Conditions
BUNGALOWS

Check-in: Starting from 17:00h.
Check-out: before 11:00h.
Late check-out: Departure before 18:00h with an additional cost. Request upon departure, subject to availability, and only during the low season.
Bed sheets: Included in all accommodations.
Towels: Not included. €3 per person.
Supplies: In the bungalow you will find a courtesy welcome kit, which consists in a ballet, a sponge, two rolls of toilet paper, soap and a mini-size dishwasher, but customers have to buy the supplies for the rest of the stay
Kitchen towels: Not included. Each customer should bring their own.
Baby crib: €4 per day, requested during check-in. The crib will be placed in the living-dining area of the bungalow. We do not have high chairs available for rent.
Security deposit: At check-in, you will need to provide a credit card number for a €500 hold per bungalow. This may be used to cover any occasional expenses or missing items in your accommodation, as well as any violations of the campground rules, such as making noise after 00:00.

It is strictly prohibited to stay on the bungalow terraces making disturbing noises past the aforementioned time. Additionally, the campground rule states that fireworks are not allowed, as they are completely prohibited by law in the entire Tamarit area. Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in the loss of the security deposit.

The establishment reserves the right to immediately expel any guest for the aforementioned misbehavior.

The amount will be refunded within a maximum of 8 days if all booking conditions are met.

Pets: €4 per day. Allowed in all bungalows except Mobile Homes Ohara, Safari tents and Bali Lodges.
One parking space included per bungalow: If you need a second space, reservation is upon request andsubject to availability at an additional rate. Please inquire more information at reception.

Notify at the reception: If there is anything unsatisfactory upon entering the accommodation, please notify the reception to address the situation as soon as possible to avoid a negative stay.
Occupancy: The number of persons (including babies and children) must not exceed the maximum capacity indicated for each accommodation.
At the time of departure: The refrigerator and trash bins must be emptied. Kitchenware must be cleaned. Failure to comply will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

OTHER CONDITIONS:

To confirm the reservation, 40% of the total reservation amount must be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
The remaining payment is to be covered at the time of check-in.
Early departure is not entitled to refunds or compensation for unused days.
The tourist tax is €0.66 per night per person aged 17 and above, with a maximum of 7 nights.
Change of accommodation: The resort reserves the right to change the accommodation and offer an equivalent substitute in case of force majeure, maintenance tasks, or organizational reasons.
Visits: Please inquire about prices at the reception.
Lost items: Found items will be kept for 15 days.

– 100% refund for cancellations made more than 7 days before the arrival date.
– 100% loss of the amount paid for cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date.
Acceptance of general contracting conditions: The person making the reservation agrees to read and accept these general contracting conditions, with the deposit payment serving as a signal of acceptance of both these conditions and the internal regulations of Camping Caledonia.
