Da una parte, MGP PROJETO 1, UNIPESSOAL LDA, fornitore del servizio di gestione delle prenotazioni di alloggi presso il CAMPEGGIO selezionato dal cliente dall'elenco messo a disposizione da WECAMP (di seguito anche il "Fornitore" o il CAMPEGGIO), con sede legale in São Miguel , EN 120
7630-592 Odeceixe, Portugal, VAT 517455986, servizio clienti al numero 900 056 003, e-mail: info@wecamp.net, in qualità di titolare del sito web www.wecamp.net, espone il presente documento contrattuale che disciplinerà la prenotazione degli alloggi tramite il suddetto sito web.
Dall'altra parte, l'Utente – Cliente (di seguito l'"Utente"), che effettua la prenotazione ed è responsabile della veridicità dei dati personali forniti al Fornitore.
ENTRAMBE LE PARTI ACCETTANO il presente documento, il che comporta che l'Utente:
ha letto, compreso e preso piena conoscenza di quanto qui esposto;
è maggiorenne e dispone della capacità giuridica necessaria per stipulare contratti;
accetta tutti gli obblighi previsti nel presente documento;
ha letto e accetta le presenti Condizioni Generali di Acquisto dal momento in cui effettua qualsiasi prenotazione.
Il presente documento può essere stampato e conservato dagli Utenti.
Il Fornitore mette a disposizione degli Utenti l'indirizzo e-mail info@wecamp.net per qualsiasi domanda relativa alle presenti condizioni.
Le presenti Condizioni Generali hanno validità a tempo indeterminato e si applicano a tutti i contratti conclusi tramite il sito web sopra indicato.
Il Fornitore si riserva il diritto di modificare unilateralmente le presenti Condizioni Generali, fermo restando che tali modifiche non avranno effetto sulle prenotazioni o promozioni acquistate prima della modifica stessa, con l'obiettivo di migliorare i servizi offerti. In ogni caso, prima di effettuare una prenotazione, si raccomanda di consultare le presenti Condizioni Generali.
Si consiglia di conservare una copia dei dati inseriti al momento della prenotazione.
La responsabilità civile del CAMPEGGIO per i servizi forniti è limitata all'importo degli stessi. L'Utente rinuncia a presentare qualsiasi richiesta di risarcimento nei confronti del CAMPEGGIO, a qualsiasi titolo, in caso di insoddisfazione per i servizi offerti tramite il sito web indicato, nonché per eventuali malfunzionamenti, lentezza di accesso o errori di accesso al sito web, comprese eventuali perdite di dati o di altre informazioni presenti sul computer o sulla rete dell'Utente.
Il CAMPEGGIO mette a disposizione servizi di locazione di alloggi tramite il sito web sopra indicato.
CONDIZIONI DI CANCELLAZIONE E PAGAMENTO
Il diritto di recesso non si applica in conformità all'eccezione prevista dall'articolo 103, lettera l), del Regio Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 del 16 novembre, che approva il testo consolidato della Legge Generale per la Tutela dei Consumatori e degli Utenti e delle altre normative complementari, trattandosi della fornitura di servizi di alloggio per finalità diverse da quelle abitative, qualora il contratto preveda una data o un periodo specifico di esecuzione.
La politica di cancellazione dipenderà dalla tariffa scelta e dalle condizioni applicabili a ciascuna di esse. Nella conferma della prenotazione troverà il dettaglio della politica di cancellazione.
Se la prenotazione è stata effettuata tramite un'agenzia di viaggi o un altro sito web, sarà necessario contattare direttamente tale intermediario per gestire la cancellazione della prenotazione. Successivamente, in caso di cancellazione, verrà addebitato sulla carta di pagamento l'importo corrispondente alla prima notte.
Qualora l'alloggio prenotato non venga occupato il giorno di arrivo o, al più tardi, entro le ore 12:00 del giorno successivo, la prenotazione sarà automaticamente annullata, salvo che il ritardo sia stato comunicato per iscritto. Non è previsto alcun rimborso in caso di arrivo posticipato o partenza anticipata.
- Periodo pasquale (dal 25 al 29 marzo) e dal 01/07 al 31/07: cancellazione flessibile fino a 14 giorni prima dell'arrivo.
- Dal 01/08 al 31/08: cancellazione flessibile fino a 30 giorni prima dell'arrivo.
- Resto dell'anno: cancellazione flessibile fino a 3 giorni prima dell'arrivo.
