Experience the ultimate outdoor life at camping by the farmer at Glamping Camping Nix Hoeve. You don't have to do anything! That is what our family campsite stands for. It is a small-scale location just outside the village of Genderen, centrally located in the province of North Brabant.

Aspetti positivi: Simpele grove verharding waar je nog bijna je enkel op verzwikt. Geen beleving. Douche idd onhandig omkleden in voorportaaltje ipv in doucheruimte. Wc en wifi zijn ok. Veel verkeer op het perceel. Motor vertrok om 05.00 bijv. Iedere dag mestlucht aanwezig met vliegen en muggen. Horren dicht!

Da migliorare: Camperplaatsen te klein voor grotere campers. Uitzicht op drukke provinciale weg. Andere onderkomens hebben mooier beeld. Nu zijn camperplaatsen qua beleving te duur. Onduidelijk wie beheerder is.

Aspetti positivi: Heel landelijk gelegen.We hadden een prachtig uitzicht. Mooi fietsgebied en originele accommodaties.

Article 7: Cancellation

1. In the event that the holiday maker cancels the agreement before the commencement date, he shall owe a fixed compensation. This does not apply if the reason for cancellation lies in a price increase made within the months after the conclusion of the agreement, with the exception of the price changes mentioned in Article 5.

The compensation amounts to:

For cancellation up to three months before the commencement date, 15% of the agreed price;

If cancelled up to two months before the commencement date, 50% of the agreed price;

If cancelled up to one month before the commencement date, 75% of the agreed price;

If cancelled within one month before the commencement date, 90% of the agreed price;

If cancelled on the day of the commencement date, 100% of the agreed price;

2. The compensation will be refunded proportionally after deduction of administration costs if the place is reserved by a third party for the same period or part thereof and no other places are available in that period. The administration fee is 5% of the agreed price with a minimum of €27.50 and a maximum of €55.
