GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
CAMPING LOCATION’S PLACE

Obligation: All rentals are non-transferable and cannot under any circumstances be sold or sub-let.
Visitors: Visitors are welcome during the day. They must park their vehicle in the car park at the entrance of the campsite.
Pets: Pets must be tattooed and be up-to-date on all required vaccinations and kept on a leash: the pet’s health records need to be remitted at reception on the day of arrival.
Reservation: Any lease agreement must be returned with a deposit amounting to 30% of total price. The balance of the stay must be paid no later than the day of arrival.
Cancellation Policy: The deposit is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the 30% deposit will be forfeited.

RENTAL ACCOMMODATION - CONDITIONS AND OBLIGATIONS :

1) All bookings are personal and non-transferable.
2) Any lease agreement returned without a 30% deposit will be void and cancelled. Similarly, any deposit made without a signed contract will also be void and result in a cancellation.
3) Failure to show on the date of arrival, without prior notification, will result in the release of the rental 40 hours after the date mentioned on the lease (two days after the date mentioned on the contract- by 12 noon) and the deposit paid will be forfeited. Full payment of services contracted will still be due.
4) In case of cancellation, the following will be due for compensation of breach of contract :
- An amount equal to 30 % of the full cost of the stay, if the reservation is cancelled 31 days or more, prior to the date of arrival
- An amount equal to the total cost of the stay, if you cancel 30 or less days prior to the date of arrival, or if you do not show on the date of arrival
- No rebate will be made in case of late arrival or early departure
5) A cancellation insurance may be purchased with your lease. This insurance will reimburse the late cancellation fee, as outlined above per contract.
6) A security deposit of 350 Euros will be paid by the customer on the day of his arrival. This deposit will be returned on the day of departure, after an inventory is completed and our staff has confirmed that the premises are returned undamaged and in their original condition. Any damages or missing equipment will result in a deduction made on the security deposit in the amount estimated necessary to replace the missing equipment or repair said damages.
A € 50 cleaning fee will be deducted from the amount of the deposit in case the rented accommodation has not been cleaned on the day of departure.
7) The client agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of rental, as well as respect all campsite rules. Renter will also be held liable and responsible for compliance of campsite rules by all individuals occupying his/her camper.
8) The customer must provide proof of liability (purchased with his housing contract)
9) Once the contract is signed and returned to the campsite operator, the customer has no right of withdrawal
10) In case of a dispute, the only competent court will be Bagneres-de-Bigorre
