Good, professional company to deal with, unlike another UK one we tried before.
Extremely we ell maintained motorhome, that had lots of extras like games, microwave, electric barbecue and shower and cleaning products.
The only reason it did not get 5 stars is because both beds required a ladder to enter, which did not suit us. But in hindsight we should have seen that on the description.

We were off to the Peak District and as first timers we had little knowledge and didn’t really know what to expect. Max was just perfect, immaculately clean and absolutely everything you could need plus more was on board.
David was so so helpful from picking Max up to dropping him back and the in between lol over a Bank Holiday Weekend when we had to call him as we had forgottten something he had told us he was straight on the end of the phone and was sorted straight away! We are hooked and already planning our next adventure in Max Highly Recommend !!

a well-stuffed basic motorhome. It served its purpose. The garage was complete with an outside table, chairs, wind breakers, a long electric lead, water, a hosepipe and games for family and kids. Linen, crockery and kitchen utensils are clean and good enough for a family. However a bit disappointed with the engine performance (the engine struggles a bit uphill or when pulling away in first gear). Also, the fridge was faulty, which made us have to book camping sites all through to connect to the main electricity supply. It did not run on a leisure battery. I am sure those will be addressed. Thank you very much.

Thanks for the review Valentina and I'm glad you enjoyed your trip around Scotland. When the motorhome was returned, it was misfiring (these things happen unfortunately), which is why it struggled a bit. It's now gone in for repair and will run smoothly again. The issue with the fridge has also been resolved.

We had great week in Dorset with Max, despite the weather! Max had everything we needed and was very comfortable.
Dave was a good host, and was available to answer a few queries we had in the first day or two.
We would recommend Max and Dave to anyone looking to hire a reliable, comfortable Motorhome.

Vanuit Nederland 8 dagen met ons gezin ( 5) via Calais-Dover, met de Ferry, naar de Jurassic coast met Max de camper. Geweldige ervaring voor ons die nog nimmer met een camper hadden gereisd! Was even wennen maar hert was geweldig! Onze auto kon die week op een priveterrein geparkeerd worden, erg handig! De vriendelijke eigenaar Dave gaf ons prima instructies wat betreft het gebruik van Max. Goed uitgeruste camper en wat we fijn vonden is dat handdoeken en beddengoed inbegrepen waren. Wel vonden we de camper wat krap voor 5 man, zeker omdat onze jongste zoon 2 meter is. Mooi weer gelukkig dus hij sliep in tentje die we meegenomen hadden. Aanrader, zeker als je vanuit of naar het vaste land wil reizen.

Hugo and his family were the second family from the Netherlands to hire 'Max' and do a tour of the West Country. They were a pleasure to meet and took good care of Max. They also made some useful suggestions which will certainly help in the future.

Thanks for the wonderful experience we had with your Motorhome, the handover at start was brilliant with all the info we needed and everything exactly as is described in the pre-take videos. Max is like a home away from home, the electrics, fridge, gas, television all worked perfectly, and its such a smooth drive. Max was the perfect van for a weekends camping in Wales. With ample space and all the mod-cons you need it was a home away from home. Dave was great. Replied quickly and gave plenty of info on the van, including 'how to' videos which made the adventure simple and easy. The perfect vehicle for any trip! Would highly recommend and will definitely be hiring again.

We had an absolutely wonderful time, the weather was following us all week. This camper was just what we needed, to recharge the batteries before winter. Dave is an incredibly nice man who showed us everything and was just a phone call away when needed, like an old friend. Max is very comfortable and spacious, drives like a dream with its six-speed gearbox, we did over 700 miles in a week, we have our kids and a small pet. The stationary heating is amazing, no sound, the TV antenna catches all the channels, you just need to tune it. One evening we baked a carrot cake. We hope that Max will be in the same condition all the time, I felt sorry to give him away. In such a camper, the weather or season does not matter. Thank you

Dave was a wonderful host with a lovely brand new motorhome “Max” Everything was sparkly and clean. Plates bowels, cutlery etc. The fridge was big with a freezer in there too. Dave had stocked the fridge for us which was a lovely touch. All amenities were brand new. Toilet and shower were clean and good. The shower was hot with a separator to keep water out which was handy. Didn’t use the cooker but was amble gas loaded. The layout of the home was good. Perfect size for family of 5 but does sleep 6. The linen on the bed was clean and the clean towels provided also. The van drove lovely and was nice and easy. Would definitely recommend Dave, his communication was fab and was always on hand if we needed him. Will definitely be booking again.
