing or deteriorated material, will be retained on your deposit.) Moreover, if you do not wish to carry out the cleaning of end of stay or if the locative is not left in perfect state of cleanliness, including dishes, a fixed price of 70 euros will be retained on your deposit. IMPORTANT: sheets and linen are not provided. Tents are not accepted on the locations of mobile homes.

11. PITCH: The arrivals are made from 15:00 and the departure before 12:00.

ARRIVAL: At your arrival you must go to the reception with your booking confirmation, a deposit of 280 euros (only 10 euros for the badge for campers that rented a pitch) in the form of a CB impression (200 euros for the rental and 10 euros for the access card and 70 euros for the cleaning fee) to the delivery of the keys of your rental. These will be returned after the inventory on the day of departure. The loss or damage of the access card will be charged 10 euros. The swimming pool is strictly reserved for campers equipped with the identification bracelet of the campsite. Wearing the swim brief is mandatory. Large swim shorts are strictly prohibited.

13. Dogs under 30 kg, on a leash, are accepted for a fee payable at the time of booking. Only one small animal is tolerated per rental. The vaccination card must be present for registration, the day of your arrival. Respect for everyone, we want the living spaces are respected (make the necessary arrangements). Animals are not allowed in the aquatic area.

14. All campers are required to respect the rules of the campsite (posted at the reception or available on request), under penalty of eviction. The Tribunal of the city of Arles has sole jurisdiction in the event of litigation.

15. Camping Crin Blanc can in no way be held responsible for loss of personal items, injuries or damages that may occur to vacationers or their property during their stay.

16. The opening dates of the campsite and the rental are from 29th march 2019 to 29th September 2019.
