What a great camper! We had the honor of being the first tenants and enjoyed a week of touring with 2 adults and 1 child of 13. Lifting roof was a really nice place to sleep for our son. Contact with Thierry was very pleasant; quick response and thought along with everything. Even had the tow bar installed last minute so that we could take our bicycle rack with us. It is therefore recommended to rent this bus camper. Our 1st experience renting in this way is more than positive.
Beautiful and recent campervan with which we made a very nice road trip through Italy. Unfortunately, the description on Goboony did not entirely match what was delivered. Reversing camera was missing and air conditioning in the campervan itself was also not present. In Tuscany at 34 degrees this would certainly have come in handy. According to the seller, we should have indicated this when booking, but if it is in the announcement we assume that it is present. We would have found compensation in the form of dropping the extra cost because of the 500 km that we drove too much, but that was not proposed. Apologies were not forthcoming either. Furthermore, communication with questions was rather late. Asked two questions and each time the answer came 2 to 3 days later, after a reminder. Conclusion: nice campervan, but we will book elsewhere for our next holiday.
The handover of the camper went very smoothly. We were a bit early but no problem for Thierry. Only the GPS system via the smartphone gave us problems. The phone was not charged enough and then you don't know where to because you rely on your GPS. After charging it was okay. The camper was very comfortable to drive with. The stay in the camper was also completely fine. We have been to the Biesbos, super beautiful also thanks to the nice weather. We have also been to Belgian Limburg. A paradise for cyclists. There is a tow bar on the camper so that the bicycle rack could be placed with the cooperation of a willing Thierry. We enjoyed it, it always remains a bit of camping with the comfort of a good bed. The camper was very nicely decorated with lots of storage space in a fairly limited length.
We had a wonderful holiday in Thierry's camper van! Everything was tiptop and nothing was missing. I will definitely keep Thierry in mind when we plan another camper holiday!
